Ashley is a proud alumnus of Le Cordon Bleu of Scottsdale, a place where her natural talents began to shine. She graduated in 2014 and worked for several bakeries over a number of years before making the decision to establish Amour De Sucre. Since opening for business, Ashley has earned the admiration of many clients as her career continues to blossom.

Ashley started baking at a young age while growing up is Wisconsin. Sitting on her grandmother's counter top helping her bake was her favorite. The aroma of fresh breads and baked goods were the smells that would make any little kid so excited! Between that experience and her family's yearly cookie bakes, Ashley found the one thing she loved the most baking! After high school Ashley packed her bags and moved to Arizona. Went to Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School and graduated in 2014. After working in the industry, that sparked Ashley urge to start her own bakery and Amour De Sucre was born!
