Amore Beach Weddings

I want to make it very clear that the wedding ceremony coordinator Deb, was absolutely wonderful. I expected some minor hiccups. Steve and Deb did an amazing job with coordinating, decorating, and setting up the arch. Deb always made sure that I was getting what I needed even during the reception. The reception planning seemed to go smoothly..over the phone. My mind was at ease except during set up of the chairs and tables. I was under the impression that the reception planner had more help on the way so she asked if she could have some help unloading and setting up. I enlisted the help of my son whom was to be part of the wedding, and his friend. The reception planner found me and asked where my son and his friend had disappeared to because sje still needed help. My son had to start getting ready and said she was treating him like he HAD to help. The next issue is a custom cake topper that belonged on the main cake and another on the grooms cake had been switched. not a big deal, though I didn't like the stem of the cake topper was broken to fit the wrong cake. it was the response from the reception planner when I advised the cake toppers had gone on the wrong cakes. "Oh well." was the response. During our cake cutting, and I mean both my husband's hands and mine on knife, with blade to the cake, the reception planner approached me and asked if she was going to have help loading everything. To that, my husband responded that we would be cutting the cake at the moment. The reception seemed to be rushed. Everytime I would make a plate for myself, I would barely get a bite before it was taken and thrown away. This part of the evening seemed to be the most stressful. I want to make sure that I mention, I did not want to leave a bad review based on the actions of one or a couple (the help who was brought, a teenage boy). I did speak with Deb to express my concerns after i took a cool off period. Overall, the ceremony was beautiful amd Deb and Steve were very accommodating. The bartender who the reception planner did get for my reception was absolutely wonderful too. I would still recommend Amore.

Planning a wedding can be a very stressful event. Amore Beach Weddings took away all the worry and stress. Everything was handled without flaw. The planning phase was handled through virtual meetings which helped to add the personal touch needed when planning a destination wedding. The set up was exactly as discussed, the wedding started on time, there was a coordinator on ground to help the wedding party with roles and timing, etc. The staff was so kind and helpful and was simply a pleasure to work with. Our day was beautiful and we are so thankful! I will recommend them to anyone searching for a destination beach wedding!

Jamie, Deb and Steve did an amazing job for our wedding. They made sure every detail was completed and in my opinion went above and beyond to make our day special. The decorations for the beach were beautiful and the decorations for the reception at our house were incredible!! Everyone that attended our wedding said it was beautiful.

Planning a beach wedding is fun and stressful as you live so far away from the destination. Jamie and his staff where absolutely wonderful. From the first contact making me feel comfortable and that they would take care of everything. We had a very simple wedding with only a few friends. Jamie was quick to communicate with whatever we needed. They were inexpensive and experienced. I recommend anyone getting married to give them a chance.

Amore beach Weddings exceeded every expectation we had for our wedding. They were so helpful, kind, great at communicating, and personable. I asked for an arbor they did not even have and he had it built for me. Also asked for specific colors and they ordered them for me no questions asked. The ceremony was beautiful and the reception was so FUN. Great DJ, great set up all around. Could not have asked for anything better. Would use this company over and over again and would recommend to anyone looking to book a wedding with them. We loved the whole team!

We are from Texas, of course I was nervous, but honestly Mr. Jaime, Mrs. Debbie & Ms. Jackie are amazing. They help me plan my wedding in just 3 weeks. They were interested in what I wanted, and work hard to make my vision come to light. They answer every question with either a call or text. I highly recommend them to you, imagine planning a wedding in just 3 weeks and feel NO stress. Thank you very much for the amazing job you did for us. Y’all are a true blessing to us.

Working with Jamie, Deb, and Amy was absolutely the best. They made planning a wedding from a distance so much easier. We had a vision that they made come true and was better than we hoped. Jamie really took the time to get to know us and made sure we knew every step of the process. It really was their communication that kept us at ease the whole time. They were amazing from start to finish!

What a great decision we made in using Amore for our daughter’s destination wedding. They were the best for both the preparations beforehand and the coordination of the day. We were treated like family and served and loved well in all the preparations and the celebration of the wedding day. From the start they were gracious in answering all our phone calls, texts, emails and questions and I can tell you there were a lot of questions from the crazy mother of the bride. Their recommendations for the beach to use in Destin, photographers and caterers to where to get the wedding cake were spot on. We were delighted with all those we used to make this a wonderful day. They helped us cover every detail. They even picked up the key lime pies for us to serve alongside the cake for dessert. The week before the wedding they were so attentive, checking in on us to make sure all was going well. They called to make sure we had gotten there safely, they checked in to see if there was anything we needed on the days before the wedding, they texted to make sure everyone and everything was on schedule for the wedding. Even after the wedding they were in contact asking us if we were home safe and sharing memories of the wedding day. The set up for the wedding was beautiful, the flowers on the arbor were perfect, the sashes on the chairs were matched to the wedding colors, it was stunning with the ocean as the backdrop. The reception was set up with care just the way we had asked. They were there early to have all set up and stayed to pack up. I would highly recommend this team for your wedding planning and/or coordination. They are a team – Jamie, Jean, Deb and Steve work together and were the best. They are professional, caring and a lot of fun. It is obvious that they love what they do. We are grateful for their services and grateful for the beautiful day, wedding, and memories.

Debbie, Steve and Jamie truly made my dream come true on our special day. It's literally like heaven sent them to bless us. They arrived early answered our questions and walked us through the process of vows, sand ceremony and the tying the knot ceremony so my husband and I felt comfortable in what to do. It was a beautiful sight to see. The flower and plant arrangements were absolutely stunning. The team went above and beyond for our arbor and we are truly grateful because the pictures came out spectacular. We just had the ceremony today and we can't wait to see the result but from what we saw off of the camera I'm already impressed. The beach, sunset and joy in our eyes was captured perfectly and I can't wait to see the final result. Last but certainly not least Debbie kindly called us a few days prior to the ceremony for some final details including music selection. I asked for Elvis music because I am a huge fan. I got the surprise of a lifetime when I found out Jamie was an Elvis impersonator and showed up at our ceremony and kindly shared a dance with me. I can't thank them enough for a PERFECT day. I strongly recommend working with Amore!!!

Jamie was amazing to work with, from start to finish!! The decorations were gorgeous, communication was flawless and each and every time I turned into "Bridezilla" Jamie calmed my nervous heart. I would highly recommend Amore Beach Weddings!

Jamie was super responsive and answered all my questions. He was early to meet the morning of our wedding. He had the area setup so beautiful and we didn’t have to mess with anything as he took care of everything for us. ❤️ We choose the simplest package as we only had our kids stand at our wedding and no guests. Thank you for giving us piece of mind as you accepted to do our wedding less than two weeks ago! Jamie and Katie went above and beyond creating and capturing my dream wedding! I wish I could post pictures! We live in TN and they made sure I felt comfortable planning a wedding over the phone! If you are looking for an affordable, enchanting wedding on a gorgeous beach, they will hook you up!

I can’t begin to tell you how helpful Katie and Jamie Bates were in helping us plan our wedding. We live 1100 miles away in Delaware and I found them online. We chose them because of the great reviews and believe me they were well deserved. It was a most pleasant and wonderful experience. The only thing that stressed me out was the iffy weather that was happening on our wedding day. They watched the radar on their phone and saw what time period would be clear to have our ceremony and we actually squeezed it in between the most torrential downpour‘s. They were there for us in every aspect. At one point our plan was to fly to Destin and Katie even offered to pick us up at the airport. As it turned out we drove and they gave us directions to avoid the traffic. They were so wonderful. All I can say is “this is money we’ll spent.” I feel like we’re family. Definitely use them as your wedding planners. They are the best!!!

We wanted a private ceremony on the beach in Destin. Jamie was quick to respond to every email. He let us pick and choose what we wanted him to say so that the ceremony fit our relationship. He was so personable and he made us feel as if we had known him forever. Our ceremony was PERFECT. He was professional and understanding. He made us laugh and cry. I couldn't have asked for a better officiant!

This vendor has the most caring and understanding personalities that are great to have when your not sure where to even start! They have been so helpful in every way possible!
