Amy Caroline Photography

ut so beautifully. During our engagement session, she helped us find a new location at the last minute (due to factors outside our control) and it was even better than our original plan. She handles everything with grace and a calming presence; I knew she would be wonderful on our wedding day. At the actual wedding, she was a guiding light throughout the entire day. Not only did she capture our wedding perfectly, she kept the timeline on track, fixed my hair whenever the wind blew, made sure my husband and I had moments to ourselves, and reminded us to stay present during the busy day. The photos she took are stunning; she expertly uses the light in all environments, she made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and the results were natural and gorgeous. I am forever grateful to her and her husband; hiring Amy was the best decision we made throughout the entire process.

meless and beautiful photographs. Not only was she incredibly sweet and easy-going, but she made taking photos easy. After receiving the final portfolio of photos, we can confidently say that Amy was the right choice. The photos are AMAZING and we could not be happier :) If you need professional photos done, she is 1000% the person to choose.

and were a huge part in making our wedding day flawless. They truly felt like family by the end of the night. Amy has such a special and unique perspective for what she does and made taking pictures so effortless. She made me feel like the most beautiful bride and I cannot wait to relive our wedding day again from her perspective. Adam gave us constant words of encouragement, was kind enough to trek around our stuff and made sure I had a drink in my hand when pictures were done (how awesome is that!) These two are the definition of true love and we are so thankful to have them forever in our hearts as part of our wedding day. They are such a special wedding photography duo and I would recommend them a million times over as your wedding photographer. Thank you Amy and Adam!

ing day they were endlessly patient, thoughtful, and kind. Amy’s style is bright and classic. I have no doubt these photos will stand the test of time. She did an amazing job capturing traditional photos as well as candid photos throughout the evening. She even brought her own design board and ring boxes to capture our rings and stationery. I love love love flowers and Amy made sure they were included throughout the photos. If you’re lucky enough to book Amy and Adam they will make your dreams come true.

ld of for planning what the day would look like and was very flexible. You could tell she loves what she does. We had her and her husband on our wedding day and they made the entire day enjoyable and easy to navigate. A couple months later we received our photo library. We could not have been more impressed! She captured that day perfectly! We also ordered our wedding album with her and the design was perfect! There was absolutely nothing we wanted to change about it before it was finalized. Amy was one of our best decisions to have as a part of a very special day!

judge this year. We contacted Amy last minute and she was nothing but accommodating and willing to help us capture the day. Although our wedding was nothing like we imagined, Amy made it special, fun and took the most beautiful photos for us to cherish forever! I highly recommend Amy - you won’t regret it.

beautiful gallery of images. She keeps the photo planning process light-hearted and smooth and her photography speaks for itself - romantic and timeless!!

er. The group we were with was a TON of energy and as soon as she came around she got us to slow down and enjoy the moment. She's incredibly calming and always reminded us to take a deep inhale and exhale ( how important is that on your wedding day! SO IMPORTANT! ) To top it off the photos we got back from her are just gorgeous ( and we might use some of these in our house... future kids don't need to know that wasn't our actual wedding right? ) Brides - if you are looking for a photographer look no further - we would highly suggest booking Amy for both your engagement and your day of!

iling for posed photos, so I knew we needed a photographer who could capture the moments outside of posed photos and capture his natural smile. Amy did just that - she took GORGEOUS photos and definitely caught both of our natural smiles, and the natural moments of our guests and family members too! Amy made us feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera for the posed photos too. She was so kind and warm that she felt like a friend. It was a great feeling to look at the photos and see the love between my husband and me and with our family and friends. They are photos we will treasure forever and I'm so glad we trusted Amy to capture our special day. In preparation for our wedding, she was so helpful coming up with a schedule and she kindly answered all my questions. Before our engagement photos, she helped me come up with outfit ideas that would look great on camera. Every part of the process was fun with Amy and I'm truly in awe of her work. We will definitely hire her again in the future when we have children and take family photos. Amy is the best!

mfortable and beautiful on my wedding day and captured so many special moments of my family, friends, Jon and me. I’d highly recommend her to anyone as the entire photography process from start to finish was a breeze.

s. From the moment my husband and I met Amy we fell in love with her. We had our wedding in Aspen while living in Chicago and Amy still made it so convenient and fun to have incredible engagement photos well before the wedding. On the big day, she and her fabulous sidekick hubby held all our wedding parties extras in their backpacks, wiped off any outdoor surface with their own clothes before we sat, and created the most positive soothing vibe I could have imagined. At the end of it all, I ADORE our photos more than I ever dreamed and feel so lucky to have had her there on our team. She’s truly the best. Now we’re expecting a baby and Amy even coordinated a gender reveal shoot using our rambunctious chocolate lab. Amazing. <3

ncredibly comfortable in front of the camera, starting with a (very!!!) cold engagement session up in Boulder, CO. She's warm, friendly, funny, and insanely talented. The way she uses the light is unparalleled. Our photos are classic and timeless and truly show our personality. I look at our engagement and wedding photos daily - Amy was the best money we spent on our wedding. She's also incredibly communicative and responsive, which is great for brides like me who couldn't wait to get their hands on the photos from the big day! Hire Amy first, and then figure out the rest of your wedding details later.

now what they are doing, efficient and so friendly! They go above and beyond to make sure the photos are wonderful! I absolutely love the light and airy look of our photos! Our wedding planner recommended Amy Caroline Photography and we are so glad we used them! We got our album a little while back and we are so pleased with the amount and quality of the images! You can download all the images for free once they become available! We would highly recommend Amy Caroline Photography!

avel dates in advance and working quickly to get paperwork in order. We used Skype to go over all the details - she is beautifully organised which helped the "planner" in me relax! We had a mini shoot at the rehearsal dinner where her and Adam effortlessly made us feel at ease and comfortable in front of the camera. On the actual wedding day, we truly had the ideal dream team: capturing every detail and special moment, genuinely caring for us when we needed a quick break from the crowd, keeping us relaxed while they organized our family and bridal party, and bringing out laughs and grins that we will treasure for years to come. Every moment and capture was carried out with sincerity and absolute perfection, and so if you are looking for a photographer who genuinely cares for you and your vision, Amy Caroline Photography will not disappoint!

he knew where to be when, and captured so many wonderful candid moments! She is seriously so great!!

he kept us at ease and helped us enjoy our day, while still managing to get every shot that we could have possibly wanted. Her photos are beautiful and of extremely high quality. We have also been privileged to have Amy as our photographer for a few other family occasions, and are so happy to have these memories in such detail and quality. Thanks Amy!

ur special wedding day moments, but she was our therapist, our comedian, our ring leader and our clock. We really felt that Amy was the key to such a perfect and memorable wedding day. From the first time I met her, I told our wedding planner “I just want to be her friend.” She is the kindest, most gentle spirit. She is extremely detailed and patient with her clients, from the photo lists to the timeline. Looking back at our wedding day photos is like reliving every moment. Amy captured every detail in the best light and was an absolute sweetheart throughout the entire process. I would hire her again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much Amy, you are such a talented artist!

t with Amy for the first time, we knew right away we wanted her to photograph one of the most important days in our lives. She is so sweet and kind and makes you feel at ease in front of the camera for those of us who are somewhat camera shy (my husband can be real awkward 🙃). When you meet her, you feel as if you have known her your whole life and is so personable. She captured my husband and I’s personalities so well and paid attention too every detail in each photo she took and was a blast to be with on our big day! We never imagined our wedding would look as beautiful as it did as well as our photos be true works of art and the most breathtaking photos we have ever seen!!! Thank you so much Amy!!! 💜💜

an engagement shoot. I will treasure them for years to come. I cannot recommend her highly enough! Thank you, Amy!!!

through engagement, wedding, a baby, and now family photos any time we get the chance. We don’t even live in the same state, but I simply cannot go to anyone else. She is so sweet, organized, open, and genuinely cares about every photo she gives us. I never have to manufacture a smile in her sessions because she puts us all at ease instantly, and despite the fact that I am not completely comfortable in front of a camera, she makes that melt away. At the end of it all we are left with not only gorgeous photos, but a precious memory of a day with family and our favorite photographer!

detail that will help to make your wedding everything that it can be! My husband and I were absolutely thrilled with how our pictures turned out. She captured our personalities perfectly and helped make us feel so at ease, so that we could enjoy ourselves the entire day, and have pictures that feel so natural, but are still so flattering! Amy made our timeline for us and helped us with so many other details before the wedding, even with details outside the area of photography. She also got our pictures to us quickly after the wedding, but clearly put a great deal of effort into her edits of all of our pictures. We were so thankful to have her, and could not have asked for anything more. Thanks Amy!!

terally offered to give me her pearl earrings she was wearing. I think that will stand out to me as a memory forever. She is so thoughtful and caring and really cares about your day. My photos were beautiful. This is where my complaint comes from, which IS NOT FAIR because I agreed to her contract, which is where my dissatisfaction comes from. So, I am posting this just so others will know what they are agreeing to with her contract, which isn't unreasonable, I just personally didn't realize it wasn't going to work well for me. In her contract you agree to getting your photos basically 4 months after the wedding. It doesn't seem like that much time, but it was a lot of time for me, I lost my excitement. Especially because I was married around the same time as my friends and they got their photos within days- to weeks-to-one-month. And I basically just lost my excitement about them. It also made me feel like she maybe prioritized other weddings more than mine, as I looked at her instagram page and saw her posting photos from recent weddings. I think Amy is a very skilled photographer and I would for sure recommend her. However, I would provide the caveat that for me, the wait time decreased my excitement about my wedding photos.

e someone I was comfortable with taking photos which I sometimes get embarrassed doing. Amy made me feel right at home while taking photos! She was responsive to all my questions, emailing me back and forth possible alternatives for photos when I freaked out it may rain. I also appreciate how great she was to have during our wedding. My wedding party loved her. She made everyone comfortable, moved efficiently, and made sure to get all the important shots. Our engagement and wedding photos turned out beautiful! I especially love the album Amy put together, something we will cherish. Thank you Amy!

nts about our engagement photos and I know that the ones from our wedding day will be just as amazing!

y. She was phenomenal to work with from day one. We left our initial consultation totally comfortable and thrilled to work with her. She gave us fantastic recommendations on anything we asked about - she is so experienced and so helpful! On the day of, it felt so natural to have her there. I can honestly say that her presence actually added a level of calm to my day :) She is such a lovely person and so easy to be around. She was able to keep the timeline moving, but also go with the flow when necessary. AND THE PICTURES!!!! Oh my goodness. We had high expectations based on what we'd seen of her work, but we were floored by how amazing our photos turned out. She really captured the authentic emotion of the day in a way that was very true to us. We are beyond pleased. THANK YOH AMY!!!

rfect combination of friendly and professional. I was overjoyed with the experience, but the results of her work were even more impressive! She was quick with her turn around time but clearly had put an incredible amount of work into every single photo she returned to me. She is just the best!!

ther. As soon as we met Amy and looked through her photos, it was clear she was the wedding photographer for us. We decided to stretch our photo budget a bit to hire her and it was *easily* one of the best decisions we made throughout our entire wedding process. We booked a package that included an engagement shoot with her as well, and I cannot recommend that enough. It gave me and my now-husband time to get to know Amy, understand her working style, develop a relationship… And, as we left the shoot, my fiancé actually said to me, “That was fun!” (Fun! From a man who hates having his photo taken!) As we got closer to our wedding day, Amy reached out to me to discuss details and to ask if there was anything else she could do to support our planning. We met for a cup of coffee to talk through the day and so I could ask questions (I had many, as I’m sure other brides do as well) and I left that meeting feeling so much more confident about everything that was going to happen over the course of the day. Everything ran perfectly smooth the day-of and I can’t emphasize enough how much all those involved with our wedding were so impressed with Amy. She gives really clear directions (without ever being bossy) and makes people feel instantly relaxed - I really, really believe that shows in our photos. Our wedding day was quite emotional (as they tend to be) and Amy was supportive, patient, and kind. She captured all sorts of small special moments and looking through our photos reminded me of so many details that I’m sure I would have otherwise forgotten with the craziness of the day. We are so thrilled with how our photos turned out - as are our family and friends - and we now have the incredibly difficult job of deciding which of our 1,000+ photos we want to print… But it’s a problem I’m happy to have!! I simply can’t say enough amazing things about working with Amy and the quality of her work.

ing the photos moving and everyone involved focused. We had four kids in our wedding, two 2 year olds, a 6 year old, and an 8 year old, and she was able to get great photos of them as well. Amy was such a pleasure to work with.

ate about making sure her clients feel comfortable and heard. Plus, she is deeply committed to marriage, and her joy for upcoming nuptials is contagious. She is truly one of a kind! We'd recommend her to anyone!!!

ok. I immediately knew that her beautiful, bright style would be PERFECT for both our engagement and wedding photos! I loved them so much that we even tried to pick our wedding date according to her availability. Amy was by far my favorite vendor. She was responsive, helpful, sweet and incredibly personable- she went out of her way to meet with us and make sure that she had a clear idea of our wedding vision. For our engagement photos, we desperately wanted to catch the fall colors, even though we only had a couple weeks left. Despite the fact that it was the busiest time of year for her, Amy squeezed us in to her schedule so that we could get our perfect photos. I just received my edited wedding images and could not be happier! They are stunning and truly capture the emotion of the day (no filters necessary!). Friends and family cannot stop talking about the images and my husband and I are thrilled with how they turned out. Many, many thanks to Amy for her flexibility, her talent and, most of all, her friendship. She helped make our wedding absolutely perfect!!

to find Amy Caroline, particularly after seeing the results! It was truly a pleasure working with Amy, from start to finish. The initial introductory meeting made us immediately feel as though she would be a good choice, in part because she was happy to comply with our wishes for privacy by not placing our photos on her website or in promotional materials (we struggled with other photographers who did not want to respect this wish). On our wedding day, Amy was personable and extremely easy to have around. She quickly guided us through posed shots, on which we had asked to spend as little time as possible, and was the ghost that we asked her to be as she took candidate photos throughout the evening. Our interactions with Amy were nothing but lovely, and she could just as easily have been a guest as the photographer. As a bonus, we got to meet Amy’s delightful sister, who happened to be in town and came along to help out! In addition to being fabulous to work with, Amy takes truly stunning photos! We have never seen so many beautiful photos of ourselves, and even the pessimistic among us (what man isn’t pessimistic about these things) was happy to have spent the money on a professional photographer after seeing Amy’s work. Amy gave us a lifetime of memories for what we would consider a nominal fee - based on the quality of her work. We would HIGHLY recommend Amy to anyone that wishes to have an easy going, personable, and professional wedding photographer and wants beautiful photos of their monumental day! Natalie and Brooks

legant and displays the beauty of the people in those pictures. She has a gift for capturing warm, delicate lighting making the pictures feel whimsical and idyllic. Amy was incredibly quick in communicating with me and flexible to meet when I was available. She took time to get to know my fiancee and I as a couple. That attention to detail and personalization was clearly evident in the pictures. She made us feel so comfortable and the pictures from our wedding take me back to those precious moments every time I look at them. I would recommend Amy to anyone and everyone; we were truly blessed to have her share in our special day.

Amy really took the time to get to know my daughter and her fiance so she could make the pictures personal. Amy always emailed or called us back right away when we had questions. Her prices were extremely reasonable. And the quality of her pictures is unsurpassed! We love how she uses lighting in her pictures--absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend Amy! She is amazing!

ou really want in a photographer. She is generous with her time and energy; she did all the research for first look locations and time lines for the actual day. It was really a burden she lifted off me and took on herself. She’s engaging because she is genuinely interested in learning who you are as a couple. She and Adam did a fantastic job directing people and capturing every detail of our amazing day. We love our pictures! They are bright, bold, and timeless. Amy and her final product went above and beyond our expectations! I would highly recommend her for any event!

o maximize our time together. Not only was everyone comfortable working with her, but I had several people in my wedding party specifically comment about how much fun they had while shooting with our wonderful photographer. We loved every one of our pictures, and will cherish them forever. Thank you, Amy!

Amy was her genuine interest in our relationship and the effort she puts into capturing it. She is calming in stressful situations, so happy for you and your day, creative, and easy to be around. Of all the vendors we worked with Amy was the easiest to work with-upfront, honest and accommodating. If you're looking for beautiful pictures, a dedicated, talented photographer and a completely stress-less wedding Amy should be your pick! Oh and PS she takes amazing engagement photos too- we love ours just as much as our wedding photos :)

t in photographs. She allows you to be yourselves in front of the camera, and this creates such unique, romantic and emotional pictures. She will forever be my favorite photographer and a friend for life! I got to know her so well. Before my wedding she met me whenever I needed, and helped me organize the most wonderful timeline. By the time wedding day came I felt as if we'd known each other forever. I am so thankful she took our wedding day photos, and would recommend her in a heartbeat.

ay. My now husband and I met with Amy before signing our contract and we were blown away by the quality of her work, her flexibility and most of all her friendly and kind personality. She was very flexible and understanding about working with us to create a package that fit into our budget, but also gave us the pictures we wanted. Amy was a champ and was willing to meet us in the mountains at sunrise for our engagement photos because of our limited time in CO. She was great about guiding us through the photo sessions with different poses and suggestions while still allowing us to be ourselves. We ended up with beautiful engagement photos that reflect our unique relationship. Amy was also great about communicating with us leading up to the wedding and met with us to go over our wedding day schedule and cover any special aspects of our day and shots we wanted her to get. Because of our venue, we had a very tight schedule on our wedding day, but Amy worked with it to create time and space to capture everything. During the ceremony and reception Amy seemed almost invisible. Her presence was not intrusive or very noticeable, but she was capturing everything. Between the ceremony and reception she did a great job of orchestrating fun family and wedding party photos. When Amy came to say goodbye to us near the end of our reception I felt genuinely sad because she felt like a friend and we so enjoyed our interactions with her. As far as me and my husband are concerned, you will not find a better wedding photographer than Amy. She's worth every penny and a joy to work with.
