(and most popular) Wedding Management (formerly known as “day of coordination”) covers your essential needs for an elegant yet simple celebration. This package is perfect for budget-minded couples that are only looking for the essential services and vendors. Includes 2 in person planning meetings to work with you to learn about the details, flow, and feel that you want to create during your ceremony and reception and unlimited email and voxer communication. I will coordinate these details into your wedding details and timeline. I will manage and assist in running your rehearsal the night before your wedding, coordinate/run the ceremony on the day of and coordinate the reception to ensure that everything flows smoothly from start to finish.

Amy made sure everyone was where they needed to be at the correct times and ensured that everything ran flawlessly. She is respectful of your opinion and offers great advice for all things wedding related. 5 stars easy and wish I could give this wonderful women 100 stars. I am one of the Brides that continued on with my wedding planning this year and Amy Deters saved the day numerous times. 2020 taught everybody that you couldn't be sure of anything... well at the end of the day I was 100% sure that AMY DETERS was worth it. Below I will list a few examples: *When my caterer backed out 2 weeks before the Wedding - Amy used all her resources and connections and found someone that was willing to do the exact same thing for us. Only someone who has been in the business has the capabilities and I was so happy Amy has put in the time to establish these relationships to be able to save the day for any Bride or Groom in need. Not just anyone can call on others for a favor and actually get it to work out in everyone's favor. During the last two months of preparation for the wedding Amy called to check in. Every Bride or Groom will have something to say about a Vendor, a family member, a friend or honestly just needing to get something off their chest. Amy was there for me. She listened and gave me a safe space to vent because she knew the minute I let it all go I was going to feel immediately better- and I did. This says something about her character and how she was willing to give me 30 MINUTES of her time just so when my wedding came around I was going to do nothing but ENJOY MYSELF - which is exactly what I did. Wrapping it up even after the wedding was all said and over with, I was on my honeymoon and she took care of some things that fell through the cracks that I honestly had no idea about. She said no worries I will get it taken care of and you enjoy your honeymoon. She is a wife, a mother, a friend, even runs a daycare and still manages to GIVE HER ALL to those who book her for their Special Day. ** Shout out to Amy, because if you can manage a COVID wedding, you can doing anything :)

Amy was coordinator for two weddings that I had the pleasure of being a bridesmaid in. Her skill for efficiency and getting people where they needed to be, while still being fun was amazing to watch. I know having someone else to do that for you is a huge relief for any bride. And as a wedding party member having someone who was able to be clear about what and where we were to be was extremely helpful. I've been in others where chaos was the theme and everything was fly by the seat of your pants.

Amy is absolutely amazing! She made planning our special day stress free and easy! Even when extra obstacles arose, Amy was able to make things run smooth and handled everything with ease! We loved working with Amy and would do it all over again! You need her to make your special day even better than you imagined! :)

I have no clue how we would have survived without Amy's calm coordination throughout our day. We hired her with very short notice but she was able to work efficiently with us for our vision to come out wonderfully. She even gave us an amazing and thoughtful surprise as a gift.
