I first learned of Amor in Motion after my sister hired them back in October 2018 for her wedding and once I saw that video I knew I had to have them once I got married! The video was different than others I had seen because it told an actual story with visual effects I had never seen in a wedding video! The film crew paid close attention to the details I had wanted in the video and picked an amazing song for my day!! The 60 second highlight preview kept us wanting more and I couldn't wait to see the final product :) Two months after our wedding we received the final film and it felt like we were the star of a movie!! We got so many compliments it was overwhelming from friends and family! I highly recommend them to anyone getting married soon, you wont be disappointed! Hiring Amor in Motion was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They were so incredibly easy and flexible to work with and the team made my fiance and I feel like a king and queen on our wedding day. AMAZING!!! We are so glad we did all the research to find the best wedding videographer! They were super helpful and communicative from the very start of the process. We were a little picky with what we wanted and weren't sure what would work best, but they totally understood everything and exceeded our expectations! They captured all the emotions that we were hoping to see in both the teaser and highlight films! Karis, Mari, David, Andrew, and the whole team were so professional and accommodating, even amidst all the stress and changes from Covid. We were so blown away with how the video turned out and couldn't be any happier. We had a hard time finding a videographer until we came across Amor in Motion. After looking at what felt like 50 vendors I narrowed it down to three to show my then fiance. With each video he basically said "sure, i don't really care, sounds good." Until I showed him Amor. When he saw their vids his jaw literally dropped and let out the longest "daaannnngg" I've ever heard, that's how we knew we found the one. We really loved how Karis really got to know us over the phone and how their questionnaire was so in depth in order to make the video unique to us and our personality. That's what really makes Amor stick out from the rest. They don't use a cookie cutter format. Every video is unique to each couple. We absolutely love how our video came out and couldn't be happier. We eloped and didn't tell our family until we got the video. It was the best reveal and we're currently getting lots of phone calls filled with happy tears. INCREDIBLE!!! Truly, amazing! They shot our wedding back in 2016 and recently reached out saying they still had our raw footage and wondered if we wanted them to make a documentary video. My husband surprised me and had them create it for our 4th anniversary this year! They even were able to add in special home-made clips he had secretly taken during my pregnancy with our daughter!!! Saying that Amor In Motion is an amazing videography company is a HUGE understatement. I still can't even believe I had the oppurtunity to work with them for my TWO wedding dates ( got legally married in front of family, eloped in Paris ) They agreed to combine my video and make it into one, by having my Paris videographer send them raw footage of our day in France. They made a beautiful insta video and highlight video for us. Our videographers we had on the day of (in Chicago) were so sweet, personable, and so fun to work with. Mari, who I had the pleasure of working with (was there for payments, any questions i had, etc) always kept me up to date with the video process which me & my husband appreciated because we were so excited. She worked with us for almost the past 10 months and was so sweet and professional the whole entire time. The way that this company edits their videos is so unique, cool, and special. SO worth every single last penny! I wouldn't have traded my experience for a thing. Will keep these 2 videos forever and will always be taken back to the best days of my life! So blessed I took a chance to ask if they had anyone available for my wedding date (with their experience and professional editing skills I totally was prepared for them to tell me they had no one available) BUT they did & it was the best thing that could've happened for my wedding. Thank you to Amor in Motion for capturing our wedding day video and making our vision come true and better than we could've ever imagined! Their creative direction and engaging storytelling made it easy to choose them. We were specifically impressed with their transitions with matching the music and clips, along with the closeups, reactions, and emotions that they captured so effortlessly. We received so many comments from family and friends saying how much they enjoyed watching our video, saying how they felt like they were there that day (which was extra special for our loved ones who couldn't make it that day), and how it made them feel all kind of emotions (and even cry)! We selected them because of their unique direction in producing a fun and engaging video. Honestly, their work is nothing quite like what we've ever seen from all other companies. We didn't want to settle for a typical wedding day video with just a timeline of events. We particularly liked their editing style with creative transitions and cinematic scene cuts, which we felt keeps the audience interested and engaged, especially nowadays with everyone's short attention spans where it's too easy to just want to click or move on to the next thing. We originally had a limited videographer budget, but once we started researching more into different vendors and seeing all the same similar styles, we kept revisiting Amor In Motion's work and realized that their pricing was reasonable and comparative to others in the industry. Ultimately we chose them because we trusted that they'll be delivering a unique one-of-a-kind video that we’ll always look back on with awe. Their editing offices are in Chicago, but they have videographers all over so ours was based locally in the Bay Area. Mari was our main POC in their office and from the get-go, she was always very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We had fun completing their video questionnaire (asked to complete before the wedding) and we could see the effort they put into making that document to get to know the couple and their style/likes/dislikes, so they could better prepare, film, and edit. Andrew and David were professional, kind, and attentive; and worked seamlessly with our photographer. We're fairly camera/video shy but we were always comfortable around them as they filmed as if they weren't even around so we felt completely natural. They were almost invisible (in a good way!) and even in our professional pictures and shared pictures from friends, we could barely notice them around, but they still managed to capture every scene perfectly without ever getting in the way. The editing team is also spectacular - they took all our comments into consideration and completed the videos earlier than expected. We even added on a documentary package post-wedding because we felt like they captured so many good scenes that we didn’t want to just archive away. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. The film your team created brought back all of the feels and good vibes from that day and we’re especially proud to show our loved ones.

Wedding videography is something that requires skill and creativity. I searched through a lot of companies to find the perfect vendor to create my wedding video and I found that in Amor in Motion. I received my video in the exact timeframe that I was told in my contract and it was stunning! I have receiving numerous compliments about our wedding video so far and the editor did exactly what I asked for in all of my comments and instructions that I initially put on my intake form. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough how happy I was I chose Amor to document our wedding day. Mari who we worked initially was amazing and answered every question we had. She was also very quick to respond to my emails. I also really loved the questionnaire and the ability to chose our song. They sent us our link to our video a little earlier than expected. Their work was even better than I could have ever expected. I did want to remove a couple of clips in the film and they were extremely accommodating and sent back the re-edited coverage in less than a week. The only thing I wished is that I purchased the longer video. Our friends and family continue to say how beautiful our wedding film is and I know we will watch it forever. Without knowing my husband and I they captured us perfectly. They are costly but their work exceeds the price tag. I didn’t know if I wanted a videographer for my wedding and it was the best decision I have ever made. You will not be disappointed!

Most importantly, our video is beautiful. By now you’ve seen the samples on their site, you obviously know that their work is beautiful. But I do not feel in any way the customer service matches their hefty price tag. The whole reason we set aside the largest amount of our total wedding budget for videography was so that both our families could feel a part of the magic. My husband is from the northeast of England and I am originally from Illinois. Both of our families could not travel to the other continent, so we splurged on videography, paying an express rate, to be able to share our video for the very first time with my husband's family at the blessing of our marriage in England 2 months after our official wedding. A matter of a few days before the blessing, after building up anticipation for this experience for MONTHS, we were told via email after I sent multiple emails that Amor had dropped the ball and we would not have our video to show. We were crushed, we were devastated. His family was crushed, and we nearly considered cancelling the blessing. Our entire wedding planning revolved around us including his family from across the ocean and this video premier was to be the compromise to make the English family feel included. Amor was professional and apologetic, but did nothing more than refund our money for the express fee. Over the last MANY months, we have been hounded by Amor to write a review, which I didn't necessarily want to leave. We were so excited to get our hard copy video- BUT AMOR MANAGED TO GET THAT WRONG, TOO. We had to go through the tedious task to hunt down our package- AFTER PAYING FOR CUSTOMS/SHIPPING. Not classy, Amor. Not classy. This whole experience you have made us feel small, forgotten, and unworthy of your attention. Maybe make your selection process a little more transparent if you only want to do 10k+ projects or work with baseball players. We love the video, but don’t love that our hard earned money had to go to you to get it. Or, should I say, FINALLY get it. What a thrill hearing my husbands mom’s reaction on the phone a few days after watching the link rather than experiencing the viewing with her firsthand. An experience that I looked so forward to and will never have.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with our choice of Amor in Motion. The films they create are motion picture quality and edited beautifully to tell the special and intimate story of your wedding day. After looking at a few videographers, Amor in Motion really stood out to us and we knew we wanted them to capture our special day so we could relive it through out our marriage. They sent us a questionnaire and asked us about our life as a couple, films we liked of theirs & gave information for us to choose the music selection that would accompany our film. You can tell that they really care about the couples they work with and that comes across in their work. We had a longer wedding day timeline from 11am-11pm and their talented team executed everything flawlessly and were very professional and fun in the process. Our package originally included a highlight film and raw footage, but we upgraded to add a documentary film after the wedding. We look forward to seeing that in the upcoming months. We just received the highlight film this week and have already watched it numerous times, able to relive our day each time the film starts over. We have received many compliments from friends and family and have already recommended the company to others preparing for their wedding. Overall, we are incredibly happy that we chose Amor in Motion to capture our day, the film is beautiful and better than anything we ever imaged.

We had the amazing experience of going with Amor in Motion for our wedding videography this past March in Los Angeles! The whole team is absolutely top notch and their entire process is built around making sure that your vision for such a special day comes true. Our main coordinators (Mari and Karis) were so responsive and made sure to communicate our wishes (summarized via intake form) to the editors and videographers. We also got to talk directly with the videographers a few weeks before the wedding to go over details of the day. The prep and open dialogue made it such that everything went absolutely great on the day of the wedding! The videographers worked very well alongside our photographers, and they seamlessly covered the ceremony and reception which were in two different locations (~60mi apart). Ultimately, we had decided to go with Amor In Motion because of how they are consistently able to produce beautifully captivating stories with a cinematic feel that is just so professional over the rest. Going through previous clients' videos on their website, you literally feel like you're watching a movie trailer at times. And that's the same quality editing they brought to our film! Simply said: we can't see it getting much better than this!

I HIGHLY recommend Amor In Motion! My planner was MIA for most of my wedding day and the videographers were on it! They were very organized and knew exactly what they needed to get. I wanted something different our video. I didn't want our video to be "too lovey" but more action/fast movements. I want to show the event itself. I told them all of this in the questionnaire and they NAILED IT!!! My Instagram teaser was so amazing that guests are asking to see the whole wedding video!

Our wedding film from Amor in Motion is a gorgeous cinematic masterpiece! I have watched it maybe 100 times and sobbed almost every time. I am not photogenic, and they managed to make us both look like we are. Most importantly, though, the team captured so beautifully our day but also the last moments I ever saw my dad. He passed away a week after our wedding, so this film is the last time I ever saw him and the team captured the emotion of those moments so beautifully. This video is special for many reasons, and words can't express how thankful I am that the team captured these moments that are even more meaningful now.

The crew at Amor in Motion were fantastic. We didn't live in the same city as our wedding but they were able to set aside time to work with us in advance of our big day remotely. We had a few phone calls and emails and they went over their packages with us and even made adjustments at our request. On the big day they were a seamless part of the action. Looking back, after seeing their highlight video and remember how little direction they gave us (just a few requests here and there), I'm almost more thrilled with their video of us posing for photos than some of the actual photos themselves. They caught all of the candid moments between the pictures and that meant the world to us. Their post-event production work is top notch as well. We just received the highlight film and it perfectly captured the breadth of the emotions from that night. We've shown it to a few friends already and everyone has expressed their amazement at the high cinema quality of the work. I cannot express enough how much of a fantastic value this was for us. After seeing the final product, choosing to spend the money on having Amor in Motion capture our wedding feels like one of the best planning decisions we made.

From the moment we signed our contract with Amor In Motion, we have had zero regrets. The staff behind the scenes has made the entire process easy- from understanding how we would like our video to represent us as a couple, to choosing the theme of the video and background music, and knowing the timeline of receiving each of the video assets from our package. I am honestly having difficulty putting into words the level of talent displayed by this group. Our best friends had Amor film their wedding a year ahead of ours. I can honestly say Amor in Motion was the best decision we made for our wedding. After the blur of the day, my husband and I could barely remember all the little details and moments and there was so much of the wedding we didn’t get to see! The videographers amor in motion sent caught absolutely every little moment and detail with such incredible beauty and detail! We immediately started crying when we got the video! They captured the emotion and the feeling of the day so so well! What’s even better, is how incredibly kind and unobtrusive the videographers were! They were constantly present, providing little bits of encouragement but we never felt as thought they were distracting whatsoever! Can not say enough good things!
