Shuttle was great fully stocked and even had champagne waiting for us after the ceremony! On time (actually early) to pick the bridal party up! They even have cords to hook up someone’s phone to DJ! Had a lot of fun with plenty of space for our group!

Rick did a great job of helping us decide what services we needed for our September wedding, and the drivers were very professional! Mike was perfect at maneuvering our party bus on a tight street, and even was willing to turn around when we accidentally forgot rings! The limos were clean and safe too which was great to see!

Rick was extremely nice and easy to work with leading up to the wedding. Our driver on the day of the wedding was super personable and a great driver.

I unfortunately fell into the category of “CORONA BRIDE” this year and we had to postpone our wedding by a few months. Our original transportation was no longer available so we had to start looking elsewhere and that is when I found Amore Limo. They were a little bit higher than our previous contract that we had to back out of because of Covid, but the Owner actually matched our previous quote so we could work together and not be out additional money! I thought that was such a class act and truly appreciated it. It made rescheduling a breeze. We went with the 16 passenger party bus and we had PLENTY of room. We were not crammed at all with all of us plus my wedding dress. The bus came with soda, water, liquor and champagne for everyone and we were able to bring on beer if we wanted to. Our driver was on time for picking up both myself and my husband since we were at separate locations. The door to the bus had broken the day before so they had to manually open the door which was no big deal. We opened and closed the door a million times and the driver never got annoyed about doing it. He was very professional the entire time from start to finish. The only two small complaints that I have is that there is no AUX cord on the bus to play music. Luckily we brought our own, but I feel like this is something easy and cheap for them to add to the package. The second thing was my dad poured some liquor into a glass on the bus and there was actually broken glass sitting in the glass that he almost drank. I feel like that should have been caught before picking us up, but it didn’t really affect our day at all. We chose a 14 passenger limo for our wedding party of 13 people. Everyone fit-even with my large dress and train. The limo came with champagne for a toast, several choices of alcohol and mixers, and water. We also had a red carpet for when our driver picked us up! Our driver, Rich was so professional, courteous, and helpful! He assisted my maid of honor with my train each time entering and exiting the limo. Just remember to bring an AUX cord if you would like to play your own music-one thing we forgot on our wedding day. Highly recommend Amore Limousines for your wedding party transportation!

We had to book a shuttle bus service last minute due to a problem with the hotel shuttle bus. Amore Limousines came to the rescue and helped us easily book a good sized shuttle bus with no issues! They were reliable and very nice and clean. Thank you for saving us!

Upon reading some of the reviews I was very in sure on booking this company, but I went with them anyway because I had great correspondence prior to my wedding. The day of the limo was prompt when picking me up, but when they went back to pick up the groom and groomsmen; it took forever. We went to get our pictures taken he told us, he could not get to the actual location, but could get within walking distance. When we got to the location there was another limo of the same size there with no problem. That really irritated me. Other than that we had a great time

Amore limo had exactly what we wanted, within our price range, and were such a pleasure to work with. They have a great online booking system with all addresses and pickups/drop offs to be scheduled. They were at each pick up earlier than scheduled (thankfully because we had heard of some other companies with horror stories of limos not showing up at all and the bride’s having to hop in a friend’s car to get to the church). The driver was such a treat, we even had a complimentary champagne bottle for the crowd to enjoy. Look no further and contact Amore limo for your transportation needs. They didn't show up to pick us up for my wedding. Called at 1:15 when they limo was suppouse to be ther at one and they woman on the phone said she would call the driver and call us back.. Never called us back. Then when we were calling her to see what was going on she started yelling at us and said find your own ride. They made my wedding day much harder than it had to be. The owner never even apologized to us.

I am so glad I went with Amore Limo. While not the cheapest in Pittsburgh, it is still a fairly good value. The groomsmen were stoked about the stocked bar in the limo and the bridesmaids were stoked about the comfy seats. Our driver was more than just a driver. He helped fluff my dress right before I walked down the aisle, since the bridesmaids had already begun their journey. He coordinated with the photographer as we ventured around Pittsburgh. Best of all, he was flexible. Church pictures took longer than I expected, so we modified our itinerary for wedding party photos around town. The driver was totally cool with that. And he managed to get us to the reception right on time. I had a really hard time getting a hold of other limo companies. Most wouldn't even return my calls after I left several messages requesting quotes or my online requests. However, Amore responded right away. I'm glad they did. So although the price tag might make you balk, the service was exceptional.

This was the worst customer experience of my life. I had to sue this company to get my money back (which I won in court). They showed up 30 minutes late without calling. The drive made several members of our wedding party sick with his erratic driving. The driver got lost several times and refused to use a GPS unit. The driver after picking us up late stopped to get gasoline on the way to the church. The wedding started an hour late due to Amore Limos showing up late, getting lost and stopping to get gas. The limo company did not respond to repeated calls and emails for over 3 weeks afterwards. The number they give you to call on your wedding day is a unmonitored office phone. DO NOT USE THEM.

We requested a limo, but our limo got re-ended on the way. We got a free upgrade to a party bus. It was so nice inside! It was a lot of fun!

We used 3 cars for our wedding. We had a limo bus shuttle our guests from a hotel to the church, an escalade limo for the bridal party, and a town car for the parents. Everyone loved the convenience of not driving and having to navigate around the city of Pittsburgh. Limos were clean, on time, and decorated nicely with a stocked bar. Drivers were more than willing to help in/ out of cars and very helpful. Will definately do business again!

Arrived late, driver was rude and never apologized, became argumentative with the MoB. During the wait for the late arrival, there were multiple attempts to reach Amore with no luck. Finally the wedding coordinator was able to speak with someone who claimed that due to the late arrival the vehicle would be upgraded. However, the driver claimed he was stuck in traffic but somehow arrived in the "upgraded" vehicle. A bunch of unprofessional, rude liars. If I could give 0 stars I would!!

A rep from the limo company reached out the week of the wedding to confirm all of the pick up and drop off details. They arrived at my house at exactly the time they said they would and got the bridal party to the ceremony in plenty of time. The driver worked with my photographers for pictures and drove us to our pictures and had us back to the reception with time to spare for our grand entrance. The limo was clean and the bar was full :) He had champagne for us after the ceremony and made sure we were served as soon as we were in the limo. Great customer service and would recommend to anyone!

We used Amore limos for our wedding day. The rates were very competitive and everyone was very friendly. Our driver knew the city well and was open to stopping at a few extra places for pictures. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we didn't have ice available to us for most of the trip.

Amore was very professional, the bar in the limo was stocked, napkins and uplighting matched my colors, clean! Our driver was awesome and very fun!

Your limo was very nice and most importantly is picked us up on time. Our driver was great and knew exactly where he was going.

We ordered a limo bus because of how large our bridal party was and let me just say that it was SOO much fun. There was an ipod jack (bring your own cord) and booze. We bumped the music and sang and danced all the way to our reception. Our driver was great and when we were about to arrive to our reception early, he took some detours so we could get our full time. Expensive for only being a 4 hour trip but fun!

i got a limo bus and shuttle through amore and couldnt have beeb happier. the drivers were excellent and couldnt have been any nicer. the day of my wedding i realized i had given then the wrong start time of the pickup and i called them at 7am and the politely fixedd it. they were on time and limos and shuttle were very clean

We used Amore to take myself and the BM's to the venue and also transportaion to and from the airport for our honeymoon. The drivers were punctual and professional. I feel that we were given a good price for the services.

In short the driver was extremely rude to myself and my bridal party and almost drove away without the Maid of Honor after we repeatedly told him we were still waiting. He bad mouthed my photographer to a bridesmaid and yelled at us that he had somewhere else to be. We were fully aware of the charge for running overtime and were ok with paying it. Days later more of the bridal party shared their stories with us and we were just so embarrassed. When we called the company the woman who answered told me there had never been a complaint on that driver and she didn't believe me. Needless to say we got from point A to point B but the service was horrible.

Definitely the best choice we could have made! We worked with Doug, who is wonderful and very willing to take the time to help make sure your day goes exactly as planned!! They made the entire process very simple and once you know the schedule (times/directions) for your wedding, they take care of everything! I didn't have to give directions or do a thing that day! Everyone here is very friendly and personable, if we ever need a limo service again it will be Amore!!

The driver was lost and therefore was a few minutes late. It was raining and he did not helped the girls to the car using an umbrella or do anything to offer assistance.

Amore was outstanding. Limo arrived exactly on time. Driver was a pleasure. Friendly, helpful, and professional. Limo was great looking and stocked with champagne and soft drinks. Would highly recommend Amore for first rate quality, service and price.

Even though the lighting in the limo didn't work, the driver was great, the limo was stocked as promised and we had a great time!

Fantastic! They were easy to work with, reasonably priced, and stuck with my crazy schedule:-) They asked for our wedding colors and had matching napkins and lights inside the limo! The driver was great. He followed all of our instructions and got us where we needed to go. A stocked bar was included. We had a great time!

On the day of our wedding, Amore provided us with a complimentary upgrade, due to other commitments. We enjoyed our driver, Gary, who was early and made sure we got every where we needed to be. Great company!

They were there on time. Helped my dad withy his cuff links and made an extra stop to pick up my husband so that he could make it to the church. Haha (He dropped our 'getaway' car off at the reception site). Professional and courteous. Clean car and smooth ride. I would Highly Highly recommend this company to anyone. They had the best price that we could find for a 2006 H2 Hummer Stretch that we wanted.

They were on time and the driver was very attentive to us. He gave us advice on where to go for pictures since it was a Friday evening and we would hit traffic. They had a great bar for us.

Staff was very nice and was willing to take us anywhere we wanted to go! The limo bus was very clean and nice inside and out.;The liquor bottles that were provided were not very secure in there holders. They keep hitting each other when we went over any bumps.
