I normally don't take the time to write reviews but I had to this time. This was my first place to visit to try on dresses and Alena was amazing from the start to finish. I cannot say enough great things about Alena at Amour Bridal! Other shops I went to didn't build a connection and relationship like Alena did. She is your it girl, your hype girl and the most genuine and honest person. She's very kind, gentle and patient and I trusted all of her judgement and opinion. I thought I knew what I liked and wanted but each dress I tried on, I kept going back to the one Alena picked which was the one I said yes to! After I ordered my dress in store, I found a personal thank you card in the mail from Alena! Thank you, Alena for all of your help and guidance through my dress journey and thank you for the lovely card. You are the absolute sweetest.

I cannot say enough good things about Amour Bridal!! As other commenters have mentioned, Kathryn is an absolutely amazing stylist! As a plus size bride, I was incredibly nervous about trying on dresses for the first time. I figured there might me one or two samples in my size that I could try on, but almost half the store is sizes 16+! Kathryn went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the process, and even recommended the dress that ended up being my favorite. This is clearly not her first rodeo! I highly recommend Amour Bridal for anyone looking for a special occasion dress--it's truly a gem in Cedar Park!

Amour Bridal made finding my perfect wedding dress so easy! They let me take my time picking out dresses to try on (I never felt rushed). They were so helpful and knew so much about each dress. After telling them my wedding style, they helped me find the perfect dress! After ordering, the dress came in early! They gave great advice on what kind of bustle would best fit the dress. The staff is just so helpful and kind!

Amour was such a great experience! They were the first and only shop I went to. Alena was my associate and she made me feel so comfortable and took my stresses away. As a plus size bride, I wasn't sure what to expect going into my appointment at Amour Bridal. I was blown away with the options and the professionalism of our consultant, Kathryn. She made me feel instantly comfortable and was exactly the kind of hype girl you want helping you pick your dress. It felt like having another friend there to help me! With this appointment being my first at any bridal store, I did not expect to find my dress. But I walked out with my dress ordered, beaming about what I found! I cannot recommend Amour Bridal highly enough, especially working with Kathryn. Plus size brides, you will be comfortable and have plenty of options. Those gals work miracles with the clips so you get an idea of what the dress will look like. I didn't feel limited in options at all. I'm so grateful for the positive experience I had shopping at Amour Bridal and can't wait to pick up my dress!

Sabrina and the team at Amour made the search for my dress relaxed, enjoyable, and so easy. I found the perfect dress at the end of my first appointment and the second appointment just solidified my choice.

I booked my bridal appointment on line, it was very easy to navigate and appointments were available in a short amount of time. Once in store, greeted immediately and the appointment began. I loved the mimosa while I was trying on dresses. It seemed as if Kathryn could read my mind with the variety of dresses she brought me. I loved her insight and knowledge as this was my first time buying a wedding dress from a bridal boutique. I really could not have had a better experience picking my wedding dress at Amour Bridal. Amour was the first place I looked and after trying one other Austin area dress shop, I quickly returned to Amour! Brittany worked with me at both of my appointments and my mom and I loved her! She made the process both comfortable and enjoyable. Kristen, the owner, was great! She was very accommodating, detailed and helpful. I had no idea what I wanted so she let me pick a few dresses out then picked some out herself after seeing what I was going for and it worked very well for me. I informed her I had 2 other appointments and she still took my measurements and kept all notes on file for what were my favorites. The dresses are very reasonably priced. She's so great and her store was phenomenal. It had a lot of great choices and the lighting was perfect! I would definitely recommend. They exceeded my expectation. They even offer champagne! And I said yes to the dress!

I was not looking forward to dress shopping. My mom had to convince me to not just order a dress off the internet. After my wonderful experience at Amour with Brittany, I am so grateful I didn't just shop online. Brittany made the experience absolutely delightful. The dresses were gorgeous and Brittany was able to find me several I fell in love with, all within my budget. Then she allowed me the time I needed to make my final decision. I had THE BEST experience at Amour Bridal. Brittany was the sales associate that helped me during my appointment. She was so helpful and understanding when it came to the style of dress I was looking for. She did such a great job, I ended up saying yes to the dress during that same appointment! All of the staff there, and the owner herself, were amazing. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

This shop was the first bridal dress shop I even went to in person. The shop was very clean and VERY organized. The staff was super helpful and put up with my super indecisive self. When we finally got to try on the dress (that I was not planning on getting that day or anytime soon) that would haunt me in my dreams if I did not get it was love and first try on! The staff there went ABOVE and BEYOND to make this day extra special! 100/10

I was able to find a beautiful dress at Amour Bridal. It was the first store I went to and luckily they were having a trunk sale the weekend I found my dress. Amour Bridal is absolutely amazing! I recommended them to my best friend for her wedding in 2020, and after seeing how wonderful they were I sent three more friends who also purchased their dresses from them. I was so excited to go back in and find the perfect dress for my wedding! Everyone is so sweet, accommodating, and goes to every length to make sure you find the dress that’s right for you! Not to mention that they don’t use pressure sales tactics, unfortunately so many others did. I will continue to recommend them for all the future brides in my life!

I love to shop local. My first appointment was with Brittany. She was excellent in helping me try on every different style - because I had no idea where to start. I came back for a second appointment, I wanted to show my nieces and sisters so they could be a part of the dress trying on process. I had no idea I would fall in love with such a great dress at my second appointment. I had a budget and wasn’t expecting to find anything that would fit that was inside my budget. Kristin, the owner was who was helping me that day. She was very resourceful in finding out which dresses were available in my short timeline as well as in my budget. The store is absolutely beautiful and it’s small - a boutique environment- so it feels very personal. I would highly recommend shopping for your special day at Amour Bridal!

even with COVID-19,we had the BEST experience with Amour! shopping for a plus size (22) dress is not usually an enjoyable experience,but I felt so taken care of. There were multiple options in my size and I said yes to the dress within 30 mins of being in the shop!

She also made sure to only show me dresses that could be ready by my rapidly approaching wedding date, which was crucial as I had already been to another bridal boutique that showed me several dresses that wouldn't be ready until after my wedding date... I was pretty nervous going into my appointment since it was something new and I wasn't sure if they'd have something that would fit my hips and be in my price range. Kristen (the owner) greeted my mom, my future MIL, and me, and we had the whole store to ourselves (due to COVID restrictions). I went here first and then David's bridal. Let me save you some time. Amour bridal brought me my dresses in the style and budget I wanted. Their boutique was beautiful and I felt like the star of the show. Everyone was friendly. David's bridal basically showed me where the dresses were and told me to look myself. My consultant Kristen was so great with me. She was very patient and could read me even through a mask if I wasn't particularly interested in a dress. She helped me find a dress that was super gorgeous. I am very excited to wear it!

Amour Bridal gave me a FANTASTIC experience, even in the midst of COVID-19! Even though the number of dresses I was permitted to try on were limited due to new pandemic policies, my stylist has no trouble finding me exactly the right dress in just one appointment. They knew what I wanted before I even knew! They were even able to set up a Zoom call so that my grandmother and bridesmaids could join us virtually! The store was clean, the staff was kind and supportive, and the business was fair and efficient. I would highly recommend them to any future bride!

For my wedding dress, I specifically wanted an A-line dress with illusion long sleeves and had a hard time finding one. They just aren't as common compared to strapless or sleeveless. I found truly my dream dress there and they were as nice as can be! I could not recommend them more!

I could not say better things about this place. The staff is so personable and friendly. Being in a position to buy a wedding dress can be very stressful and being there was so calming and comfortable. I worked with Shay and I couldn't have asked for a better consultant. She was so much fun and worked so well with me and my party. I tried on my final two dresses twice and even had to come back to try them on again. She was so patient and I never felt rushed. I would 1000% (yes, one-thousand percent) recommend this bridal store to anyone.

They found a dress I saw online, special ordered it from the designer, and had it for me to try on for my appointment. Brandy was amazing. I went into this store after going to several around the Austin area, and it was definitely the best! Kathryn was by far the best bridal consultant I have worked with! The store and Kathryn are both so laid back and relaxing. I never felt pressured to pick a dress or to make a purchase (which was a huge issue I had at other places). She was so patient with me! I didn’t really know what I wanted so she allowed me to try on a full range of styles and made me feel comfortable enough to be honest about the dresses I was liking or not! Also, I tried on some dresses several times and she was so understanding about how important the decision was and put no pressure on me. As soon as I got engaged, I knew that Amour Bridal was where I wanted to go FIRST to find my wedding dress! I had been there previously before when my momma was looking for a dress for her 2nd wedding and I got my bridesmaids dress from them. Once I was engaged, about a month later, I scheduled an appointment to try on dresses. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted and I was asked what type of dress I was looking for, and then I was shown a variety of different dresses to try on. I was able to have all of my girls there with me, including my momma and future mother-in-law. It was only after 4 or 5 dresses that I found the ONE! I was still hesitant, but then I was told to close my eyes, a veil was put on, and then I opened my eyes, and that was it! The measurement, ordering, purchasing, and pick-up process was very easy! They provided great recommendations for alterations, photography, and so much more! I'm so blessed to have found my perfect dress here!

Very professional and sweet! I was able to try on a lot of dresses in my appointment which I was very grateful for so I could find the style I liked. I also liked being able to get into the dress myself and then they would come in the changing room at the end to help zip/button you up all the way. Not a large selection of dresses but enough to have a great variety without becoming overwhelming. I never felt pushed or rushed through my appointment or to make a purchase. When we found the dress we were given champagne to toast :)

This shop is great and so helpful! I was looking at many of the dresses on the sale rack that fit my budget and they were so clean and well-maintained. This is something you will not see at many dress shops. It’s refreshing to go to a shop that cares about providing the best product to every type of bride.

I just happened to be in town for Christmas and was not planning on looking at any dresses. But I was driving past with my mom and she said what the heck let’s just go see. I highly suggest an appointment (and I know they prefer it) but they let me squeeze into a dressing room and try some on with my mom. To my surprise, I fell in love with the 2nd dress I tried on!! I had to go back the next day, (again no appointment but you should make one) and get it! There’s a good amount of dresses to look through but don’t expect a showroom full. From all the dresses I tried the prices all seemed reasonable and all the dresses beautiful!!! Thanks again Amour!!

I’m on Christmas vacation right now and I did not have plans to buy a wedding dress since I’m from Houston. As soon as I got in, their ad popped up on Facebook for their sample sale. I went back and forth on even going since the sale was almost over. Kathy was so wonderful and inviting while trying on dresses and she already had my dress picked out for me even before I walked in the door. The dress was a little over my budget so I didn’t try it on initially and tried on some cheaper ones at first. As soon as I tried it on it was game over! I’m so glad I decided (with my mom’s gentle push to make me go) to go in because I found my dream dress!

Personal service in a spacious and quiet setting. None of the yelling or stress at that you can get at larger places. They only have two appointments at a time and have room for your group to sit on couches and armchairs. They only showed me dresses in my price range and were contientious of sizing and length to limit any alterations. My dress came in on time and was beautiful.

I purchased my dress off the rack at Amour Bridal and I absolutely love it. I tried on a bunch of dresses ahead of my dress and did not much care for any of them. The store is filled with lace and intricate detailing, which isn’t really my style. I still managed to find the perfect dress and was able to take it with me at the end of the appointment! The salesperson was supposed to order my veil and somehow that order never made it to the supplier. In the end, an associate in the store refunded my money for the veil and gave me the used one they had in the store.

Amour Bridal was amazing! Being that I had just started my dress search I wasn't expecting to buy a dress that day but just find a style that I liked. I was met by Anne who offered us Mimosas and then asked what I was looking for. I explained what I thought I wanted and Anne helped me pick out some dresses that was the style I had mentioned but also some others. Anne let me tell her what I liked and didn't like about the dresses. She offered ways we could alter the dresses and also brought different dresses to the fitting room once I started figuring out exactly what I wanted. I put on the 7th dress and I knew it was the one immediately! It was just perfect. Anne had kept it aside and knew exactly when she wanted me to try it on, she said she had a feeling it was the dress but waited until she thought I was ready. Anne was just amazing! Ashley, the owner, was there too and she was so friendly, nice and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend getting your dress here. It was such a stress free and fun experience. They also have lots of accessories, bridesmaids dress and even tux rentals there. Thank you Amour bridal. I can't wait until my wedding in March so I can wear my dress!

I had an appointment here. It was my second time trying dresses on. I went in with my budget in mind and what style I wanted. Online the top of the budget for dresses was advertised as being just a couple hundred over my budget and it was a little flexible. Going in I was immediately given only strapless, I didnt want strapless and this was communicated several times and she just told me we could add straps when I wanted to see a dress WITH straps! Then I discovered she was showing me dresses 1000 over my budget! I left I love with a dress from my first shop but exhausted and in a bad mood that the first shop needed to mend when they shouldn't have had to. I felt ignored and being pressured into dresses I didn't want at all. Go in with someone else who will also voice your concerns and push back.

Amour bridal is the cutest bridal boutique you will ever visit! The owner and her daughter are so good at what they do. They made me and my family feel so comfortable from the start. It took me about 6 months to find my wedding dressing and I'm so glad my search ended at Amour Bridal. I'll definitely recommend them to any future bride.

Kristen was wonderful to work with. She has really good taste and knows how to dress all body types. She has all kinds of styles, and the best thing is that she carries plus size samples!!!!!! She grabbed one off the rack that I passed up myself, but when I tried it on, it was unworldly! Ordering was easy, and the accessories were really nice (local stuff!). My dress came in four months later, which was what I was quoted. Come check out Amour bridal!

They were so helpful and patient. I had tried on so many dresses before. They picked out my perfect dress!

Brenda and her daughters were so sweet and welcoming right off the bat. This was the second store I visited in January while shopping for my wedding dress and I truly had a great experience. I was offered a mimosa first thing, which was delicious, and I told Brenda my budget. She immediately started showing me dresses within that price range, with no guilt tripping or trying to get me to change my mind. That was honestly one of the best parts of the whole experience, I didn't feel any pressure to buy that day or anything at all, really! So I would give 10 stars for that kind of service alone because that's honestly what dress shopping should be about: being happy with your decision and comfortable while trying on dresses. They even took pictures for me as I was trying dresses on and patiently waited for me to send them to my mom and my MOH. Everyone is out of state, but this store took care of it, no problem. They all genuinely seemed like they wanted to help me find the right dress that day, which I did. AND they saved my butt the week of my wedding because I completely misunderstood my alterations lady and thought that she would be steaming my dress once it was fitted, but she said, "No your dress shop does that for you! Call them tomorrow!" So I frantically emailed Amour on a Tuesday (when they're closed) asking if they would be able to steam my dress before Sunday and I got a response within 5 minutes saying, "Of course!" They even did my little sister's flower girl dress! So they really are lifesavers and I am so glad I went with this shop. Oh, and my veil was beautiful, too :)

Out of the 3 places I went to shop for dresses, this was by far the best experience. The champaign was very helpful, too! The staff were helpful, listened, and didn't push on anything. I loved the 1:1 attention - they don't overbook or flood the store with shoppers. I very much appreciated this store, and emphatically said yes to the dress!

This place is wonderful! After looking for a dress at 5 other stores big and small boutiques) I was getting frustrated and tired of searching. I came in for the sample sale and Natasha pulled dresses for me like the style I described. (They even have a picture of a model in the dress on the hanger so you can see what it looks like on someone-so helpful!) I found a dress I liked but wanted to add sleeves, and Natasha was so helpful to do that as well. Really though, I'm writing this review because of how considerate Natasha was during this whole process. During the sample sale, dresses were on mega sale but if you left and came back you ran the risk of someone else getting that dress for that deal. I couldn't make up my mind and Natasha was so kind and gave me space (and so much time!) to make my decision. I loved the dress-but was still a little unsure about one part of it. When I was trying to decide Natasha came back and suggested another dress- very similar without the one part of the other dress I was unsure about! It was perfect, and everyone was so considerate and accommodating! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends getting married!

This was the first (and only) shop I went into and I'm ecstatic I picked this one! I was really nervous being a plus sized bride but they had some wonderful options and I picked the 3rd dress I tried on! I will say that they only have about 10-15 dresses in larger sizes BUT the options they have are all very flattering and so beautiful. I was also told that a lot of the sample sized dresses in there do come in plus sizes but they don't have any larger sizes to try on. Just a heads up before you go in! I believe most dresses in the shop are around $2,000 and under from what I could tell so that was a great surprise! I came in first with just my mom and second with my family and both appointments were so laid back and fun. There was no pressure and both consultants I met with were very supportive and so informative. I can't say enough about my experience here! Can't wait to go back to pick up my dress!

Everything about Amour Bridal was amazing from the moment I walked in. Brenda greeted me as soon as my party and I arrived. She was so welcoming and friendly as she saw me adoring a David Tutera gown that was on display. Immediately asked if I wanted to try it on and that is the gown that I bought for my wedding. The vibe of the bridal boutique was very professional and sophisticated. Amour Bridal surpassed all my expectations and I will definitely be recommending the boutique to all my friends that are getting married in the future.

I wrote a great review for this wedding boutique 5 months ago. Unfortunately, I am having to re-do that review so it reflects the opposite of my original opinion. 5 months ago I ordered a dress with a custom length of 52 inches. I was told that was the shortest they could make it, and that I would HAVE to wear heels (I wanted to just stick with flats). I said that was fine if that was all they could do, because I liked the dress. 52 inches it was - signed and paid. 5 months later, and only 40 days from my wedding, my dress arrives. It's not only NOT 52 inches, but it's 47 inches (after I was told they could not make it shorter than 52?). I contacted the bridal shop and they said they could NOT order me a new one. They said they'd take it back, but couldn't offer me anything in return. Or I could keep it how it was. The dress in it's current state, does not reach the floor. If I wanted it to reach the floor, all new fabric would have to be sewn in to the delicate floral patterned lace. Not once did Amour even offer to ask the manufacturer about a rush order, or offer for me to see if any other dress could be rush-ordered, or if I could even try on others in the store to purchase a floor sample one. Nothing. When I returned my dress today, my fiance asked them where the miscommunciation happened and they blamed ME and said "well maybe she should have purchased smaller shoes". (I was told to get "at least" 1 inch heels. I purchased 2 inch heels because let's face it, 1 inch wedding shoes are almost impossible to fine). But that's okay... since it's all my fault anyway.... I will NEVER purchase anything from here again, nor will I EVER recommend this store to anyone. If you are reading this, I strongly encourage you to shop elsewhere. Austin has so many places to offer - do yourself a favor and pick somewhere that will do anything they can to resolve any and all issues. You're the BRIDE and this is your WEDDING - the most important day of your life!

I found the dress of my dreams thanks to this amazing bridal shop. The staff was extremely friendly and patient as I tried on several dresses. They really made me feel special and we're very willing to work out a payment plan.

Such an amazing job! Kristin was absolutely lovely, and the selection of dresses are both affordable and gorgeous.
