Amy was extremely professional and also very easygoing. My husband and I had a small ceremony outside and she was able to capture the moment wonderfully. After the wedding we took photos at various scenic locations around town and I can’t rave enough about how wonderful they turned out. She has a really good eye- my favorite photo from the day was one that we didn’t plan on but as we were walking through town she noticed what she thought would be a nice backdrop and she framed us very well beside the bright colors of the buildings. She was on time, flexible, and very communicative throughout the whole planning process. I highly recommend her.

First off if you're on the fence about choosing Amy or someone else... CHOOSE Amy! We got to experience planning a wedding not only from another state but also in the midst of COVID and Amy made all things photography so simple and stress-free! She listens to your wants and delivers all of them plus so much you never knew you needed. She is incredibly professional and never needed any direction! She owned the show. I remember thinking for a split second "ahh man, I hope there are pictures of XYZ" and oh they were there plus everything else from our wedding rings to tribute table, candid kissing, straight face serious love, dancing, guest special moments, EVERYTHING. I can not be more thankful for Amy! Her talent allows us to relive one of our greatest days yet. Thank you so much, Amy!

Amy did a spectacular job for our wedding and engagement photos. The pictures turned out beautifully, and we enjoyed working with Amy along the way. She is exceptionally organized and responsive, and we did not feel an ounce of stress about our wedding photos throughout the process. She exhibits great attention to detail, and is attentive and kind. The pictures look so authentic and capture our day perfectly. I would recommend Amy to anyone looking for not only amazing photos, but also a well-organized and timely process.

Amy was a joy to work with as our wedding photographer! She did our engagement photo session and photographed our wedding (both in 2019), and we had such a positive experience throughout. She is very responsive, communicative, and organized, which is of course hugely reassuring during the wedding planning process! It was so nice to get to know her during the engagement photo session, and her warmth and professionalism made us feel super comfortable right away. That formed a foundation leading into our wedding as well, and everything went really smoothly. And most importantly, the resulting photos turned out beautifully! She is very good at what she does, and she made us feel and look our best on our big day. In our experience, you absolutely get what you pay for, and we are so glad that we chose to work with Amy!

Amy was absolutely wonderful to work with! We originally planned an outdoor elopement but had to change our plans due to COVID. She was there with us, every step of the way, providing valuable input and making the process as easy as possible. She joined us for our rescheduled elopement at an Airbnb and was an invaluable asset! She helped us decide where on the property to host the ceremony, determined standing placements for our small bridal party, and helped us keep on time so that we could relax as much as possible on the big deck. We were SO grateful to have her care and expertise! And the photos....they were AMAZING! She photographed our first look, the ceremony, our small reception, and a couple of shoots with the bride and groom. All of the photos were incredible and we were blown away by how she captured the warmth and intimacy of the day. After receiving the link for the full online album (much quicker than we anticipated, too - bonus!), we spent hours gleefully looking at them and reliving our special day. It's been so hard to just pick a few to blow up and print for our walls! The icing on the cake was receiving the lovely decorative box filled with 5x7 prints of the whole album, along with a USB of our images. We're planning a family celebration for late 2021 and have already booked Amy for that gathering. We can't wait to work with her again!

Amy is an extremely professional and easy to work with wedding photographer. She was very flexible and supportive as we adjusted our wedding plans from a 200-person wedding/reception to a 15-person intimate ceremony (due to the COVID-19 pandemic). She came highly recommended to us and we could not be happier with the result – the final edited photographs are absolutely fantastic! She was always punctual and attentive – both in person and when communicating via phone/e-mail. We have recommended her to our friends who are getting married, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a flexible, professional, and friendly photographer.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Amy. My fiancé and I booked her for our wedding and engagement shoot in 2019. A good wedding photographer was top on our priority list in addition to having someone who can capture genuine action shots. We also wanted peace of mind of working with an experienced and professional photographer, and Amy delivered that and much more! She was able to capture such special moments on our wedding day, and we really appreciated her attention to detail, which we really love whenever we revisit our wedding photos to this date. We love Amy’s ability to capture all sorts of emotion and action in her photos, and she has a special eye in delivering the most beautiful nature landscape photos, which was something we were looking for in a photographer. On another level, Amy is very down to earth and super easy to talk to. She’s great at making you feel comfortable in front of the camera. Our engagement shoot was one of our first set of professional photos as a couple and it was a very natural, easy-going experience. To top it all off, she sent a nice package containing prints and a hard drive of all our wedding photos. We definitely recommend Amy as a photographer and we are so happy that we worked with her!

Just go for it. Book Amy for your wedding. I guarantee you will not regret the choice. Our wedding day at Grand Targhee Resort in July was nothing short of amazing and Amy has given us the ability to relive that day for years to come. First off, she is incredibly easy to be around. We had never met with her before that day but we were comfortable with her from start to finish. She was professional but very relaxed. I had fears about someone taking so many pictures of me but she definitely made it easy and smooth. Our time at the top of the mountain was enjoyable and Amy had a fantastic eye for some incredible shots. After our first look and session on the top of the mountain it was ceremony time. Amy does a BEAUTIFUL job of catching emotions in her photographs. As I look through our pictures (which I have done over and over) I’m always smiling and holding back tears. She managed to capture all of the love and happiness that I don’t ever want to forget. Her lighting, angle, and moment choices were perfection. My main request was for nothing to feel “staged” as I like in-the-moment shots and she nailed it. In our photo package we selected the album of 100 photos and it was incredibly hard to narrow them down. We wanted them all! The day after our wedding Amy texted us ten “sneak peak” wedding pictures and we were elated. They were beautiful! And within one month we had already received all of our wedding pictures and couldn’t wait to show our family and friends. She mailed in some beautiful prints and a USB drive with the images. Not long after that, we submitted our choice of 100 pictures and received our gorgeous hard cover album in the mail. (And a lovely Christmas ornament surprise!) All in all, Amy was able to capture our destination wedding perfectly and we will cherish these images forever. If I had only one regret it would be that I didn’t decide to book her for the after party. So, as I said before, BOOK HER. We will never be able to thank her enough.

We couldn't be happier with our choice to use Amy as our photographer. Amy has an incredible eye for catching special moments throughout the day. She also was great at cuing us when necessary to help put us at ease in front of the camera. There were no shortage of Jackson Hole photographers out there, but we're so, so happy we chose Amy. If you're looking for natural-looking (read: not super staged/cheesy) photos that capture the true personalities of you and your wedding guests, you've come to the right place. Amy's work is stunning, and I honestly don't know how her services don't cost more. But I also just found her presence to be incredibly calming. From the moment she showed up at our respective 'getting ready' houses, she kept us grounded with her gentle demeanor, and our bridal party all commented about how great she was to work with. She patiently waited out a few minor wedding day fiascos (I couldn't get my wedding dress on, had a light panic attack, and she somehow still captured beautiful pictures during that time - thanks Amy, and sorry again about my bridal breakdown!). I also don't know how, but she manages to get all the best shots in record time; my husband and I are super awkward when posing for photos, but you wouldn't know it from the results. We were traveling from out of town and hadn't had a chance to meet with Amy before the wedding, but she went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable - taking time to understand what we were looking for with our photos, sending a helpful cheatsheet to make sure we were efficient, and suggesting the most gorg picture-taking spots in JH. Honestly, I can't recommend her highly enough.

Amy was absolutely fantastic to work with, and the final photos were even better. From the first email to the final viewing and photo handoff, Amy was quick to respond, easy to work with, and most importantly, she listened to our needs and preferences, and delivered 100%. She made the posed photos quick and painless and did an excellent job capturing candid shots. Moreover, she did so without being intrusive. She does her work ahead to time to scope out locations and worked efficiently. She likes organization so she doesn't need to constantly ask you questions, but she provides plenty of help ahead of time to get the details she needs. All in all, we'd highly recommend her for weddings!

Amy was such a pleasure to work with, I can't say enough good things about our experience with her! After a chance encounter at the Brick (the oldest bar in Washington) and a few games of shuffleboard, we had the absolute delight of getting to know Amy. Amy did an amazing job shooting our wedding. She brought her fiancé (now husband, congrats!) as a second shooter and the pair were able to capture every moment. She has a real eye for choosing backdrops that look fantastic on film, even though we were in a city (her specialty is outdoor weddings/photo-shoots). We were happy she was willing to travel to Portland as she was based in Seattle. Amy knew we really wanted a specific, difficult low light shot, and had the equipment and the patience to get it. In fact, our venue was a retired theater and had fairly low lighting throughout and she came equipped with extra batteries to ensure she could get enough flash when needed. She incorporated all the requests we had and I could tell she really listened to what we wanted from our photographer. Another great thing about working with Amy is that she’s very easy to be around and to feel comfortable in front of. We were luck to have her do our engagement shoot, so we knew we would be comfortable with her on our wedding day. I would absolutely recommend Amy to anyone getting married because even a year later, we’re still in love with our photos.
