Joe did a great job communicating with us prior to, and in the days leading up to our wedding day. He was extremely professional and approachable. Jeff also assisted us during the booking process, and helped us find the ideal package for our wedding reception. Both Joe and Jeff did a great job DJ'ing at our wedding reception, and overall helped make it an incredibly organized and fun evening. We used Amplified Events for our wedding this past weekend and DJ Joe Albomonte absolutely killed it! The energy and fun he brought to our dance floor was next level and exactly what we asked for! He knew how important good vibes and good music were to our wedding and he went above and beyond to make that happen! We got so many compliments on how awesome our DJ was all night long! He absolutely crushed it and was such a pleasure to work with! If you need a sign to book him for your wedding, this is it!!!! :)

We hired Amplified for our wedding this past weekend and Chris DJ'd our wedding! We could not have asked for a better DJ. Everything ran incredibly smooth, he was great at managing the music at our outdoor reception, MC-ing the night, fielding song requests from guests based on what we wanted for our dance floor, and thanks to him, our dance floor was packed for the whole night! We also got a photobooth from them that our guests loved!

We worked with Mike for our wedding and he was so kind and communicative throughout the whole process. He helped to make sure we felt confident and prepared going into the big day. He answered all of our questions in a timely and thorough manner. The sound/music for the ceremony was absolutely perfect and the customizable add on’s like dinner on vinyl, live music during cocktail hour, and the photo booth were so much fun! Mike kept us on track with our timeline and was flexible and calm with changes that came up throughout the reception. He even went so far as to download a song request for a guest. We got so many compliments on the music and personalized touches. The dance floor playlist was everything we could have hoped for. It was so special to have all of our loved ones out on the dance floor having a great time with us. I can’t recommend Mike and Amplified Events enough!

Chris Zart DJ'd our wedding this past Friday and we cannot recommend him enough! He was super helpful in the planning process. Easy to communicate with. He had all the timing down and knew what needed to happen throughout the day! He threw in a photo booth the day of for us, and it was absolutely the biggest hit of the night. People raved about it. Many people said that it was the most fun wedding they have ever been to, and a lot of that has to do with the DJ keeping people on the dance floor and entertained throughout the night! Jacob Vargas DJ’ed our wedding and we cannot recommend him enough! He was on time, professional, full of energy, and made our reception a blast (and our ceremony a breeze)! From the very beginning, he was easy to get a hold of any time we had a question. We’ve had several guests mention to us, when talking about the wedding, how good the music was! He was also a great MC, the flow of events (entrance, dismissing tables, cake cutting, first dances, etc.) went so smoothly. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our DJ choice, and I would give more stars if I could!

Amplified Events was AMAZING to work with from the first time we contacted them until the last song played at our Wedding. Mike, the owner, was very communicative and helpful throughout the planning process and made sure that all of our questions were answered. Kyle created a stunning piano version of Blink-182’s First Date for me to walk down the aisle to, and it was one of my favorite parts of the whole wedding. Jacob was our lead DJ on the day of, and he absolutely crushed it. He played a variety of music, kept the energy up, and had all of our guests on the dance floor all night. We loved working with the whole team and we couldn’t be happier with their services. We also had their photobooth and it was such a big hit. We have so many fun pictures available right away which is so nice while we wait for the photographer’s photos to come back! Chris was absolutely amazing to work with! He was very professional and kept the vibes at 100. He helped us navigate what we wanted and talked through our day to make it smooth. The app was perfect and easy to use and easy to change things around to make it specific to us. When talking with Chris, it felt right and I knew my husband and I would not worry at all on our wedding day. The price was higher than we were Initially wanting to spend, but so worth it! It was truly the right fit and am so glad Chris had our backs for the day!

Mike literally saved the day at our wedding on ~3 hours notice! Our previously-booked DJ sadly passed away the day before our wedding, and so we were scrambling the morning of to book a DJ last minute. I called Mike at 11:30 that morning, and he showed up at our venue at 1:30 to begin setting up for our 4:30 outdoor ceremony/reception. I sat down with Mike for ~30 min to run through the details, because time was obviously limited. I’m so glad we went with Mike: he did an incredible job setting up reception audio, was able to independently solve problems as they came up, did a great job MC’ing, and kept the party going late into the night! His music setup was great, and he was able to handle last minute requests like “play about 30 seconds of this song” with ease! Cannot recommend him enough.

DJ Jeff did an incredible job at our wedding. The song selection app was so easy to use and having it ahead of the wedding meant I could constantly update it as I thought of/discovered songs that we wanted to play. The music during the event was great. We had an older crowd and a good amount of kids at our wedding, and Jeff did a great job of handling the chaos of kids and the more laid back groups. I would definitely recommend this vendor.

We were so happy we went with amplified events for our wedding! The booking processes was super straight forward and Mike answered any and all of my questions I thought of, which I appreciated. We had Jacob and Jeff the day of and they did an amazing job!! Jacob was so easy going and flexible with our schedule. Not once did I have to worry about music, or what was coming next; it was just so so nice to have it all under control by Jacob.

Amplified Events was extremely easy to work with leading up to our wedding day. The app is super easy to use and kept us organized. Our DJ, Chris, found a way to get the information he needed from us without being overbearing. He was also super kind and showed a lot of excitement to be working with us. He picked cocktail hour and dinner music that was perfect based on the vibes we requested. Joe was our DJ this past Saturday and he did an amazing job! From the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception he exceeded our expectations. He was very informative with the groom and I on letting us know what would be next like toasts and such. Joe also was very helpful in the planning process, he was quick to text back if we had any questions. The app that we could load songs onto was very easy to use and kept everything organized. Mike was great to work with. We felt so comfortable planning and prepping the music for our wedding with his help. We really appreciated all of his guidance and suggestions. On the big day, Mike was extremely professional and easy to work with. He arrived with ample time to set up. Amplified Events DJ booth looked very classy and tied into our decor perfectly. We had a lot of specific timings that we wanted songs to place (trying to have some movie moments, ya know?) and Mike executed everything SO perfectly to bring our dreams to life. Additionally, we'd gotten a photobooth from Amplified Events. It was easy to use and super fun for guests. I would recommend Amplified Events for any event!

I want to take a minute to thank Amplified Events for making my wedding day so special and fun for all of my guests! Mike took every song on my playlist and added in a few more I hadn't thought of that were perfect additions to an already fire set list, sequenced everything so perfectly and gave the dance floor an energy that had everyone moving from the first song to the last dance. The photo booth was a huge hit and the pictures we have from it are now beautiful keepsakes and will serve as reminders of how much fun all of our guests had! The lighting on the floor was gorgeous and set the tone for a night of love, laughter, music, and dancing, and I cannot thank Amplified Events enough for helping everything run so smoothly and seamlessly. I first experienced an Amplified Events wedding in December 2018. It was the last of 12 weddings I attended that year and by far the most memorable dance floor. I was so impressed that I convinced my best friend to hire them for her wedding the following year. This past month, I finally got to hire them for my own wedding. The dance floor energy that Mike and Jeff create is truly unmatched. They have a real talent for knowing how to sequence your song requests, how much of a song to play, and how to read the room. Mike went above and beyond to help us create cuts of our first-dance song and mother-son song and even gave me the opportunity to pick my top priority songs for the last 30 min of the night from my requested songs that hadn't been played yet (which he had been diligently crossing off throughout the night). The price point is super reasonable and our guests could not stop raving about how it was the most packed wedding dance floor they ever experienced. We cannot recommend Amplified Events enough! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Mike and Jeff for the electric wedding dance floor of our dreams!!!

Mike and his team are simply the best. The booking process was easy, planning process was super simple. Providing music for your wedding seems like a tall task, but with the app provided at booking it makes it very easy. Mike and his team were so professional throughout the whole process. As for the reception, the dance floor was full all night. We had all of our big moment dances picked out, but left a majority of the dancing music to Mike's discretion and he played a perfect mix of music that had people dancing all night. Your DJ search can stop with Amplified because there is nobody better!

We worked directly with Mike on planning & DJ'ing our wedding at the Dunes Pavilion in Chesterton. Mike was incredibly easy to work with and flexible in our wedding planning. His planning app helped us to set our own timeline of events and coordinate each event. Two things really stood out about working with Amplified Events was the extent that Mike was able accommodate our desired flow and make last minute adjustments. Our outdoor ceremony was weather dependent and we had to make a last minute decision. Mike was easily able to accommodate an outdoor ceremony for us. During the remainder of the reception he kept a great flow of music going based on our initial playlists and kept all of our Philly area guests up to date on the Phillies scores. His DJ equipment is sleek and modern so it blends in super nicely with any venue and looks fresh and polished. Would 10/10 recommend working with Mike and his team.

I will be recommending Amplified Events, specifically Mike Kane, to everyone! Mike was our wedding DJ and he was so so great! We had multiple consultations to go over everything we wanted and he fulfilled every single wish at a VERY reasonable price! The music and lighting was absolutely gorgeous. Mike was also so accommodating the day of - bringing me and my husband water and letting me use his portable fan because it was so hot out! We hired Chris as our wedding DJ after having a tough time deciding which wedding DJ Company to choose. We loved that Mike and Chris were willing to have multiple 1-1 conversations before the wedding day, and cater to the exact schedule, music type and vibes we wanted. Mike is simply the best! We had our wedding at white oak farm venue this past June, and everyone had so much fun! He provided microphones and music for the outdoor ceremony, music at our cocktail hour, and became our hype man for our reception. We also asked him to make little reminders to our guests throughout the night in regards to hotel/shuttle services. He was so accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Wish there were more stars! Mike and team were the best partners throughout the process. Reasons why you should hire them immediately for your dream day: 1. Transparency in pricing. No nickel and diming at all, they brought all of the equipment (speakers and mics) that fit perfectly in our space and for our event for one flat fee. 2. Super easy-to-use app for putting in all of our favorite songs and helping us remember all the things we needed to select songs for. Synced seamlessly with our Spotify playlists. 3. Goldilocks level of communication. Mike was there whenever we needed him, making time to tour the venue in advance to help us plan for specific sound concerns. His steady demeanor gave us instant trust that he was a pro, and he delivered! Mike also made time to meet with us about 10 days before the event to ensure all pronunciations were correct and to go over the timeline. He helped us stay on schedule on the day as well. 4. Most importantly, they kept everyone on the dance floor all night! It was the best party we're ever going to throw, and we had a nonstop great time. Thank you Amplified Events!

We recently used Amplified Events for our wedding DJ after the company was recommended through our venue The Walden Chicago. We could not have been happier with our decision! From our initial consultation with our day of DJ Mike (who is also the owner of the company!) everything ran so smoothly. Mike was extremely responsive with emails and wanted to assure that our style/taste was represented on our big day. Throughout the months leading up to our event we were able to share with Mike our preferred songs, do not play list, etc. all through an easily accessible app. We also met via a phone call the week prior to our wedding to run through bridal party member's names, first dance songs, etc. Mike answered all of our questions and provided us with a package that was affordable. His set up in our reception space was also simple and classy, which was unlike many wedding DJs we had seen before. The day of our wedding we continued to get compliments from guests on how great the DJ was (he really nailed the 2000's/90's/80s' throwbacks!) We will definitely be recommending Amplified Events in the future to our friends and family!

Mike is INCREDIBLE. I am a photographer and let me tell you I am picky as heck. I had two issues with two DJs prior to going with Mike. Mike fixed all those issues and made sure I felt comfortable. He even included a surprise for me the day of to make up for my horrid experience with other DJs. Music is such an important part of my day and Mike made mixes for me and helped with his program which is unbelievably easy to add songs to! I honestly have never met a nicer and more professional DJ. He's so fun and so communicative. He had everyone on the floor all night and didn't guilt me for wanting the songs I want. If you want the best DJ NWI has to offer you NEED MIKE. The best of the best. 100/10.

Amplified events was amazing! As a queer couple, we had to do a lot of research to find a company that would be accepting of us and we were so happy with the respect and excitement we got from Mike since the beginning. Our DJ ended up being Chris and he was so great. He kept the dance floor full the whole night and we had a very long dance portion of our day. Chris played all of our requests and also was able to mix in guests requests too. He also was not afraid to say no to song requests from guests if he knew they wouldn’t be a good song for the vibe of our night. Very much appreciated! The only problem we had, and we believe it was a true accident, was that during our grand entrance we were introduced as Mr. & Mrs. - but we are two males so it should have been Mr. & Mr. We laughed it off but some of our guests were pretty upset - but if that’s the worst thing to happen during our wedding, we’ll take it! You will not be upset with hiring this company!

Chris absolutely killed it on 9/5/2022. Amplified events isn’t a typical boring wedding DJ. They use state of the art equipment and provided great sounding music and awesome backlighting to the dance floor. Chris listened to all specific requests and really ran the whole night since we did not have a wedding planner. Thanks Chris!

ABSOLUTE BEST DJ EVER. Mike was so calm and collected from the very beginning, and communication was easy. We used their salsa booth, uplighting, and monogram on our dance floor and it was all a hit. I could not recommend Chris, Mike, and the Amplified Events team more to anyone looking for a DJ. We are from California, and we planned our wedding in Indiana, which was tough at a distance! The Amplified team went above and beyond to make our planning easier across time zones. They were incredibly flexible and organized - and boy, did they know how to throw a party! Chris was our DJ and emcee. From the minute we were connected, we knew we were in good hands. He's extremely professional and detail-oriented. He came over-prepared with equipment for the indoor and outdoor venue. In the midst of a couple of hiccups at the property, Chris was able to adapt to any situation quickly and calmly. Finally, if you're looking to have a DJ who can read an audience and keep your friends and family on the dance floor the whole night, look no further. We were so impressed with Chris, and we appreciate all that he did to make our wedding a night to remember!

Jeff @Amplified Events is AMAZING! We were a bit nervous selecting a DJ because we know how important of a role the DJ plays in setting the tone for your wedding. Jeff was excellent at communicating with us, offering input, and respecting our wishes. Jeff NAILED IT!! Our dance floor was packed ALL NIGHT! The process was smooth, and I was not stressed before our wedding reception- because I knew we were in good hands. When the day came, Jeff was professional, accurate with all name pronunciations, and set such a fun vibe for all of us! My husband is Indian- and Jeff did not hesitate to thread Bollywood songs into our night and even set aside time for Garba. When I say I would book Jeff again in a heart beat- I mean it! Truly deserves more than 5 stars. We feel like we owe so much of our fun memories to Jeff. Ugh. Such a magical night that wouldn’t have been possible without an EXCELLENT DJ. If you’re on the fence of who to go with- like we were- please jump, run, and hop at the chance to book Jeff! And if you’re wondering if the photo booth is worth it- IT IS A MUST! Sooo much fun!!! 🎊🎉🎶🎶

Multiple people came up to me to tell us our DJ, Jeff from Amplified Events, was the best DJ they’d ever had. I gave Jeff creative freedom for dance floor music and he killed it, we were thrilled with the quality of his song choices! The Photo Booth was super unique and cool as well! 11/10 exceeded expectations, and I hope I never get married again, but I would happily hire Jeff if I did 😂

We hired the photo booth for our wedding on 10.1.22. I can also say their DJ services are top notch because our friends DID have them at their wedding in 2020, we just unfortunately couldn’t budget for them. They had the photo booth too and that is why we booked them. The photo booth attendant (I didn’t catch his name, so sorry!! He had beautiful long curly hair without the tiniest bit of frizz) was very nice. He showed up to set up and was even able to start the booth early. Myself, my husband, and a few other people had conversations with him. He was so nice and complimented our day. The photo booth was an absolute HIT! I love that you get all the photos taken. It’s nice to have something instantly since the photographers are going to be a bit until they give us our photos. Everyone loved it and I while we couldn’t book their DJ services, the photo booth was reasonably priced and a true hit!

Amplified Events was amazing! So easy to work with and flexible when we had to change dates multiple times due to Covid. Chris Zart was so friendly and a fantastic DJ! So many of our guests complimented us on how great he did!

Amplified events went above and beyond to make our day special. This team had amazing response rates for my questions and always got back to me in a timely manner. We had a mix of old and young at our wedding and apart from the songs that we chose on VIBO they were able to find great tracks to play to keep everyone on the dance floor. I recommended them for a friends wedding. They helped make our day very special and memorable.
