Roy was amazing for our ceremony! He had the guests chuckling and helped us when we stumbled by making everyone smile or laugh. He totally lightened the mood, eased my anxiety and helped the ceremony be something truly magical. Both Kelly and Roy were a delight to work with. Very professional! I can’t recommend Roy enough!! He is so empathetic, patient, funny and kind. He got the guests involved and ran everything smoothly! Thank you, Roy for helping our day be magical.
Kelly…what can I say about her. We just love her. She performed both of our ceremonies. We were officially married in April, in our living room, because of the COVID capacity restrictions. Our formal ceremony was postponed to September, and we decided to hire her for that one too. She asked ahead of time what color she should wear so she didn't clash with the wedding party, and I thought that was so thoughtful. I would have never thought of that. She was so lovely and professional; we felt her services were needed for both ceremonies we had.
She took the time to send us a wealth of vow options so we’d have somewhere to start. That was a life-saver for us. For the first ceremony we mixed and matched verbiage from the various vow options. We selected one of her vow options for the second ceremony, with a couple deletions, and she even offered to add to that verbiage to ensure it was an appropriate length. Her additions were breathtaking and perfect.
When she arrived for the formal ceremony in September at Tanoan Country Club, she hunted us down in the dressing room to check in and be sure everything was going well. I’m glad she did because I forgot a small detail that would have messed up the ceremony. She was kind enough to ask me about it to ensure things were in order.
Kelly was wonderful throughout our wedding experiences this year. If you can book her, you should! She is professional, efficient, kind and thoughtful.
Kelly did a fabulous job at officiating our wedding. She read a ceremony that we pieced together from her ceremony options and some things we added ourselves. She was quick to respond to any questions we had leading up to the ceremony, and her prices were reasonable. Thank you Kelly!
Kelly was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding. My wife and I are from out of town and are not especially connected to a church, so this made finding an officiant a bit more challenging. Kelly was just the kind of officiant we needed. She sent us a long document of suggestions for our ceremony, and we picked elements from that document we liked to make our own personalized ceremony. Kelly met with us multiple times by phone leading up the wedding day. Then the week of the wedding for an hour in person to double check our script and make sure everything was just right. She had a lot of great suggestions about how to present our personal vows to make them memorable. Kelly was a great leader during our rehearsal and really put us at ease during the ceremony. We highly recommend Amor Ceremonies for your wedding in Albuquerque!
We loved Kelly the moment we met her! She provided us with a guideline of ceremony readings and she made sure I got what I wanted in the end result. I would definitely recommend her!
Kelly is the absolute best choice in all of Albuquerque. She is top quality, professional, flexible, and quick in her responses. She has a ton of material to help guide your ceremony in any direction you desire, and was extremely helpful in designing ours. She was a major part of making our big day special! We especially loved how warm, and approachable she is! You will be sad if you don't go with Kelly at Amor Ceremonies! You'll be getting more than you pay for (this is a good thing!)!!!! We love her!
Wow! We met Kelly at a friend's wedding and instantly loved her! We asked her to follow up with us to set up a meeting and she was punctual and very flexible with our busy schedules. When we met at her beautiful home she was so accommodating and down to earth. She gave us the materials to choose our own ceremony and when we took a little while to decide she left us a very professional message letting us know our date was popular and offer help We understand she is a business person so we didn't mind her pushing us a bit - we needed it! Once we signed with her, she has kept periodical contact but nothing over the top - we really like that. She did offer her husband's services - why wouldn't she? He is amazing - but we already had another photographer. We are so looking forward to working with Kelly and have already recommended her to several of our friends. She is awesome!
If I could give Kelly with Amore Ceremonies zero stars I would. I paid Kelly in full the day I booked her. (A check that she literally cashed in less than 24 hours of booking her) She sent me a list of ceremonies that were plain, nothing special. Everyone raves on here how she got to know them. Not the case with us. I guess being paid in full she didn't care. Kelly didn't bother to contact me until 6 days before the wedding to follow up. After telling her that I was over all disappointed in her professionalism. She just wished us well with no offer of partial refund, nothing. She did nothing to make things right. I have 5 friends getting married in the next 13 months and have steered all of them clear of Amor ceremonies. Oh, also, she will try to sell her "photographer" husband to you during your meeting. Completely disgusted.
Kelly was a wonderful officiant to work with! She let us choose between many different options for readings, and allowed us to fully customize our ceremony. She gave us the idea to do a wine box ceremony with private love letters instead of vows, and now we have something special to look forward to on our ten year anniversary. Kelly was also great at leading our wedding rehearsal and directing our large wedding party. I highly recommend her services!
Kelly with Amor ceremonies came to the rescue! We had conacted two different officiants and both fell through. Kelly was professional and really treated our wedding like the important day it was. She helped us figure out our ceremony and was completely open wth the changes i wanted. Once hired she gives you many different ceremony styles to chose from and if you dont like any of them you get to pick and chose what you want and create the ceremony of your dreams. My ceremony was unforgettable and unique to my husband and I.
Kelly with Amor Ceremonies is absolutely the best there is. She helped us create a ceremony that completely matched us as a couple and was a wonderful help by recommending other vendors that we needed. Kelly also worked really well with our last minute decision to have a interpreter translate the ceremony with her for our Spanish speaking guests. The night before our wedding my husband and his family suffered a tragic loss and we were forced to cancel at the last minute. Kelly worked with us and our Wedding Planner to reschedule on a later date and was very understanding and extended our contract out to the new date. She went above and beyond to help us. She is just simply amazing; I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Thank you Kelly!
Roy did such an amazing job on our ceremony. Everything was perfectly said and he made it so special. Kelly is awesome when you need to contact her. They have so many options to personalize your wedding we had a hard time choosing.
I highly suggest Kelly as a wedding officiant. She made sure that the service was what we wanted and made sure we knew what to expect.
Amor Ceremonies just performed our wedding last weekend. Truly, Kelly was wonderfully kind and flexible. Roy is amazing. He was so funny during our ceremonies, and even cracked little jokes during the whole thing with us here and there. He made the wedding ceremony so smooth and flawless. He even gave my husband and I a Batman pen topper, as our wedding theme was Batman! Thanks so much, Roy Ricci!
Without a doubt I would say that Kelly was one of the best decisions we made regarding our wedding. She sent us ideas for our ceremony, but let us change them however we wanted or add our own ideas. She made our rehearsal and the actual ceremony incredibly easy and relaxing. We couldn't have asked for a better person to perform our ceremony. Hands down, Kelly is amazing!
Kelly is the best! Her price is unbeatable as well. She has a wide variety of ceremonies for you to choose from to piece together your own, perfect ceremony. She was on time, organized, and helpful with keeping the events of day moving. On top of that, she is super friendly. It felt more like a friend was performing our ceremony. I will recommend her over and over again!
Kelly was wonderful at her job..She answered all questions. She let us put our vows together. She was on time. I would use Kelly again and would highly recommend her.
Kelly was great and personable. She has a great personality. She is very flexible with the type of ceremony and I really liked that.
However, I think she overbooks herself. She had to have a friend cover our rehearsal because she had a bride move her Friday ceremony time up and Kelly couldn't make it to our rehearsal. Then after our ceremony on that Saturday, Kelly seemed to be in a hurry to sign the marriage certificate because she had to get to another wedding.
I did really like her and I would recommend her.

I looked at other vendors, but gave Kelly a call primarily because her rates were so much better than the other outfits in town. Now I can't imagine having used anyone else! Kelly is so vibrant and loving - she gave us great ideas for the ceremony, and during the wedding, she smoothed over a couple of hitches that might have derailed things so quickly that none of the guests noticed anything amiss.
They were at every bridal show we went to (some within days of eachother) and each time we told them that we already had their information, but they insisted on giving us the speech over and over. Also after being told we werent interested they continuously left voicemail messages on my phone. We did not use them
We had such a beautiful wedding ceremony! Kelly was so good and it was so sweet!
I met Kelly at the Sandia Bridal show and thought she was really nice. I also saw that she was voted the best officiant for 2010 so I was pretty happy to go with her as my officiant. At the rehearsal though we felt she became somewhat pushy and didnt really ask our opinions much on things. She also made quite a few mistakes during the ceremony. Not sure if we would have gone with her now but overall she was pretty nice.
