Totally non-flexible. I purchased a gift that was a promotion at Ampersand was not wanted by my father. I brought it back for an exchange and was categorically denied. No return no exchange on sale merchandise (new in original packaging with receipt). I would never have purchased this if I knew it couldn’t be returned or exchanged. Buyer beware at Ampsersand. Customer service was the worst! I will share this story with my alerting them to the decline of Ampersand. Sad to post this review.
