I am a professional makeup artist and educator based out of beautiful Hudson, WI! I've been happily working with clients from both Wisconsin and Minnesota since 2016. I absolutely love what I do and am so passionate about helping all of my brides and clients have an experience that is luxurious, unique, beautiful, stress free and most of all – fabulous! From weddings to makeup lessons, boudoir sessions and everything in between, my job is to create makeup magic and help you feel absolutely incredible. She sent me an email with a list of things to do and how far out I should start doing them to help ensure I had the best skin for my wedding and even offered to help me find a good skin care routine. I booked a trial and she checked in frequently to ensure I was happy and even asked me which colors I would typically choose if I was doing my own make up which I really liked. There were a couple of very minor things I wanted to change from the trial to the wedding and she adjusted the look day of no problem! She is amazing at what she does and did everything she could to ensure I was happy with my final look. She sent me a link of her product recommendations for the day of to help ensure my makeup stayed fresh all day, and included a few recommendations to give to the other bridal party members for their looks as well. We unfortunately had a decent amount of rain the day of the wedding and on top of that I was dancing up a storm. Between the rain and the sweat I thought for sure my make up would be a mess but it didn't budge, not even a crease! Amy is so talented and her love and passion for what she does is reflected in her work. She is so sweet, it was an absolute pleasure to have her help us get ready. I would book her again in a heartbeat!

I also have natural freckles and did not want them to be completely covered, so her choices for foundation were great! I felt like I was glowing. y! Throughout the planning process Amy was prompt at responding to e-mails and very helpful when it came to any makeup questions we had. She had helpful tips on products to use after the initial application to maintain my look throughout my day and was helpful on where to find these products. Amy was a warm, bright energy in our getting ready room the morning of the wedding, and was very efficient when it came to setting a schedule and staying on time. I would hire Amy in a heartbeat for any event I needed to be glammed up for, I always left her chair feeling beautiful and comfortable in the products she used! Another thing I loved about booking Amy was that my package came with an engagement session and a full wedding trial. This was extremely useful since I had some irritation with a certain eyelash we used in my trial, and Amy was so wonderful in finding a solution that kept me comfortable on my wedding day but that still maintained the full glam look I was going for. You need Amy on your glam team for your wedding or any other special event!

I was worried about running behind with the limited time we had to get ready (we couldn't access the venue until 9am but needed to be ready by 1pm) but without hesitation, Amy offered to come to our hotel earlier in the morning of the wedding to get a few make-up applications done before we could access the actual wedding venue. I always felt like Amy had my back which made the planning process that much easier on me. Throughout the entire planning process, Amy was communicative, professional, and organized. ace and ready to style 5 young women for the photoshoot. She was incredibly positive and helpful all day long and did an AMAZING job on the makeup. Each of our 5 ladies were ready for the photoshoot on time and looking like models out of a bridal magazine. Amy was able to translate our vision and make it into a beautiful reality. I hope to have the opportunity to work with Amy again in the future - and to all you future brides out there, I HIGHLY recommend you work with her on your big day too!!!
