We had some people with dietary restrictions and Michael was so accommodating with it making sure all our guests had something to enjoy. The food was some of the best I ever had. We got so many compliments from guests saying it was the best catering food they ever had. We also ordered appetizers and it was beyond my expectations. It was beautifully displayed and a huge hit. The brisket with horseradish sauce was my favorite. Highly recommend!

We never even taste tested the food because we were unable to get to Iowa prior to wedding week (military), but based off other reviews we were hopeful. Boy, did they not disappoint. That was the best food at a wedding I’ve had in a very long time. My husband works a wedding venue each summer and was a little nervous about “more bad wedding brisket,” but he was very pleased to find out Amos Deans actually knows what they’re doing with brisket, as well as everything else we had on the menu. He especially loved the horseradish sauce. The Mac and cheese was SO good and I think I could eat an entire pan of the au gratin potatoes. We had many guests comment on the great quality of the food. Overall: 10/10 would hire again.
