Amy Varain Weddings

with total grace. On our wedding day, we were hit with a massive storm, even a tornado outside and somehow, Amy didn’t miss a beat. While everything around us was unpredictable, she was calm, organized, and completely in control. She made decisions quickly, kept everything flowing, and shielded us from any stress so we could stay fully present. Even though my original vision for our wedding at Black Oak Mountain Vineyards didn’t come to life exactly how I had imagined because of the storm, Amy still made everything incredibly beautiful and perfect in its own way. She pivoted effortlessly and created a day that honestly exceeded anything I could have planned. Looking back, I wouldn’t change a thing. Because of her, I had the time of my LIFE. I loved every single second of our wedding day, and that is entirely thanks to her ability to adapt, lead, and care so deeply about her couples. She is not only incredibly talented and professional, but also the kind of person you genuinely want by your side on one of the most important days of your life. If you’re even considering hiring Amy, do it. She is worth every penny and then some. I truly cannot imagine our day without her

wedding day arrived, she went way beyond what I could have imagined. It wasn't an easy day. It was an outdoor ceremony and reception and the weather didn't cooperate. It was raining before the ceremony, and she managed to find us enough cover to still hold it in open air and stay dry. She got a tent for us to have our meal in, but after we finished eating, the weather turned ugly. She must have been monitoring the weather reports or something because at one point she turned to me and said to get everyone inside the building NOW because the weather is turning and it was not an ask, it was a demand. She knew something was up. So, we started having everyone move inside but the weather got bad quickly and as it turned out there was a small tornado in the area which was throwing out some severe wind. Bad enough to blow up the sides of the tent and dislodge one of the support poles. By that time, we were running into the shelter where the dancing took place. Without her monitoring it or her quick decision making, we would have been in real trouble. After that she moved the party along. It was seamless and went really well, even with the rain pouring down outside. Can't give her enough credit. Without her it would have been a disaster to remember. Hire her! You won't be disappointed.

ly calm—handling every detail so we could actually enjoy the planning process. Amy handled every request (small, large, or totally unique) to make sure our perfect wedding came to fruition. On the wedding day, everything ran flawlessly thanks to their professionalism, communication, and genuine care. We highly recommend Amy Varain Weddings to anyone who wants a stress-free, thoughtfully executed, and unforgettable wedding.

an we ever imagined. We booked Amy 18 months before our wedding, and from the start, we knew she was the perfect planner for us. While she came highly recommended as a preferred planner for Black Oak Mountain Vineyards, it was after watching her interview with Steve Buzzard, our DJ and another preferred vendor, that we were completely sold. Her professionalism, warmth, and deep understanding of the wedding industry shined, and we instantly knew she was the one to bring our vision to life. From day one, Amy guided us with clarity and organization. She provided detailed timelines, checklists, and vendor recommendations, keeping us on track. Every meeting was purposeful, and she always came prepared with an agenda and next steps, which we deeply appreciated as a Type A couple. Her attention to detail mirrored our own and made the experience smooth and stress free. Our wedding style was coastal yet vineyard inspired, with a Restoration Hardware feel featuring neutral tones, natural textures, and timeless elegance. Amy completely understood our aesthetic and made it come alive. From the layout and furniture to the smallest design details, everything reflected our vision. She has an incredible eye for style and knows how to balance creativity with sophistication. One of the things we valued most was Amy’s exceptional communication. She was always a call, email, or text away, ready to answer questions, calm concerns, or talk through ideas. Her responsiveness gave us peace of mind, and her communication with vendors was equally impressive. She handled every conversation with professionalism and care, ensuring everyone was aligned and our vision stayed consistent. Amy has a gift for anticipating needs before you even realize them. When small hiccups came up, she handled them with grace and efficiency. When we needed rentals, she found one vendor to simplify everything. When it came to linens, she managed every detail so we did not have to worry. Then came wedding week, when rain appeared in the forecast for our outdoor venue. Amy immediately created a backup plan and helped us pivot seamlessly. Even though we had not wanted a tent, she transformed it into something stunning, elegant, and unforgettable. She turned what could have been stressful into something magical. In the days before the wedding, Amy’s family helped in wonderful ways, hanging lighting, solving problems, and ensuring everything came together beautifully. Amy is so talented at building, crafting, and creating. Her hands-on approach added a unique and personal touch to our celebration. On the wedding day, Amy and her team were flawless. Every detail ran perfectly, from setup and vendor coordination to timing and personal touches. Her team was kind, attentive, and professional, which speaks volumes about her character. Amy did not just plan our wedding. She helped us create an unforgettable experience. We are forever grateful not only for her expertise but also for the genuine friendship that grew throughout the process. If you are looking for someone who is organized, thoughtful, creative, and truly invested in your happiness, look no further than Amy. Amy is the best in the industry!

t she lets you have access to, and she was the perfect balance of strong and assertive and gentle and sweet. I was able to enjoy and not worry about any details, day of! Would highly recommend Amy and her team!

advice that ultimately led us to the venue where we got married. That generosity and expertise set the tone for everything that followed. Amy is knowledgeable, organized, and refreshingly direct in the best way possible. She constantly went above and beyond for us—she even came to a design session with the rental company to make sure everything was seamless. Throughout the process, she listened carefully to our vision and executed it beautifully. We chose her wedding management package, which was perfect for us. We wanted to handle most of the planning ourselves but have a professional guide us along the way. Amy struck the balance perfectly—she stayed involved in the details from the start so that by the time she fully took over, we felt zero stress. On our wedding day, everything ran incredibly smoothly thanks to her and her amazing team. She even handled a tricky situation at the end of the night with total professionalism and ease. We could go on and on, but one thing is for sure: if you’re looking for a planner, you need Amy on your team!

edding. Her attention to detail was unmatched, nothing slipped through the cracks. Amy was available at all hours, even accommodating our overnight work schedules without hesitation. d I feel like we were in good hands. She was, organized, and had an answer for every question we didn’t even know we had. And as someone who values efficiency, I appreciated how they kept things moving without making anything feel rushed or stressful. On the day of the wedding, I was able to focus on what really mattered—marrying the love of my life—because I knew Amy had every detail covered. From coordinating vendors to managing the timeline to handling last-minute hiccups, she was absolutely on top of it. One thing I especially appreciated was how well she was able to navigate the wedding and our needs without us evening how to communicate with her. For instance, I took my suit jacket off and left it at our table. When it was time to leave Amy had gathered all of our belongings (including my jacket) and placed it in our ride without having to say word to her about this. In short, if you're looking for someone who’s professional, personable, and genuinely passionate about making your day perfect, you won’t find anyone better than Amy Varain. I can’t recommend her highly enough. Sean Stoyanowski

many ways leading up to the wedding. She is extremely professional and has a very quick response time for any questions we had. She had solutions for everything as well as fun ideas we would have never thought up on our own (ask her about dance to dinner!). She helped us with our signage and decor by going out of her way to create table numbers, a seating chart, and a welcome sign, among other things. We thought we were organized, but Amy helped us to prepare for the wedding by having a detailed checklist, timeline, budget preparation, and vendor tracking. I believe Amy was the most valuable person on our vendor team because she always went above and beyond and was the only vendor willing to look out for us and ensure our day went how we wanted it to. Wedding planning is extremely overwhelming, but having Amy reduced our stress and fears significantly. The wedding industry can also be very fake, but Amy was genuine, kind, personable, and caring. We are so happy we chose Amy!

as transparent about her services, where she could add value, and what was required of us to make our day successful. A few of the many highlights to our success and how Amy played a direct role: Budgeting: The old cliche of one partner being a penny pincher and the other having luxurious dreams was in full effect. Though, I’ll admit that my price point was often defined by some level of industry ignorance. Amy really helped guide this conversation by having us focus on three areas where our largest investment would go. As for the others, we could find opportunities to be creative or save money. As an activity we thought about the last few weddings we attended and the three things that stood out the most. It was a great perspective to understand that your guests won’t recognize every detail, and how you shouldn’t overspend on everything. Sharing our own key components and the reasons why helped us align on budgets consistently throughout the process and gave Amy insight as to how she could best provide options. Details, details, details: My wife spent a significant amount of time researching and reading about weddings. In addition, she has her own background in event management. Likely a frustrating archetype for a client of any wedding planner. But Amy always accounted for that extra layer of detail that we missed. And was a trusted extra layer to review our vendor contracts. Amy provides a process and structure to the timing of when each step should be started and completed. The list is a template and can change to the nuances of your own day and needs. Our planning site had usable templates for a variety of circumstances. Every note, document, & penny was accounted for easy reference. Listening and connectivity: Amy really took the time to listen to each one of our personalities and address our concerns or questions. I personally never felt like a secondary decision maker in the process even though my wife had more outspoken thoughts and visions to share. We had multiple meetings and check-ins, and I quickly found myself enjoying our conversations. It wasn’t always just business - we shared stories and laughs. These moments really enhanced how well the wedding day was executed because Amy knew us and our personalities. She knew how we would want any issues to be handled and where our priorities were. Day of coordination: Amy brings a strong team together on the day of to make sure all guests and vendors are managed to perfection. Even if there were issues, you wouldn’t hear about them, and you certainly wouldn’t see the impact. As mentioned before, Amy’s ability to connect to her clients really shines on the big stage. She is well educated on your vision and how to make that happen. I had full faith and confidence in her abilities going into the day, and was even more impressed by the result. Thank you Amy for your professional and personal care! You went above and beyond my expectations and I’m very glad that we chose you as our planner.

began the wedding planner search (2 years prior to the wedding date, yes really!!) Amy responded to my inquiry in record time – it was like she was waiting just for me! That immediate responsiveness and "on-the-ball" attitude continued throughout the entire planning process. Over the last few months leading up to the wedding, Amy was a lifesaver. She took all the stress out of wedding planning, handling everything with incredible organization and attention to detail. She was amazing at keeping track of deadlines, taking over all communication with our vendors, and keeping my husband and I calm and excited for the day. We were really able to enjoy being engaged and staying in the moment in the last few weeks. The wedding day was flawless! Amy made sure everything ran like clockwork. If there were any hiccups behind the scenes, I had absolutely no idea. My family was so impressed with how smoothly everything went and how Amy and her team were on top of every detail. For all my fellow Type-A brides out there, I cannot recommend Amy enough. She truly allowed me to be present and savor every moment of the wedding day. As someone who is a former event planner and current project manager I could not have done it without Amy. Thank you, Amy, for making our dream wedding a reality, I'll miss all of our little planning sessions over Zoom! P.S. Adding these hilarious photos from the booth. Glad you & the team had some fun!

with a comprehensive, organized planning platform that included a timeline filled with helpful information and tasks, ensuring we knew exactly what needed to be accomplished and when. This organized approach lifted a huge weight off our shoulders, as Amy filled our portal with everything from suggested vendors to essential planning advice. Her knowledge and patience during our meetings were invaluable—she had an answer for every question we threw her way, and her guidance saved us countless hours of guesswork. When it was time for Amy to take over coordinating with our vendors, we felt an incredible sense of relief. We were free to focus on the details that mattered most to us, while Amy expertly transformed our vision into reality. Her high spirits and flawless organizational skills made a big impression—not just on us, but on every vendor we met with, all of whom sang her praises. On the day of the wedding, Amy’s leadership was unmatched. She had carefully prepared instructions for everyone, down to the parents of our flower girl and ring bearer, ensuring everyone knew exactly where to be and what to do. She coordinated every detail and kept everyone’s energy positive so we could truly enjoy being guests at our own wedding. Amy’s years of experience, coupled with her excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proved invaluable. Her understanding of our venue meant she could steer us with confidence, and she was able to handle any hiccups effortlessly. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of, and we are so grateful to Amy for making it all possible. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, organized, and genuinely wonderful wedding planner, we can’t recommend Amy highly enough!

mpany; bringing the most important people in our lives together to celebrate our relationship and really understand us as a couple. That’s a big ask for a wedding. We trusted Amy to help us get the job done and she absolutely delivered. We booked her partial planning option. Our initial meetings with her, and all of the advice and tools she provided helped us navigate the process very cleanly. We always felt like we could reliably get our questions answered. More important though, she helped us understand what questions we should be asking in the first place, what was important, what was a priority, and what wasn’t. From there, meeting with her virtually and in person at our venue she was ON IT. She was a sponge for information: soaking up every idea, question, or anxiety, and addressing each with her deep experience and expertise. We went into our day confident in the plan we put together, and with an understanding of how things were being executed. That understanding did not prepare us for how blown away we would be by the quality of the job she and her team did on the day and in the lead up to it. Everything with our vendors was perfectly coordinated. Everything with the venue totally taken care of. We were providing a lot of the decor ourselves and her team picked up on and understood exactly what we were going for and assembled everything just as we planned it without any additional communication. They also seamlessly smoothed out and filled in any rough edges in our overall plan for the day, with little details we hadn’t considered identified and taken care of in thoughtful ways. If any small issues or problems popped up they were immediately handled with professionalism and grace. On top of that, Amy went above and beyond to make us and our guests feel special. She knew what was important to us, and made sure it happened. She was always there, but never in the way. A true professional. The day itself went off without a hitch and was better than we had even hoped. We knew this day would be special, but we didn’t realize just how special it would be for us, thanks to Amy and her team. And as fantastic as the process was, the end result was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, not only for us but for our guests as well.

r wedding day. Vendor communication was fantastic and the entire night went incredibly smooth. We truly hope to work more weddings that Amy plans / coordinates. We know that if we see her on the vendor list, we're in for a fun and coordinated night.

guiding light. Her attention to detail, organization, and professionalism were unmatched. She ensured that everything ran seamlessly, leaving us stress-free and able to truly enjoy every moment on our wedding day. We chose the Wedding Management plan Amy offers - Amy was quick to respond to any emails or questions we had through the planning process and always had multiple items/solutions/pivots to recommend for anything we threw at her. On a personal level, Amy is such a joy to be around. She has a great sense of humor and a positive "can do" attitude. Amy easily handled any challenging vendors, family members and guests with grace. Amy truly made us feel special as a couple and we feel very lucky to have had her as our wedding team leader! If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond to make your wedding day magical, Amy is the one! We couldn’t have done it without her.

niquely ours. From the moment we started planning, she took the time to understand our vision and made sure every aspect of the day reflected who we are as a couple. Not only did Amy personalize every detail of the wedding to us, but she also went above and beyond to ensure that our guests had an amazing experience. From the decor to the wedding day activities, everything was meticulously planned to create a memorable and seamless event. Thanks to Amy's expertise and organization, the day ran so smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing. Her professionalism and dedication were truly exceptional, and we couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. If you're looking for someone who will make your wedding day truly special and unforgettable, we highly recommend Amy. Thank you for everything, Amy!" Always, Tamara & Bryan

eling the weight of the wedding planning process. Amy's approach to breaking the wedding into manageable pieces and her guidance helped us navigate the process without overwhelming stress. Amidst the sea of suggestions and desires from others, Amy was our guiding light. She helped us find our voice and identify what was important to us. Her understanding of family dynamics and invaluable tips ensured our special day was truly magical. Amy provided us with invaluable knowledge that only a seasoned planner with years of expertise in the industry could have. She assisted with contracts and vendor selection and let us know if anything seemed unusual. She helped us allocate our budget to what we cared about and cut unnecessary expenses. This alone covered a significant portion of her fee. Amy didn't just help us plan a wedding; she helped us create a unique experience that was true to us. She provided us with documents and tips for the speeches, decor, etc., and brought every detail to life. Her guidance on where to create special touches and where not to invest time was invaluable. As artists, creatives, and makers, we were overly excited about hand-making things and equally stressed about the additional time planning a wedding takes. Amy's expertise and understanding made the process not just manageable, but an inspiring reflection of who we are as a couple. On the actual day, everything ran incredibly smoothly. The venue was so impressed by Amy and her team's abilities that they asked for her information to add her and her team to their list of vendors. Amy and her team arrived a day before for the rehearsal and to set up the welcome dinner. For the wedding day, they set up all the decor, managed all of the vendors, coordinated with the venue, and kept the party organized. Amy and her team wanted us to feel like guests at our wedding and be able to relax. They achieved their goal - they cared for everything so we could enjoy the day. We felt like the king and queen of the day, which was very special. If you're hesitating, book a call. Meet Amy for yourself! Hands down, we can say she was well worth the investment.

d from there. She guided us with timelines and helpful pushes in the right direction when we needed to prioritize. Amy also helped us pick out rentals and design our tablescapes at the rental warehouse. A big help was her knowledge of all the contracts and taking over communication with the vendors leading up to the wedding. Her coordination with them took so much pressure off me so I could focus on last minute seating charts and other small details. The day of the wedding was incredibly smooth thanks to her! We’d been through several walkthroughs of the venue and an efficient rehearsal (her first time doing a wedding with The Maples), so we were all well prepared. Amy made sure to find time to check in on both of us to see if we needed anything. She reminds me so much of a swan - totally calm appearance but under the surface she’s totally running around with all the details! I cannot thank her enough. Even our guests thank her!!

e best investment we made in the wedding. She was easily reached, always on time, and came with endless ideas and solutions to any problems we had. You always hear that the week leading up to the wedding is the most stressful time, she made it the easiest. Would highly recommend Amy Varain Weddings to anyone who is getting married.

ou don't think you need one, you're wrong, hire Amy! She is so organized, has a million great ideas and a solution to EVERY problem. In the last 2 months leading up to our wedding, I started to become a little nervous about all the little details coming together and began to second guess myself. Amy was there to answer ever question and concern my now HUSBAND and I had. She is so level-headed, has a calm demeanor when dealing with stressful situations (which is exactly the demeanor this Bride needed) and has this incredible ability to handle the unexpected with ease. She was ON IT with communicating with all of our vendors (there were several), reading through all the contracts and making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Now, for our wedding day... We were supposed to have beautiful weather, but a storm rolled in and we ended up with clouds and rain. Thankfully, our venue was indoor/outdoor. We planned to have the ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors, with the reception to follow inside. Amy gave us several Plan B options leading up to the day because there was a chance it would rain on us during our ceremony... and it did! But that's good luck, right? We were adamant about having our ceremony on the lawn area, outdoors because that was our vision. Amy had the brilliant idea of bringing clear umbrellas - enough for our guests to huddle under and share and one for us, that didn't distract or take away from our ceremony and actually made for some really cute pictures. While the rain / gloomy weather weren't a part of our original plan, it didn't ruin or take away from our day at all like I thought it might. Being a Type A bride, I had to take a few minutes to step aside after the ceremony, during cocktail hour that we had to cram inside, but with Amy & my husband's help, I got over it and we truly had the BEST day. We couldn't have asked for a better Wedding Planner. We have gotten numerous compliments not only about our beautiful wedding and all the intricate details, but also about AMY. People were in awe of how well she handled everything in the background while we were all eating, drinking, dancing and enjoying. To say that Amy not only made our day run so smoothly, but also saved it, is the UNDERSTATEMENT of the century. We would have been completely lost without her. She made us feel like family and whatever we wanted, she made happen. Amy & her staff have our highest recommendation. Our wedding day will forever be engraved in our minds. Best day of our lives by far! Thank you Amy, we appreciate you more than you'll ever know!

you tend to not think about. This is why we hired Amy Varain. Not only is she very detail oriented but she is creative, personable and outgoing! Throughout the planning process, she listens to all your wants and preferences and makes everything happen! She is amazing at improvising and making sure every detail is perfect. Not only was she amazing throughout the planning process but she was a rockstar the day of and alleviated so much stress from my husband and I. We were truly able to soak up the day and enjoy every moment of our special day! She is the type of wedding planner who goes above and beyond, truly. We could not have asked for a better person to help us plan our wedding.

d a shadow of a doubt that I needed Amy by my side when my time came. I have worked with hundreds of wedding planners and no one compares to Amy's professionalism, kindness, and creativity. She is the best of the best and I tell everyone I know. For my wedding she went the extra mile at every stage. She was there for me in every detail and along every step. She listened to my vision and dreams and made them happen exactly as I had envisioned. Amy and her team were the backbone of our wedding day, giving us complete peace of mind and allowing us to fully enjoy the day. s. Amy is an absolute gem. You can tell she is passionate about her work and truly cares about her clients. Her priority is making the process as painless and stress-free as possible for the bride and groom. Extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented, she has an answer and/or solution for pretty much every scenario. On our wedding day, due to a miscommunication, we ended up without pillars at the altar. Amy improvised and rolled over some wooden barrels that she happened to find on the venue. They ended up turning out great. If you need someone by your side to navigate you through the daunting task of planning a wedding, there is no one I would recommend more than Amy. She really went above and beyond for us and we can't thank her enough.

er clients. By the end of our wedding, it was abundantly clear that we would not have been able to make it through without her! From start to finish she is extremely detail-oriented, thinks of all of these small details that you would never think of that make the day so much easier, and makes it her priority to give her couples everything they could imagine to have their perfect wedding. We are so blessed to have found her and she really made our wedding day more perfect than imagined. Thank you, thank you, Amy!

had our best interests at heart, kept us updated regarding weather and other external factors affecting our wedding, and had multiple back up plans & worst case scenarios for the day of. Amy is the best and the vendors she works with can also attest to her professionalism and expertise. The exceptional quality of her work is well worth the investment 100 times over!

t Amy was her charming, caring, and warm personality, like wedding planning was a natural talent she had rather than something she was doing just as a business. Amy spent many hours with us making sure we were making decisions at a punctual time, designing the decor of our wedding and giving fresh ideas, and finally putting all the details together the days before and on our wedding day. We cannot thank Amy and her mother Jo enough for being our coordinator and friend on our wedding day, and we are blessed to have had her. Thank you so much Amy Varain!

easy for us to find the perfect balance as she kept us on track while doing so much of the leg work for us. The genuine care that Amy showed for us as a family and how much she wanted our day to be special permeated throughout the entire weekend. On the wedding day itself, I truly felt like I did not have to think about or worry about anything other than saying "I do" to the love of my life. So many of our guests commented how smooth the day went for them and how special they felt. I honestly do not know what we would have done without her and she will always hold a very special place with our family.

y far the most organized person I know with checklists and timelines that will make your life SO MUCH EASIER!! Whenever we "got stuck" in the planning process she knew exactly how and when to nudge us along. If any idea wasn't working out, she always had a few alternatives up her sleeve to share. She is fantastic at dealing with lots of different personalities and, of course, heightened emotions as you get closer and closer to your big day. Day of, she was a godsend!! She and her team were in lockstep making sure every last detail was attended to. We made a couple last minute pivots based on how the day/evening was progressing and she was just so "go with the flow" about all of it, it really helped us relax and truly enjoy the day! If you have the opportunity to work with Amy, do everything you need to make it happen!

up to the wedding and the day of. Luckily, Amy made sure we were able to enjoy ourselves and took the stress out of the few weeks of planning. If anything came up the day of the wedding that me or my groomsmen needed help with, it was so nice to be able to go to Amy instead of bothering my wife with any questions. Amy had detailed day of schedules for my groomsmen so they always knew when and where they needed to be. She also kept them in line before the ceremony as they tend to get a little rowdy. In addition to a day of schedule, she texted me the morning of with a nice reminder of the things I needed to do. She really took away all stress for our wedding day and I highly recommend her for couples looking for a planner.

Amy without a doubt!!! Our wedding was at a friend's property that wasn't typically used as a wedding venue. Amy was prompt, professional and provided amazing tools and advice as we were selecting and booking our vendors. When she took over communication with our vendors, I was SO impressed with her professional and efficient ways of handling communication with them. She is also extremely detail-oriented and caught things in contracts I would have missed (like providing a 4ft table for the photo booth vendor). She and her team were life savers the day of our wedding!! Amy allowed us to be able to be present and enjoy every detail of our wedding, she also made sure we were enjoying ourselves at all times. She checked-in with us while we were getting ready, made sure we didn't miss out on appetizers, and gave me and my husband private moments to take in our special day. She knew dancing was important to us and kept us on schedule so that time was not cut short. My elderly father was present at the wedding and I was concerned about his health - Amy and her team were constantly checking in with him and getting him whenever he needed. I also recommended Amy to my best friend so I was able to see her in action at that wedding as well. We are so so glad we hired Amy and would recommend her for any bride and groom in need of a planner.

f the planning but having the checklist, resources, and organization available on the platform helped to keep us on track. We were able to reach out to Amy with any questions and had all of our wedding details in one place. In the months leading to the wedding we met with Amy and downloaded all of the wedding details to her. Amy helped us ensure we covered every little detail, even some small ones we would have never known to cover. On our wedding day, Amy and her team made magic happen. Despite what seemed like crisis after crisis in the days leading up to our wedding, Amy made sure everything was set up beautifully, we stuck to schedule as most as possible, we got food and drink, and most importantly were able to enjoy time with our guests and each other. She truly cares and is there to make your day perfect - case in point she was on her knees scrubbing the dirt out of my wedding dress right before our ceremony! We cannot thank Amy enough for helping to make our wedding the best day of our lives.

to make sure our vision came to life. On the day of, it truly did feel like we were guests at our wedding. Amy and her team handled everything flawlessly. Our wedding was large and had many vendors and she communicated with them all and made adjustments as need to keep the day smooth. Amy truly had our best interest at heart and we received multiple comments from vendors and our guests that she was did an amazing job!

ly phenomenal. She blew my and my husbands expectations out of the water by handling every single thing the day of, she even made sure we got loaded into our vehicle with a second dinner in case we were hungry. I truly felt like a guest at my own wedding and I could not have asked for anything more. She made my wedding day dreams come true.

ng and even found a gorgeous venue! I would definitely recommend Amy to anyone planning a wedding or a proposal.

or seen of at past weddings I’ve attended - to me the day was all the more memorable and smooth because of her. She didn’t miss a beat; organized, and efficient, she comes with incredible vendor relationships that make planning and even accommodations accessible. She is a Jack of all trades, even helping my mom alter her dress the day of (a surprise longer hem was a disaster in heels- Amy saved the day with her backup sewing kit)! Amy knew all family members and bridal party guests by name, getting them in order and scheduled properly, her outreach to everyone involved made an effortless day for the bride and groom. ht that weddings were a ritual but having gone through it now myself it was incredible and a day we will never forget!

it without her. She made planning an easy and enjoyable experience and really helped keep our big priorities at the center of our decision making. Between Covid and wildfires we were very anxious and Amy was a great sounding board/partner to help navigate our stresses. She went above and beyond on wedding day, so many of our friends and family said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Everything went exactly as we had planned and I know that’s because of Amy making it all happen behind the scenes. Highly recommend Amy and will be using her services anytime we have an event to host!

, and then a few more things that no one would have ever thought of! She is an absolute find, and her rates are so reasonable considering her unbelievable value. Hire her, you will be so glad you did.

t in June, 2021. Amy was indispensable throughout the entire process, rolling with the updated restrictions and keeping us in contact with our vendors and venue, including with all the shifting guidelines for being able to gather in person. The day of, she took care of EVERYTHING and made it so we could fully enjoy the day without worrying even once about any logistical questions. Her and her team kept the entire day running smoothly. She thinks of everything and even printed little schedules for the bride and groom and our families/bridal party that we could hand out whenever we got questions. Details like this made us so comfortable that she'd take care of everything and we had the most wonderful time thanks to her.

that everything we imagined for our wedding day would be executed perfectly, and it was! My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our wedding day knowing that Amy had all the details taken care of. She also added thoughtful touches throughout the day before the wedding, as well as the day of, anticipating our needs before we knew what they were. I highly recommend Amy for any planning needs, wedding or otherwise. Amy will make sure your event is a success, and I guarantee that you’ll enjoy working with her as well. ting a smooth and seamless event so my bridal party and I could really be present in the moment. From vision to fruition, Amy's knowledge and creativity brought our event to life! I will definitely be recommending her to all my friends and family!!

questions that we didn’t know we should be thinking about and guided us through all of the steps with our vendors as we planned our wedding. She organized everything into a detailed and smooth timeline. I didn't have to worry about any of the details because I knew that Amy had it under control, and being a self confessed control freak, this was a rare and welcome experience for me. It was great experience, she is like the Mary Poppins of weddings, practically perfect in every way! My whole family and I will be recommending her to everyone we know!

another coordinator I was working with due to lack of communication. Needless to say, I was feeling defeated and super stressed. Luckily, I found Amy through another bride who had worked with her. Literally, the best decision I made for my wedding was choosing Amy as my coordinator. She swooped in and made my wedding a breeze. It rained right before my wedding (luckily cleared up for my ceremony), but Amy was so sweet and calming and that energy was contagious. I stressed a little at the reception, but Amy gave me a Mai Tai (haha) and made me feel like a special guest at my wedding. I could go on & on about how great my experience was with Amy, but the bottom line is .. she’s exceptional at her job. Book her for your wedding!
