e tough part was that my husband loves my hair down and curly just out of the shower, or up from bed. And he likes me best with no make-up. How do you get those goals refined to a wedding look? Well, Amy figured it out and nailed it. My husband is still raving about how I looked just like me on our wedding day (he was so afraid I wouldn't). Everyone else said how beautiful I looked. And my Mom was adorable with waves added to her bobbed hair and eye-shadow that matched her dress! I'll give you 1 tip - - Amy is a reachable by phone gal vs. email. So you're best to just call her if you want to check her out. I HIGHLY recommend Amy for your wedding.

e the wedding day, Amy and her partner got through myself, three bridesmaids, one grandmother, two mothers, and one flower girl, hair and makeup, in perfect timing so we could still do pictures before the ceremony. Everyone was very happy with how their hair and makeup turned out, she made she everyone looked natural but done up just right. Thank you for making my wedding day fun and easy!

Two days go by and I haven’t heard anything from her, so I call her back to see if my form didn’t go through. I submit another form and finally get the preliminary information from her. I responded to her email immediately asking to move forward with the agreement. I didn’t hear back from her again so I texted her on Monday asking her again to please send me the agreement she referenced in her email. At this point she had no idea who I was and asked me for all of my information again. Information that she already had in two forms. She then calls me, and when I explained to her that I was worried about working with her because of the initial difficulty of getting the agreement signed, she said that she thought I should find another artist for my wedding day. I was ready to hand over a check after our initial conversation, but am unfortunately back to square one.

s on it. Sarah did mine and all of my bridesmaids/flower girl's hair. Everyone's hair stayed in tact all day long. I did a makeup trial with Amy and a hair trial with Sarah. Her prices were very reasonable. I could not have been happier with how everybody looked!

It gave me the opportunity to think about it, show friends and then make adjustments to my perfect makeup and hair style. On the day of the wedding Amy arrived and finished on time and we looked gorgeous! We received so many compliments that day. She was the perfect touch to my dream wedding. She is personable, fun, and very skilled. I talked to several other companies before choosing Amy and I think I made a wonderful choice.

We are so glad we took her suggestion of doing the hair and make up close to the venue rather than in Denver and she was very accommodating to travel for us. The trial was also perfect. Neither my wife or I wear lots of make-up and are more casual people so it was great to do the trial and figure out exactly what we wanted it to look like on the day of.

great as asking questions to make sure that the hairstyle would be something I loved which was great because I gave her very little direction on what I wanted. The day of the wedding her team was so professional and friendly. They came in, got set up, chatted, and laughed with my bridesmaids while they worked, and then cleaned up quietly and left with no fuss or problems! Highly recommend!

My mother had a malfunction with her zipper as she was getting dressed and they jumped into action- sewing her into her dress to make sure she looked her absolute best. issues along the way but final product turned out great. Once we scheduled the trial things moved smoothly. She was prompt arriving on the wedding day (even early if I recall), had everyone ready to go in plenty of time, and made my eyes look awesome even though I had a leaky tear duct in one eye.

le prices. I was planning my wedding from out of state, and did not meet her until my trial just a couple of weeks before the wedding. Initially, I thought she was a bit unprofessional and difficult to communicate with (e.g. I had to follow up with her several times before she finally sent the contract she promised). That continued leading up to the trial. She acted like I was being paranoid when I called to confirm the timing of it. I found out when I got to the trial that that was probably because she had intended to send me a reminder with detailed instructions (which since I never got, I did not follow, which she seemed annoyed by). The trial did not go well. I showed her several photos of the type of hairstyle I was looking for, and after 3 hours of trying to redo it, it looked absolutely nothing like I envisioned. I was hoping for a loose updo with a braid (kind of a boho type look), and I think she just doesn’t do that style often. The make-up looked great though. It was too late to find anyone else (and I’d already paid for our services in full- which many hairdressers have since told me is ridiculous), so I was very anxious about my hair for the wedding day (I honestly wasn’t stressed about any other part of the whole wedding). When she showed up to our hotel on the morning of the wedding, she definitely came off much more professional than any other time which was very reassuring. I had her do my hair first (so we’d have time to fix it as necessary). It turned out SO much better even on the first try than it originally had, although I had changed my example hairstyle to something different because I wasn’t confident about her pulling off the boho braid updo. She ended up fixing it later on that and it actually turned out very well and I got a lot of compliments, though it wasn’t exactly what I envisioned. It also completely fell out by the end of the night, but I genuinely have a ton of hair and did a lot of dancing, so that wasn’t completely shocking. Her second stylist for the day, Sarah, did everyone else’s hair (except for a blowout for the mother of the groom) and they all turned out beautiful. Amy did all the make-up services, and I will say that all the make-up was PERFECT. I would highly recommend her for make-up. The only thing that frustrated me about make-up was that after advertising airbrush or traditional make-up, and giving me airbrush at my trial (which I told her I liked), she left the airbrush gun in her car. This meant that none of the bridesmaids or mothers were offered airbrush, and when I told her I wanted to do it like I had at my trial, she said she was happy to go get it from her car. We were running tight on time at that point so I didn’t want to waste the 10 minutes or so to get down to the parking garage and back. Overall, things ended up turning out ok, but this was easily the most stressful part of the entire wedding planning process for me, which I think is worth a lot.

She was every easy to talk to and got to know me outside of the normal wedding talk, which made my wedding day preparation every better. She was able to connect with me on a different level then just my hair dresser. She made me feel special on my special day! My hair and make-up turned out perfect! I was very pleased with her and her team. She also did the make-up for my bridesmaids and my mother and they were all absolutely gorgeous! Probably should've waited til a bit later in the day to start hair since some of the girls that didn't have up-dos fell. Wish samples were available for touch ups (lipstick & gloss)instead of having to buy your own. Was grateful she was willing to work on a holiday weekend (though minimum services were required). Overall very happy with my hair & makeup!

d with the pricing and she charged exactly what was advertised. I knew I wanted air brush makeup which she does, and I knew I wanted a trial for my hair/makeup beforehand, which she also offers. I had kind of dropped the ball on setting up a trial before one of my trips out to Colorado so I ended up contacting her last minute but she was so kind and fit me in to her schedule. At the end of the trial she took lots of pictures and sent them to me so I could look them over for a few days and decide if I liked everything about it, if I wanted some things changed, etc. After the trial she was in contact with me and suggested a couple different places I could get lipstick (so I could have touchup throughout the night), and different shades that would look good on me, etc. On the day of the wedding she was on time and let me tell you -- it is so nice that she comes to you! That really helped out a lot and was not stressful at all. Her and her assistant did my bridesmaid's and mom's hair/makeup first and were very friendly with everyone. They made sure everyone was happy with their look! I had a couple things I wanted to change with my hair from my trial session and Amy took it into account no problem and did an AMAZING job! It looked so perfect. I LOVE how it all turned out and it stayed all night long!! I felt gorgeous and my (now) husband was stunned! :) I would definitely recommend Amy / spa divas!

experience in the comfort of my own home. The value was exceptional. I (and a few bridesmaids) also used her services on Wedding Day (Hair & Make-up). We had a detailed trial run beforehand, so I knew exactly what to expect, and we were able to play around with different options. On the Day, she was timely, we never felt rushed, and the results were gorgeous! I would highly recommend Amy and her team for any related event.

she had quoted and we had planned for. That work did come with a couple of hiccups. I went for my trial and did airbrush and had always planned on that for myself and my bridesmaids. She did tell me that not all people look good with airbrush but I wanted it anyway. The day of she had shown up without the airbrush kit. She had completely forgotten it! Even though that was our plan for myself at a minimum, and providing airbrush for my 5 bridesmaids and mother if it would work well with their skin. With some sort of crazy luck one of my bridesmaids had her airbrush kit AND brought it with her from Oregon AND had it in the room with her. Crazy crazy lucky so everything turned out perfect. Had my bridesmaid not had that I am sure my review would be a lot different... It also seemed like each time we talked to set up plans things were a little disorganized. I felt like I had to remind her who I was during each call and what our plan for the day was. At the end of the day things worked out and I was happy. And I love my bridesmaid even more for saving the day :)

we finally got to Colorado).. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted but we took both of our ideas and blended them together and it came out BEAUTIFULLY! I had a big bridal party, with 14 women needing services done and Amy definitely delivered! Not only were the guests raving about how amazing my hair and makeup were, the whole bridal party looked stunning!

Someone who would travel to me for hair/makeup at my venue on the big day (up near Conifer, CO) C.) Wouldn't completely bust my budget Amy was EXACTLY what I had hoped for and more (and boy did my MOH get some brownie points)!! Amy was so helpful, and worked to fit me in for my hair/makeup trial the very next weekend. I couldn't have been happier with my hair - it was awesome for the trial and even better the day of my wedding! I typically don't wear much makeup, so I was nervous about looking fake with a full face of makeup, plus fake lashes. I made sure to let her know my hesitations, and she promised she wouldn't make me look unnatural or feel uncomfortable. She did a perfect job. My makeup looked so natural yet flawless, and my eyes looked amazing. I was also happy to see that my hair and makeup photographed SO well. I highly recommend Amy - she does a great job and she has a great/fun personality that helps to alleviate wedding day craziness.

Day of Amy and her team were a little late due to unplanned construction and was in constant contact with me. When they arrived, they got to work and were finished only a few minutes late. Everyone was 100% satisfied with their hair and make up. I like that payment is accepted up front as its one less thing to worry about. Overall, I was 100% happy with the customer service, prompt arrival/finishing and overall lack of stress throughout the entire process.
