I can’t say enough good things about Amy! From the first message to the wedding day she has been unbelievably attentive and kind. She was generous enough to let me change schedules...
and the number of clients several times, going well above and beyond to keep everyone happy.
But, the true testament of who she is as a vendor really came to light on the wedding day. Amy arrived on time, gave me a beautiful hairstyle and makeup look and made the few tweaks I asked for flawlessly. It was only after she was done that she revealed she had APPENDICITIS! Her plan was to do my makeup and then immediately leave for the emergency room because she didn’t want to leave me stranded on my wedding day. I will never get over how gracious and kind it was of her to put my wedding before her own health. There is no universe where I would expect anyone in that condition to still come in for work. But, Amy did it anyway, that’s how much she cares about her work and her clients. Her work is stunning, I couldn’t have been more happy with how I looked. But her as a human is so far above and beyond what I would expect from anyone. I can’t recommend her enough to any other bride!

Let me save you some time, you will not be able to find anyone as good as her for her price. I really think you just won't! On the day of, she made the day so fun and everyone loved her! Even when the day nearly got ruined by rain (Yes...I did cry and she had to fix my face), she was a fierce advocate, calm, and everything that I needed while in a panic! faux lavender flowers into my hair. On my wedding day, the florist delivered real flowers to be woven into my hair. Unfortunately the real flowers were different enough from the trial ones that the look just wasn't the same and I wasn't pleased. Without the flower fiasco, I'm sure Amy would've repeated the trial hair and I would've loved it again. Given the circumstances though, she didn't seem to be accommodating and try to work with me to create a look I was happy with. I also found that she seemed a little disorganized during our email/phone communications. However, in person she was on schedule and efficient with all our hair appointments. Overall, Amy knows her business and has expertise in beauty. She whips up impressive looks in no time. This is clear if you look at the gorgeous portfolio her website!
