our wedding due to the pandemic. We booked her without ever meeting her in person until the day before the wedding. She was able to capture our vision perfectly, adding in her expertise and floral magic. We got a giant redwood tree, our ceremony backdrop, wrapped with greenery and florals and it was spectacular! She came the day before the wedding to begin to wrap the tree and allude to the magic that would come the next day. We enjoyed photographing the greenery set up the day before and then the next day, she blew me away! The tree wrap was the highlight of our wedding (besides getting to marry my best friend) and I couldn’t stop talking about it. She is so creative and out of the box when it comes to florals. We would wholeheartedly recommend Amy to anyone who is looking for a florist who embraces and enhances the natural beauty of her surroundings!

oom into a fairytale), Amy showed me my bouquet as I was getting my makeup done and other florals and I couldn’t believe how much everything matched the vision. When we entered the venue, it looked beyond gorgeous. Amy worked with me to add greenery and dried florals like I wanted. I really wanted something resembling olive branches on the tables for runners, it was a nod to my Mediterranean heritage. I was surprised the day of, she had actual olive branches! This woman went above and beyond. Florals can really make or break the wedding. And Amy MADE it.

There was so much attention to detail and thought put into each piece, and the types of flowers and other plants she put into the arrangements were so diverse and creative. She even made it so that we could reuse the ceremony florals for the reception and our farewell brunch the next morning. And the best part is she grows most if not all of them in her own garden! That was a definite plus for us when choosing Amy. 100/10 would recommend Amy as your florist. She will put together something spectacularly grand for you and you will want to keep them forever. In fact I have most of them drying in a closet right now so that I can!

town, we only had her website and IG to go off and what I saw looked great, but you're always a little nervous it'll match your expectations. Amy FAR exceeded every expectation and then some. She brought so much expertise and care-- letting us know what would be doable and what would be worth investing more in. Her flowers were STUNNING. One of my best friends owns a flower farm in Bishop & is passionate about wild, native flowers. She (& everyone else at our wedding) could not stop raving about how beautiful the flowers were and all the little touches-- bringing in wild blackberries and using sustainable practices (no foam or garbage). I didn't think I was a big flower person and I wanted to LIVE INSIDE OUR TABLE CENTERPIECES. Just so beautiful. Amy also worked her butt off trekking the pieces from our ceremony area to our reception area- through a forest. She's incredible. Hire her-- you will not regret it.

the bride , suggesting florals to reflect her style for the ceremony site and reception barn. When the doors opened, I was amazed -- the room had been transformed! On the day, the ceremony and reception were idyllic. But even now, the flowers live on. Sharing photos, after complimenting the bride almost always the flowers are extolled. The small details -- the myriad shades of blue from unusual flowers in the bouquet, the unique use of thistles in the boutonnières -- grace every preserved memory of the wedding. If the bride was the painting (ok, we can include the groom), the flowers were certainly the perfect frame! And for the mom, working with Amy West Floral was my idea of dream wedding.

ea florist. I honestly think it was a God send moment because she delivered exactly what we had hoped for AND more! Amy is sooo so easy to work with and provides good feedback to her clients. Not only is she very conscious about working within your budget, but she provides ideas to help lower cost and maximize your flower usage (repurposing arrangements, etc). She is so incredibly talented at mixing colors, patterns and greenery to give you something unique for your special day. One of my bridesmaids actually booked her for her wedding and another bridesmaid of mine said when she gets engaged she will definitely want to use her too! We got SOOO many compliments on our flowers from our guests. I couldn't have asked for a better florist and fully intend on referring her to every person I know looking for flowers for photoshoots, weddings and parties.
