dding, Sarah helped tie off all the loose ends and make sure everything was set for our wedding. She spent more time than she needed to talking through a decisions with me and game-planning to make sure I wasn't too anxious. Our wedding had several DIY elements from setting up our own decor and flowers (not simple arrangements, either) to bringing in our own alcohol, and Sarah made everything look so beautiful! Throughout the process, she was easy to work with and so pleasant, and really made us feel like she was doing this because she cared about making her clients' weddings special. It was a really welcome feeling for us at a time when the whole wedding industry is so turned upside down. For other engaged people considering whether or not to hire a day-of coordinator, 100% DO IT, and make it Sarah. I put so much work into the frontend planning our wedding, I literally can't imagine if I had had to be running the show day-of. I've been in several weddings where the couple didn't hire a coordinator, and all of them wish they had. There's no chance you'll regret having someone like Sarah making sure the trains run on time (and much more) so you can focus on your partner, family, and friends. Better yet, Sarah's prices are such a good value, make your wedding planning process much more enjoyable and hire her for partial or full planning. I consider myself to be very organized, but by the time my wedding came around I was so tired of making decisions and spending every waking moment moment on wedding stuff. If I could change one thing about our experience with Sarah, I'd have hired her for the partial package instead! Thank you, Sarah!

nough and was so happy with my decision. We had a lot of moving pieces the day of the wedding. Sarah did all the little things such as calling a company that forgot to deliver a piece, moving decor around throughout the whole night to get the most use out of it (re-using florals!), when it unexpectedly rained for a few minutes- she saved my cake! and upholstered items, then she was even on the dancefloor wiping it dry! These were only a few examples of how much she helped. Not only did she help our day go smoothly, myself and family members noticed how much she truly cares about your wedding day. She took a video of myself, the groom, and guests dancing during the last song that she sent to me and it is probably my favorite of the whole day. Thank you Sarah!!

mely happy we did. We had only a little idea of the wedding we wanted. We were clueless and couldn’t even narrow down options for venue. Sarah was able to take the few ideas I had and help me make it an amazing day! She started with recommendations for a venue and helped me narrow down my options based on the information I gave her. She reached out to the venues for me for detailed information including available dates. She also gave me recommendations on other vendors which I found extremely useful. She was available to talk to me whenever I needed especially as the date got closer. Sarah is very detail orientated and took notes at the venue that I wouldn’t have even realized I needed. She reached out to the vendors about last minute questions/requests we had so that I did not have to worry about that. On the day of Sarah handled EVERYTHING - so many things we never even thought of! She coordinated everything with all of the venders so that I didn’t have to and I could just focus on getting married that day. It was an amazing day and more then I could had hoped for thanks to Sarah and Amyot Events!

he right lady for the job. Extremely well organized and detail oriented, she went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and exactly how we visioned. She created our personalized welcome inserts for the hotel bags (Which included a customized map of the venue and ceremony site so people knew where to go upon arrival), professional place cards (for both the rehearsal and reception), a timeline, and menu cards. She drove more than an hour away to meet us at the venue for our 30 day walk through, asked all the right questions, and took meticulous notes, though what I think really set her apart from all the other wedding planners out there is how seamlessly she coordinated and organized everything with all my vendors. With all the wedding jitters as our special day approached, it gave me immense peace of mind knowing that Sarah and EJ had everything covered. For these reasons and so many more, I highly recommend Amyot Events!!!
