Amanda was AMAZING!!! I initially didn’t think I needed a wedding coordinator but boy was I wrong. She was invaluable to our wedding day and rehearsal. Amanda was knowledgeable of our venue, worked well with other vendors, and rolled with the punches (including holding our infant ring bearer). We truly could not have asked for a better team to help us get through the day!

AMR Bridal!!! Where to even begin????? Amanda and Elena were absolutely FABULOUS!!! I am a HUGE ball of anxiety and stress, and they were there to help and reassure me every step of the way. I work with AMR Bridal all the time as a wedding catering vendor (Happy Catering) and we LOVE working with them! Amanda, Elena and their whole team always ensure the day goes smoothly and that each client is taken care of. As a wedding vendor, we depend on planners to make sure our installs go as smooth as possible. Working with AMR Bridal & Events is always a white glove experience. Their attention to detail is 5 star. Not only do we get detailed day of information, we get phone calls and texts to make sure we have everything we need. When I have consultations with potential brides, I ask if they have a planner. If they do not, I always recommend AMR with Amanda and her team.

Amanda was cool, call, collected, and beyond knowledgeable. To every question I had, she had answers and suggestions! My wedding day ran smoothly thanks to her and I didn’t have to do a thing! I recommend her to any bride!!

Amanda was an excellent wedding planner!! She went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed from vetting vendors, small details, to coordinating the day of. We couldn’t have handled it without her! She is incredibly professional and so accommodating. She always responded to all my frantic questions without hardly any wait time and she was always willing to have a phone call or FaceTime to talk through things but or small. I couldnt recommend her enough!

I couldn’t have asked for a better team! Amanda and Jordan were literally the BEST! Amanda kept in touch, almost daily, leading up to the wedding. She would handle every “crisis” I had (I was stressing about every small thing and she would make me feel so much better after speaking with her.) On the day of the wedding, she and Jordan made sure that my husband and I enjoyed the moment. She swooped in and saved the day from people trying to ruin my day. Had I not had this dynamic duo, I probably would have cried the entire day. Jordan was so sweet! He sat with me and made me laugh after realizing I just needed a moment to myself. They knew what I needed before I knew what I needed. This process was so smooth because they put their all into making this moment the perfect one for us. I’m so grateful we chose them. They have become family throughout this process! Not only was she my planner, but she was also my decorator. When I entered the ceremony and reception hall, my heart skipped a beat and my mouth dropped to the floor. It was BEAUTIFUL and beyond anything I could ever imagine. Thank you guys for making my big day a literal fairytale!

I was fortunate enough to have Elena from AMR as my lead planner for my wedding last month. The event was a true success! Because of her great communication, attention to detail, and her care in everything she does, I was able to relax and be present and enjoy my wedding day to the fullest! From the first meeting it felt like we were instant friends, and I really trusted she supported my vision and what I most prioritized. Her warm and cozy personality even led me to lean on her emotionally when I’d start to feel stressed. She was like a balm in those times. I’m a details person and loved being involved in every decision, but at some point I was done and just wanted to focus on being a bride. I could trust that all those details I was “over” thinking about were taken care of. And even though Elena was my lead planner and main contact, Amanda was there for me the whole journey. I knew I could always reach out for advice or reassurance. From meetings to ideas to planning to making sure I had everything I needed, and she was even there on the big day! Definitely hire this team, you will be so happy you did.

Amanda took the stress out of the whole wedding planning process. She made the tough decisions, help guide me through decisions, and made all of my requests become a reality. Her attention to detail is evidenced by the reception floor plan & detailed wedding day timeline she created in advance of my wedding. Those documents were a comfort to me in the days leading up to the wedding & served as proof that Amanda had everything taken care of & planned out. As far as I know, my wedding day went perfectly. If there were any hiccups, Amanda took care of them & I never knew about them. I think that’s exactly what any bride wants. I’ll always remember it as a perfect day and am so thankful I had Amanda at the helm throughout. Leading up to the wedding day, Amanda & her assistant Elena were always there if I ever needed anything. They were quick to respond & there for me even if I just needed to vent. I cannot recommend Amanda enough! She is exactly who you want to take care of you on your wedding day; she's level-headed, calm, somehow always where she is needed, and will take the whole load off of your shoulders so you can relax and enjoy your day! We did the day-of coordinator package, which was perfect for us. Amanda did a fabulous job integrating with our planning weeks out so she knew what was up. She reached out to most of the vendors without me even knowing to start coordinating drop offs and schedules with them. You can trust her to give you her honest, professional opinion which means the world, and she is very clear that she is there for you. Amanda and her team were a pleasure to work with!

Working with Amanda was an excellent experience! We were supported through our wedding journey with explorative tools that simplified our decision process with well educated and informed input. As a same-sex couple wedding, Amanda was exactly who we needed to make our wedding day perfect, not to mention the incredible seamstress skills she had to use when a groomsman ripped his paint a half an hour before the ceremony!!! Literally a life saver. Our day was perfect in every way and we have so much of that to thank Amanda for.

I really don't know what I would have done without Amanda! She helped us in coordinating a wedding celebration while we were living across the country. She made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. She was extremely easy to work with and always made herself available when needed. Amanda was a dream to work with! I hired her for full planning services, and she made the entire process so smooth. She helped me book amazing vendors and was always very responsive to any questions or concerns. My wedding day was absolutely perfect. She was so professional and on top of everything. Amanda and her husband went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day was perfect. There were a couple things that I realized I had forgot come the rehearsal and Amanda was on it. Needed tums the morning of, she went and got them. Had a couple issues with our photographer she took care of it. I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator for my big day!

We booked Amanda as our wedding day coordinator and she was a dream to work with! I had zero worries on my big day knowing she was there to coordinate with vendors and make sure everything was running on time and smoothly. She even showed up earlier than her contract time to ensure that a vendor was set-up on time. For any brides looking for a professional, knowledgable, and fun wedding coordinator, book Amanda and you will not be disappointed!

From my very first conversation with Amanda, I knew I had to have her help me with my wedding. She was very attentive to my vision and repeated everything back to me in a way that made me feel empowered - my now husband and I had imagined a non-traditional wedding, reception only, no cake but a macaron tower instead, etc. Amanda had no problems making my visions come alive much better than anything I could've ever conjured up in my head. After months of anxiously waiting, I was in awe at how amazing the tiny details of our wedding was. The best part, my husband and I didn't have to worry about any of that - Amanda and her team did such an amazing job, I wish I had time to enjoy everything longer. I'm so glad we had Amanda with us to make this whole wedding planning process so smooth. If there's any advice I can give to anyone planning a wedding, get a wedding planner and, if you can, make sure that wedding planner is Amanda!

Amanda saved the day! Multiple times, in fact. She was so helpful with planning and navigating vendors in the months leading up to my wedding. She even had a back up cake ready to go when my cake vendor didn't show up until the wedding had started. She was prompt with returning emails and wonderful with recommendations for vendors. Cannot recommend her enough! She's the one.

I can’t express how thankful I am for Amanda! She made the entire wedding process so much less stressful. She was extremely organized and always kept me updated about what I should be doing (while she took care of ten more things behind the scenes). She is so sweet and extremely responsive as well. COVID made the entire process somewhat more complicated, but Amanda took it in stride and made changes as needed to the ceremony and reception. I would highly, highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner!

I don't have adequate words to describe just how GREAT Amanda and her team are! I used her as my day of coordinator and she did vendor coordination in the month leading up to the wedding. She took so much stress off of me and my mom and made the last month of wedding planning a breeze! When I booked her I knew that she would not be the one there on the day of as she already had another wedding, so her husband, Jordan, and her assistant, Kylie, stepped up and were a dream during the entire day of the wedding and the reception! Amanda was more like a friend the entire way, a very wedding knowledgable, well organized, friend! She is so great at what she does and made my day flow so smoothly! I would recommend AMR bridals to anyone!

I don't even know where to begin! Amanda literally SAVED our wedding day! We had so many issues with our venue and Amanda helped us talk with them months prior to the wedding to try and resolve the issues. However, on the wedding day they still messed up so many things and went back on a lot of what they had promised. However, we had NO idea any of this was going on because Amanda handled it ALL! She whipped them into shape and was able to create the reception of dreams despite all of the issues. She knew exactly what I wanted and made it happen! We seriously would NOT have had a reception without her!! She handled everything so well and made sure she was still there to support me in any way I needed throughout the day. She is so fun and hilarious, she helps all those wedding jitters float away. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Amanda directed my Daughter’s Wedding on July 6, 2019. It was HOT! Amanda had everything organized so well and kept the Wedding Party ready and on cue. More importantly, Amanda made it possible for my wife to enjoy her daughter’s wedding. That was priceless!
