With experience in a number of industries, Amy brings a variety of invaluable skills to every event she organizes. She first discovered her passion for planning after putting together the first Carnival for a Cure fundraiser for Manhattan’s Diabetes Research Institution Foundation. In 2006, she started Amy Katz Events to put her event coordination skills to good use and has spent over a decade helping couples plan their special day together. Amy takes great pride in her dedication to every client she works with. She strives to familiarize herself with the goals of each couple so she can make their wedding really shine. She then works diligently and attentively to make sure that every wish is fulfilled and every need is catered to. Amy offers three customizable plans for couples to choose from. The Platinum Plan includes full organization with on-hand assistance for every stage of the wedding planning process. The Gold Plan offers partial planning for couples who have most of the work done but still need help with tying up the remaining loose ends. The Silver Plan provides day-of assistance to help every little detail fall into place on your special day. Amy’s services include selecting venues, putting together floor plans, arranging event rentals, and so much more.
