Welcome, and thank you for stopping by!
My love for makeup and fashion has been with me for as long as I can remember—maybe it’s in my DNA. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family added a little extra sparkle to my journey. Fast forward to 2016, after nearly a decade in the corporate world, I knew it was time to follow my passion. I traded spreadsheets for makeup brushes and embraced a new path. Today, I’m living my dream as a professional makeup artist, blending luxury and creativity in every look I create.
My mission? To deliver makeup experiences that are elegant, unique, and—most importantly—effortless and stress-free. Whether you're walking down the aisle, mastering your makeup routine, or stepping into your power during a boudoir session, I’m here to help you feel confident, radiant, and totally you.
Over the past eight incredible years, I’ve had the honor of being featured in both local and national publications like Minnesota Bride Magazine, Lake Bride Magazine, and The Knot. I’m proud to be a member of The Knot Hall of Fame, recognized as a top makeup artist by Twin Cities Collective, and a Diamond Award nominee with Twin Cities Wedding and Event Professionals.
And when I’m not working my magic with makeup brushes, you’ll likely find me spending time with my beloved horses—because life is all about finding balance and appreciating beauty in every form.
Based in Hudson, WI, I’m more than just an artist—I’m also an educator, a confidante, and a creator. From Wisconsin to Minnesota and beyond, let’s create something unforgettable together.

simple "I'm open!" to work with. I had a number of people who were pretty nervous about getting their makeup done (for varying reasons) – Amy not only put them at ease, every single person felt so confident and happy with their makeup! She also referred me to W.Bass Bridal for hair, who was equally amazing. If you're looking for an incredible duo, they're your gals!
Amy is amazing to work with. She is professional, punctual and amazing at makeup. Each girl looked great and she did exactly what was asked.

ately! I am a makeup novice. As in I hardly ever wear makeup. She took her time to explain everything to me and made sure I had all the information I needed to make the best decision for my needs. She didn't push me or make me feel rushed. She is very knowledgeable, helped/forced me, a type A personality, to take a few moments of silence, and made me, my bridal party, my mom and mother-in-law look flawless! The makeup lasted all day! I've never felt so beautiful! From the first phone call to the trial to the day of, Amy is my kind of professional. She knows her stuff, she's a joy to be around but will tell it like it is. She won't let you leave the chair until you are happy. She also answered other non-makeup related questions to make sure everything matched. I continue to use her knowledge to help me figure out a daily look. She is an instant friend to everyone she meets. You will not be disappointed with choosing Amy for any and all your makeup needs. Thank You Amy! I can't thank you enough for making me feel the best I ever have!

nt from every other day but also looked very natural- Amy's work was on point! She did a lot to keep in communication with me ahead of time. After my trial, I couldn't wait until my wedding day. Pick Amy if you want to work with someone that is awesome and helps you look the best YOU on your wedding day!!!
Amy is the BEST! Originally, I had planned on doing my own makeup, but then realized *I WAS GOING TO BE THE MOST PHOTOGRAPHED PERSON ALL DAY* so I decided to hire a trusted adult. ...
And boy oh boy am I so glad I did! Amy was so great at *realistically* bringing my vision to life and making me look stunning all throughout my day. She offered practical tips and tricks and allowed me to take pictures of products I really loved so I could buy more after the wedding! Seriously, if you want to look seriously gorgeous for your day, hire this woman!

ays nice and was so helpful with things I wouldn't have even thought of leading up to the wedding. She sent me an email with a list of things to do and how far out I should start doing them to help ensure I had the best skin for my wedding and even offered to help me find a good skin care routine. I booked a trial and she checked in frequently to ensure I was happy and even asked me which colors I would typically choose if I was doing my own make up which I really liked. There were a couple of very minor things I wanted to change from the trial to the wedding and she adjusted the look day of no problem! She is amazing at what she does and did everything she could to ensure I was happy with my final look. She sent me a link of her product recommendations for the day of to help ensure my makeup stayed fresh all day, and included a few recommendations to give to the other bridal party members for their looks as well. We unfortunately had a decent amount of rain the day of the wedding and on top of that I was dancing up a storm. Between the rain and the sweat I thought for sure my make up would be a mess but it didn't budge, not even a crease! Amy is so talented and her love and passion for what she does is reflected in her work. She is so sweet, it was an absolute pleasure to have her help us get ready. I would book her again in a heartbeat!

e to wear a makeup and Amy helped me feel so comfortable and did a really nice job on making my make look natural and gosh! She was so sweet and brought a number of fake eyelashes for me to decide from. Both my mom and mother in law LOVED their make up as well and could not stop telling me how much they loved it! She is amazing individual to work with. She brings such an amazing energy to the morning and is so positive! We would highly recommend working with her for your onsite makeup artist needs!

tists. Amy is so talented and a great listener. She truly wants you to feel your best! For my wedding I wanted to have some glam eyes and she delivered! The whole look was so pretty. I also have natural freckles and did not want them to be completely covered, so her choices for foundation were great! I felt like I was glowing. My mother and bridesmaids also had their makeup done by Amy and they were all stunning and felt comfortable with their looks. Often times, different makeup can make people feel or look not like themselves, but I feel like Amy's makeup really brings out the natural beauty in each person's face.
I could write a novel on why you should hire Amy as your wedding make up artist. She is absolutely amazing! She's punctual, organized, and has the best personality. She did my ...
make up, my mom's, mother in laws, 9 bridesmaid and completely knocked everyone's make up out of the park. I danced all night and my make up looked just as good at midnight as it did when the day started. I felt so beautiful on my wedding and will be forever grateful for Amy!

such a wonderful job, each woman looked beautiful on the big day! Throughout the planning process Amy was prompt at responding to e-mails and very helpful when it came to any makeup questions we had. She had helpful tips on products to use after the initial application to maintain my look throughout my day and was helpful on where to find these products. Amy was a warm, bright energy in our getting ready room the morning of the wedding, and was very efficient when it came to setting a schedule and staying on time. I would hire Amy in a heartbeat for any event I needed to be glammed up for, I always left her chair feeling beautiful and comfortable in the products she used! Another thing I loved about booking Amy was that my package came with an engagement session and a full wedding trial. This was extremely useful since I had some irritation with a certain eyelash we used in my trial, and Amy was so wonderful in finding a solution that kept me comfortable on my wedding day but that still maintained the full glam look I was going for. You need Amy on your glam team for your wedding or any other special event!

wedding day that much better simply by bringing her amazing, positive energy. The booking process was clear and easy, she communicated with me every step of the way. As a person, Amy is amazing, friendly and extremely kind, as a makeup artist she is beyond talented! She made me, my mom(who never wears makeup and my bridesmaids feel beautiful! Even in the rain our makeup lasted all night and looked just as good after dancing. My husband said I couldn't have looked more perfect that day and I give all the credit to Amy.

itant about getting my makeup done, since in the past I hadn’t had the best experiences (makeup never lasting more than a few hours, not looking like myself, etc), but Amy eased my worries almost immediately. From the beginning, her communication was wonderful and she worked with me when I had to cancel and reschedule my wedding. On my wedding day, Amy brought the best energy!! She was unbelievably friendly, upbeat and kind. She made my bridesmaids and I feel so comfortable and absolutely beautiful!! Our makeup stayed ALL night and we all got compliments on how great it looked.
I was really blown away with Amy and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would 100% recommend her!

ne to wear a lot of make up mostly because I’m not talented in make up or really any kind of art. But damn, is Amy not the most talented person I’ve ever met. I’ve been in quite a few weddings as a bridesmaid and I’ve never had my make up look as good as my wedding day. She made me look like me in a really timeless and elegant way! I honestly was close to tears (of joy) when I first saw the final product! I couldn’t wait to see my husband and take a million photos! Plus my make up held into the next day and still looked flawless. My friends and family also loved Amy and already said they’d be booking her anytime they need a make up artist! I can’t rave about Amy enough and have told literally everyone to book her. Literally, after my wedding one of our friends booked her the next freaking day because she was so impressed with my wedding day make up! She’s amazing and so easy to work with! No one else I’d rather have on such an important milestone in your life! Highly recommend!

ceived so many compliments throughout the evening on how beautiful our makeup was; she puts so much care and love into what she does and it definitely shows. I was working through some of the worst skin of my life and she made me feel confident and beautiful! She is an absolute gem to work with and she will add so much to your morning, we all loved her!
Where to even begin with Amy?! She was recommended to me by our day-of coordinators and I am so so happy to have found her! She did my makeup for engagement photos and wedding day ...
make-up for myself, my mom, and my bridesmaids. She did 10 make-up applications herself and absolutely crushed it! I was worried about running behind with the limited time we had to get ready (we couldn't access the venue until 9am but needed to be ready by 1pm) but without hesitation, Amy offered to come to our hotel earlier in the morning of the wedding to get a few make-up applications done before we could access the actual wedding venue. I always felt like Amy had my back which made the planning process that much easier on me. Throughout the entire planning process, Amy was communicative, professional, and organized. She's also one of the nicest people you will ever meet! She's so easygoing, positive, and made us all feel so comfortable. Finally, she is unbelievably talented and is so well-versed in the world of makeup. She clearly knows her stuff and made us all feel and look so beautiful! I slept in my makeup the night after my wedding because I was too tired to take it off and it still looked flawless the next morning! Amy was one of my favorite wedding vendors and I absolutely loved working with her from start to finish. I would book Amy again in a heartbeat and I HIGHLY recommend her for your wedding makeup needs! You will be so glad you did!!

ltation phone call. I'm more of a minimalist when it comes to makeup, but for my wedding day wanted to look gorgeous, and she killed it. I got my makeup done around 11am, and even at 2am when we got back to our rental, after pictures, tears, dancing, sweating, and a bit of rain at the end of the night, my face was still flawless. Nothing had budged. Same with my bridal party. Her work is beautiful, she's nothing but professional. She’s so funny and positive. I highly recommend Amy.

my wedding was PERFECT!! I didn’t say much, I just trusted Amy with the process and what the end results would be. She was very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. She did a wonderful job at keeping my look simple, elegant, and still looking like myself. My bridesmaids and mom loved it as well! We were all very happy with how everything turned out. If you are looking for a makeup artist, I HIGHLY recommend. You won’t find someone as talented as Amy who truly has a passion for what she does. st nice to work with. Amy took the time to get to know me and I knew right away that she would be the perfect personality to surround myself and my wedding party with on the morning of the wedding day. Something I didn’t really realize, is that as the bride when you are sitting there getting your hair and makeup done .. it’s a pretty anxious time! You are worried about the timeline, the other vendors etc! You want to have someone that has a nice temperament to keep you calm but also keep you joyful and laughing - that is exactly what Amy did for me and I will forever be grateful for that!!! In addition to her wonderful energy, Amy does an amazing job doing makeup! She listened to my preferences and made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day.
I HIGHLY recommend Amy, such a beautiful person inside and out!!!

Working with her made me feel like it was just another girlfriend I was hanging out with, so fun! My bridesmaids also were so happy with their makeup and enjoyed her! I would highly recommend Amy!!
