ut until the moment I walked up for my photos that it was not the person I had had a zoom meeting with. I had to email the owner to see if she would reschedule me for the right photographer in which they agreed. The reasoning behind not having the correct photographer was because I quote "the photographer did not think it was worth it to drive to me" TO THE LOCATION WE HAD AGREED UPON. Then when I was finally able to rebook the lady again said she was not sure who she can send to me. I asked why this was since I was told that they would be sending the correct person the second time around and They responded with "oh the photographer sold her vehicle so she cant make it" so at this point I am highly stressing because now I'm worried about how professional they would be on my wedding day and who at random I would get. I had to end up firing them and losing out on my deposit in which I fought back for but they did not give back. They were so horrible i did not care about losing the money as long as they were NOT taking the most important photos of my life. Brides BEWARE. In the end i had to cough up so much more money to be able to hire another company for my wedding in such short notice.
