hotos a week later we noticed they looked grainy, fuzzy and over edited. They were very sharp, my son's face looked like a cartoon. I asked Amy about the issues, she said she had another customer to complained about the same issues with their photos. So she tried "editing them again" and they were still bad. I printed some to double check and they looked terrible. So at the end of Dec-Jan Amy sent me a thumb drive with our photos to make sure it was not a technology issue. The photos were still bad. She said she would fix again. I had a family reunion I wanted to use the photos for in late January. I initially didnt give Amy a deadline to have the photos done because I figured I planned the photo shoot in enough time, 2 months ahead of time! She drug her feet and I lost confidence. I finally just booked another photo session elsewhere with a real professional. It cost more, but you get what you pay for. I asked Amy for a refund, she went dark. I emailed her 3 times, asked her to work this out, I've never heard from her again. She scammed me and is not taking ownership for her bad quality photos. I'm out $250 for trash photos. I asked her to resolve this and I wouldn't post a review, you can guess how that worked out, here i am on google. I suppose customer service is not her concern. I added some of the photos for reference, you can see what I'm talking about. Pay more, go elsewhere she doesn't know what she's doing and walks away from commitments.
