AMPLIFY

anization! Using robust and highly detailed questionnaires throughout the planning process, AMPLIFY guided us thru curating every moment of our celebration. As a classically trained musician, I couldn't have selected better musicians for our string trio; they played so beautifully and nailed all of our very specific requests - Our guests were thrilled with the live musicians. Everyone thinks of the dancefloor when it comes to the DJ, but they do so, so much more. Todd (our DJ) had our Pastor's levels perfect with the lavalier mic and also with the wireless mic for my father's blessing of the meal. Being familiar with our venue, we left the lighting decisions up to Todd - His color and placement selections lit the room beautifully. He set-up our telephone audio guest book and directed our guests to leave us messages at various times throughout the night. He truly partnered with our wedding planner (A Piece of Cake Event Planning) to ensure every transition and our entire itinerary ran smoothly; he was an effective MC the entire time. Leading-up to our wedding, it was incredibly easy to collaborate with Todd via Spotify, discovering our musical tastes for the cocktail hour, for dinner, for the cake cutting, for the dancefloor; literally every moment, curated together. And yes, he kept the dancefloor going! We had probably a 50/50 crowd of dancers vs socializers and it worked-out perfectly, how Todd had the room balanced with the dancefloor thumping and yet socializers across the room could still talk and enjoy the atmosphere. We couldn't be happier with AMPLIFY and our entire experience - We are forever grateful for their professional expertise and execution!

that could easily be overlooked.  Before our final check-in, Miggy shared with us a ceremony and a reception questionnaire. These questionnaires ensured we captured all the important beats of the wedding and their accompanying songs. And Miggy helped guide us through the parts we weren't sure about. After the final check-in, Miggy maintained great responsiveness leading up to the wedding day. Miggy arrived with plenty of time for set up, so when the wedding party arrived before the ceremony, everything was already set up and ready to go. He used a lapel mic for the officiant and me, and he ensured it was positioned in a way that minimized its visibility on camera while still picking up everything for the guests to hear. During cocktail hour and dinner, Miggy did a great job as our MC and guided guests on where they needed to be, reminded them to sign the guestbook, and so much more - all in both English and Spanish! And once the dancing started, it did not stop! We gave Miggy the fun challenge of blending Colombian, South African, and US music, and wow, did he deliver! So much so that our guests have made sure to tell us multiple times after the wedding how much fun they had. Even the people we least expected on the dance floor were out there dancing with my wife and me.  What I think I appreciated the most about Miggy and AMPLIFY was their attention to detail. For example, Miggy tailored the song selections for the Hora Loca to the Colombian crowd, and that was crucial in making it one of the highlights of the night! And another instance, Miggy kept a close eye on the radar as small rain clouds approached during cocktail hour and worked with our coordinator so we could perfectly time our outdoor first dance with the weather. Overall, the music knowledge, DJ skills, knowing how to match the crowd’s energy, and professionalism made Miggy the best wedding DJ we could have ever hoped for!

t, but especially your wedding, it would be Amplify (dibs on Nate specifically). Nate was amazing, both leading up to and day of. When my photographer cancelled, who had a list ready to go for local vendors? Nate. When we had a highly specific and odd request, who was there with song recommendations, excited to execute our vision? Nate. When I tell you our guests have not stop talking about how wonderful and how much fun they had dancing, it was absolutely electric. Nate handled on the fly changes with ease and professionalism. He was extremely responsive while planning and again, I cannot speak highly enough of how professional Nate conducts himself and his business. We had been burned a few times with other vendors by those who meant well, but were unorganized and unprepared. Emailing and talking with Nate was a breath of fresh air. The way he organizes the planning for his couples makes it so no stone is left unturned and nothing is left up to chance (if you so choose!). If you want, you can plan every moment down to the second OR you can let Nate take the wheel, and trust me, he’s got your back.  As for the day of, Nate prioritizes his couples and their happiness. We want to slip away without any questions? Goodbye Mr & Mrs, see you in a few! We really wanted to showcase our family and the love throughout the generations, so we chose to open the dance floor with a generations dance (check out Amplify’s page on tips and recommendations). My grandparents will be celebrating 60 years together this year and we were hoping they’d play along and dance till the end, but naturally they weren’t paying attention! Nate noticed and quickly got them up center stage, taking it a step further and giving them the microphone. We were all in tears, it was such a beautiful moment for them, for us, for everyone who loved someone in that room.  We ended up purchasing the uplighting package and after all the wholesome, heartwarming moments, we got straight up disrespectful in that classy, historic venue. I wanted it to feel like a dirty Berlin warehouse club. Holy crap did Nate deliver. We were sweaty and messy, dancing like there was no tomorrow. My husband and I, like most people, have some very important songs that represent some significant moments in our relationship. For us, most of those songs are metal and metalcore adjacent. Towards the end of the night we opened up the MFing pit and for all the cringe that it could’ve been, for all the embarrassment it could’ve brought, Nate had the vibes so right, that the transition from club to pit was seamless. Bustle? Broken. Surroundings? Disrespected. John Mess vocal fry? Nailed (truly shouldn’t have been handed the mic, but thank you Nate for the opportunity). It was perfect. All to say, Nate is amazing and we mean it with every part of our being. Please hire Amplify if you want to throw the most amazing party and have the most beautiful wedding ever. He is a true professional and an even better DJ!!!

questionnaire that covered everything we could have possibly needed for our ceremony, reception, and special moments throughout the night. It helped guide us through decisions we didn’t even realize we needed to make and made the entire planning process feel simple and stress-free. Nate also took the time to have multiple phone calls with us leading up to the wedding, as well as calls with our event planner, to make sure every detail was dialed in. There were a few moments where we weren’t sure what song to choose, and Nate was fantastic at offering suggestions including helping us find the perfect song for our ceremony entrance. On wedding day, Nate absolutely delivered. He brought incredible energy and kept the dance floor packed all night long. So many of our guests came up to us saying it was the best DJ they had ever experienced at a wedding. He did such a great job reading the room, mixing music, and keeping everyone engaged. We’re a pretty rowdy group and wanted a true party atmosphere, and Nate nailed it. At one point he was even out on the dance floor with us hyping everyone up, which made the night even more fun and memorable. We truly couldn’t recommend Nate and Amplify more. If you want a DJ who is organized, professional, and knows how to throw an unforgettable party, this is your guy!!!

absolutely blew it out of the water. They are so organized and so talented. I had no doubts that Amplify would do a phenomenal job -- they asked all the right questions during the planning process and Nate made sure to really understand our vision by the end of our pre-event meeting. He and his team took care of everything -- I still can't thank them enough for how seamless everything went. Nate is everything you want in a wedding DJ! He is professional and organized. He is adaptable and thinks on his feet. He is personable and brings the party!! So many of our guests reached out afterwards just to tell me how much they LOVED Nate. He was interactive with the crowd, brought the energy, and worked his magic -- our dance floor was filled all night and other than an outfit change and water break, my groom and I REFUSED to get off the dance floor because we were having too much fun. Truly don't think that there is any entertainment group out there that could have done a better job. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!! Thank you so much to our Amplify team, you guys helped make our wedding the best night ever!!

owd. Everything ran smoothly and we got so many compliments from our guests. Highly recommend!

smooth and pleasant. We had so many comments after our wedding how amazing our DJ was!

took the time to understand our music preferences and created a playlist that kept the energy high and the dance floor packed all night long. DJ CJ was an absolute joy to work with. She played the best tunes and had amazing energy and crowd interactions. We had so much fun dancing the night away. Every moment felt seamless, from the ceremony music to the last dance. Guests are still talking about how much fun they had! If you want a DJ who goes above and beyond to make your wedding stress-free and full of joy, Amplify Entertainment is the one to choose. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them!

le talking about how good our DJ was. The ceremony music was perfect and right on queue. At the reception, he got everyone (literally everyone) involved and up dancing which is exactly what we wanted! By far one of our best choices when wedding planning! Thanks for everything Nate!

come up to me during and after the wedding telling me how great he was. I’d recommend Nate over and over again! Thanks Nate!

Night was a 10/10!

. Kind, detail-oriented, and GREAT at what he does - it truly felt as if Mason/Nate/Amplify genuinely cared and I can not say thank you enough for helping make our special day as special as it was!

l but I am so thankful we put dibs on him specifically. He had the best energy, read our crowd so well and kept the party going the entire night! We had guests complimenting us for weeks! I could not have picked a better DJ and I loved everything about how Nate handled the entire process from start to finish. He has such a great vibe. I have already had friends looking to book him for different events.

fect. He set us up with Mason, who was the BEST DJ! All around the whole AMPLIFY team was perfect, from Mason playing all our favorite songs, the sound, the lighting, the 360 booth. We cannot thank them enough!!

ing. He did a great job of feeling out the room and playing the right music for the right moment. We had people on the dance floor the entire night and got several compliments on what a good party it was!

vision and made our day more unique, fun, and memorable than we could have ever imagined. Not only is Nate an incredible DJ and crowd please, but he also has so many unique enhancements you can add to your event or wedding. We could book an audio guest book, photobooth, and cold sparks through him, and these fun add-ons truly elevated our day and made it all the more special. It was so easy to have all of this through one vendor without any stress or worries. We cannot recommend Nate/his team enough. They are flexible, patient, kind, quick to respond, and will make sure that all your guests are having fun! We are so so thankful!

g DJ. She was very interactive, had a wonderful personality and played great music. My family and friends raved about how great she was as a DJ. I would recommend Amplify for any event you are having. They have a great team.

e music and energy was exactly what we had hoped for. He provides a lengthy questionnaire for you to fill out and a meeting prior to your event to ensure you're both on the same page. The pre-event decisions (what music you want) is truly the hardest part of the process. Once the event is here, you can be sure that everything will run smoothly on his end. He is a true professional and deserves every bit of recognition!

ople are still talking about how fun our wedding was!

Chelsea.

floor was one of our highlights from the night. I would recommend DJ Amplify to anyone who needs a DJ!

and worked with us every step of the way!

ur 91-year old Auntie! This was all because Amplify took the time to create a personalized profile that captured our desires for all aspects of the evening well before our special day (and they even accommodated a few changes on the day of). Nate spearheaded things and was extremely quick to respond to our e-mails and Chelsea’s counsel helped make our evening memorable. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Amplify for any occasion!

we are still so in love with. From the DJ, Sierra, quick responses to questions, and the playlist, it couldn’t have been better. Amplify helped make our wedding the best night of our lives. They aced the intermixing of languages and various genre tastes to make an exceptional blend of music we loved and songs that bridged the gap between the diverse cultures. I wholeheartedly thank them for their hard work and the love they poured into our night. You can tell they really care about their clients and are just easy people to work. Even when I had a few changes the night before, Sierra was so encouraging and rolled with it. Forever grateful we made the wise decision and went with Amplify!

l that Nate was genuinely excited to be a part of our day and is obviously very passionate about his work. We loved that the DJs have their own playlists on their site to show their music taste. My wife and I have a very versatile music taste and we really wanted to work with someone who was the same (and also equally loving to The 1975 as we are). After looking through the site, we found that Nate would be the perfect fit. Nate was very accessible throughout the whole process, and Amplify had the best wedding packages available in terms of quality and price. Nate and Sir made our wedding the absolute dream, with their fun and interactive energy as well as reading the crowd for all the perfect moments. Nate put together the most perfect playlist with his own tie in that kept everyone on the dance floor. Every guests' first comments were how amazing our DJ's were and no one wanted the night to end. We are so grateful to Amplify and would recommend to anyone!

ive back to those who use me) but I am so glad that we did not. I filled out a form and didn't really know who we were going to meet with but it ended up being Nate. My now husband was IN LOVE with him and his personality and I loved how energetic he was. We went a very different route when it came to the wedding and Nate did not seem to have any issues with that. Our guests LOVED him and my mom is super picky but she was very happy with him. He even threw out a drinking game, that we had no idea about, and was so much fun. He jumped in with us and danced and took pictures. We had asked for a party theme and a party DJ and he did not disappoint at all. I want to have another party just so we can hire him again.

add additional services to your package as you get closer to your wedding. Camilo was a fantastic DJ. He listened to all of our requests & even came early when the weather sent us into a frenzy. Additionally, he dressed and acted very professional. Overall cannot recommend Amplify more!

ongs to keep everyone dancing. His enthusiasm and talent truly made our wedding unforgettable. Additionally, the voice recordings for our guests were a fantastic touch. It added a personal and unique element to our celebration that we will cherish forever. We highly recommend Nate for any event – his professionalism and passion for music are unmatched. Thank you, Nate, for making our special day even more memorable!

and they are great at making on the fly changes, which trust me, will come in handy haha! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

together. He was worth every single penny and elevated our experience to a whole new level. Everyone told us that this was the best wedding and reception that they have ever experienced, people were even telling me they wanted him for their wedding too. If there was a way to give more stars we would!! Thank you Nate, love Ethan and Dilan 05/02/24

ks before the wedding to go over our wedding timeline and music, which created a stress free wedding day! He was interactive with our guest, and made sure everyone was included and involved. With last minute rain plans, Nate was highly flexible, and was only a phone call away if needed! Amplify will surely make your wedding reception perfect in every way! Highly recommend!

to make sure he DJed the event how we wanted and in line with our tastes and preferences, not his own or anyone else's. When asked to change a song because the bride didn't like it, he did so immediately. He brought lots of energy, was very professional, but not overwhelming for the party. He was also very independent and didn't require much guidance or answers on the day of. We would absolutely hire him again! Thank you, Lane!

they could not have picked a better DJ. We had a smaller, more intimate wedding and Paris was perfect. We met a week before over zoom and she was so laid back and understood the assignment. She completely put me at ease and I was so obsessed with her playlist, she sent it to me after the wedding. Communication with amplify is A+. Nate emails you consistently throughout the process. Great experience and I highly recommend.

ed and easy to execute checklist, and was not only a consummate professional, but also an excellent DJ! We were blown away by his skill and all of our guests truly enjoyed having him and his team. Cannot recommend enough.

looking and book with them immediately.

did everything we asked and some! I recommend him 100/10 times!

oved all of her equipment to join us inside! She was fun, energetic, and really made our wedding day special for us

s! Would not hire anybody else for music ! :D

people to just be included in our wedding day. I seriously cannot recommend amplify, Nate & Mason enough to anyone looking for a dance floor filled with people dancing all night long!

o be around. I wish I could relieve my wedding day just so I could dance with Nate and all my friends again! Hands down recommend him and his company for any event!
