The entire process was so easy to get going and from the moment we did our engagement photos, we knew our big day was going to be absolutely perfect. Steve and Bernadette are exceptional human beings (and photographers!) and knew exactly just what to do and when to capture all the best moments from our wedding. They were so good at listening and understanding the types of moments we wanted captured and were able to take that and deliver so much more. Everything from the formal portraits to my wife and I bounding across an open field has a perfect feel, and truly captured our spirit. The only downside was that almost every photo we have is so incredible, it's making picking our favorites nearly impossible. I would give 6 stars here if I could.

We loved working with Steve and Bernadette so much. Every time we look at our photos and watch our video, we get emotional remembering our wedding. They captured the day so well - not only the memories of the day, but all of the emotion, meaning, and love that was in the air that day. It is clear that they are able to depict what makes your story truly unique. They photographed not just our wedding, but my sister's as well. Steve and Bernadette captured our wedding masterfully, combining timeless family and friend portraits with more unique, moving highlights from our day. We love their style and the quality of the photos. Every penny we spent on our wedding was made more worthwhile because of how well they captured it. Equally as important, Steve and Bernadette were a joy to work with. They were great at making everyone feel comfortable and stress free while executing on a number of requested shots in a short time frame. Because of that, we were able to enjoy our day. Steve, Bernadette, and their team were one of the best decisions we could have made for our wedding! From our very first meeting with them we immediately clicked and felt so comfortable with them. From our engagement shoot, to the wedding photos and wedding video - we could not have asked for a better way to capture our story! Steve and Bernadette make you feel so comfortable, my bridesmaids actually thought we knew them prior and they were friends of ours! They did an amazing job of blending into the day and directing for the portraits. They are so friendly and have a great demeanor that everyone at our wedding who interacted with them said how wonderful they were. They directed us with poses, made sure to get all the requested shots, and even helped me with how to get my veil in! Our video and photos could not be more perfect. Everything came out so natural that the spirit of the day was really captured. We opted to do videography including the ceremony and speeches and absolutely recommend adding this if you're thinking about it!! Steve & Bernadette are the best and you should definitely hire them. Right from the start, they were so friendly and just fun, hilarious people. We knew they were perfect for us and they fit right in on our wedding day! The quality of their photos and video is wonderful and speaks for itself! We are so happy with how everything turned out. The day of the wedding, their whole team fit in seamlessly and were able to capture every moment and every person there. They were always on top of things, accommodating, easy to deal with, and super helpful. Bernadette even stepped in to help me with my wedding dress, gave us umbrellas for our first look, and carried my train through the mud and rain so we could take photos outside.

We had the BEST experience with An Endless Pursuit for our wedding! They were so amazing to work with from the very beginning. When we first talked to them, we knew off the bat that they would be the best type of people to be with on our wedding day! They were organized, fun to be around, and made the day extra special for us. They were so creative with their shots and also made sure to get the ones that we wanted too! For example, they ran through the rain as we darted inside after it started down-pouring, and brought us back outside when there was a rainbow! They made sure to get the wedding party and portraits too. Bernadette and Steve are both such talented photographers! If you are looking for a wedding photographer, definitely go with them!!!!

My husband and I hired Steve (+ Kevin!) as videographers for our wedding in June of this year. We haven't even received our video yet and we couldn't even wait to write a review for them! So much of our focus on the day of the wedding was to, obviously, have as many moments between the people we love captured, but we also wanted a team that we felt comfortable around, made the day even more enjoyable, and laughed along with us. That is EXACTLY what we got from Steve and his team. From the beginning, Steve talked about "moments" and how capturing tiny moments between the loved ones in our lives was one of his top priorities. He wasn't necessarily concerned with the glitz and the glamour of the day, but rather being able to encompass the feelings that were shared - a sentiment that matched ours perfectly. We can't thank him and his team enough for making us feel comfortable, heard, and to have every moment valued on our big day. WOW. Steve and Bernadette are the best duo you could ask for. The second we spoke with them when we were deciding who to hire, we knew they would be the ones to shoot our wedding. They are so kind and caring. They are professional and spot on with every aspect of their work. Not only are Steve and Bernadette GREAT at what they do, they are very personable. On the day of the wedding, my husband and I felt more than confident in them to do their thing. They were early, when they got there and they went right to work. They chose to make us feel more than comfortable. They got EVERY detail we wanted, and they made everyone feel at home. I would 100% recommend hiring An Endless Pursuit if you want kind, caring, professional people. Not to mention their work is out of this world, phenomenal! A good wedding is a perfect balance of control and chaos- the beauty is in the contrast between a completely choreographed ceremony and an out of control dance floor. Steve and Bernadette captured these extremes and all the moments in between beautifully. To top it all off, they’re two of the nicest people around and made the whole process so much more fun. An Endless Pursuit was the first vendor we contacted and contracted with because we knew they were the best, and the experience day of and photographs we got exceeded even our extremely high expectations.

From start to finish, Steve and Bernadette were in constant communication with us. They are so fun and down to earth! What I loved most is that they captured the little moments (in addition to the big ones) that made up our wedding day! They truly told the whole story and it was wonderful! They take a more candid approach to photos with a few structured portraits but they had us list out what photos/poses we definitely wanted. We will cherish these photos forever! We wish there was a 6 star option for Steve and Bernadette because they are AMAZING and incredibly talented! From the personal touches and custom approach to capturing Liz and I's day to creative picture taking and efficient teamwork, you absolutely want this husband and wife duo at your wedding . They are so nice and genuine and its easy to be around them which made for organic and fun photo taking . We really appreciated they're process of getting to know us and they made the post wedding photo delivery very special. e couldn't have asked for better people to hang out with us all day.

We loved having Steve and Bernadette as our wedding photographers! From the start, we loved that their package was for a full day-it made it so much easier than trying to guess at how long we would want them for and whether it would be enough. They were very professional and very fun to have at our wedding! They met with us ahead of time to make sure we were a good match. After an already crazy week leading up to our daughter and son-in-laws wedding we had to scramble to find a new wedding photographer because ours had backed out at the last minute. In comes Bernadette and her positive and bubbly personality. Her energy was electric and we cannot wait to see all the pics!

Oh man. How to even begin with these two! Hiring Steve and Bernadette will be the best decision you will make with notable exception of deciding to get married in the first place. They are the perfect balance of professional and familiar. They make you feel comfortable and at ease while experiencing something that could easily cause stress. Working with them was an absolute delight and we could not be happier with the results. Our engagement shoot was our first experience learning how good working with these two would be. Steve took my bride and I out to Vanish Brewery where we had a couple beers before wandering their property for some epic shots. Steve is incredibly easy going and good humored and made us feel comfortable doing something we had never done before. From there he took us to a few choice spots that he had previously spied out as well as some random, impromtu locations that resulted in some fantastic moments captured. Our wedding was another display of Bernadette and Steve's ability to be, at the same time, professional and in control while simultaneously approachable and comforting. We moved efficiently and with purpose through the formal portraits and bridal party shots before setting off on an adventure to collect some truly unique and beautiful moments of just my bride and I. And honestly, that is what makes them so special: the fact that they capture moments, not just pictures. Steve and Bernadette shared this mantra with us when we first met with them, seated around their kitchen table. They believed that it was their job to capture the story, the moments, the magic of the day, and not just document an event. They put forth special effort to immortalize not just how beautiful the bride looked (which was stunning) or how handsome the groom looked (paled in comparison) but how in love the bride and groom were in those moments (which was helplessly). Before we received our full array of photos, Steve and Bernadette sent a short video as a teaser. My wife and I were simply awe struck. In this short demonstration of just a few moments from our day, we were instantly transported and reminded of the magic we experienced, and are still experiencing daily. Hiring An Endless Pursuit is a win. Period. You will be blessed with not just an incredible lens through which to revisit the best day of your life, but also the companionship of a couple who loves each other and what they do. And that is just too good to pass up.

Steve and Bernadette were hands down the best decision we could have made in choosing photographers for our wedding. Choosing the right photographers was one of our highest priorities when it came to starting to plan our wedding. We wanted someone who saw and believed in the beauty of marriage, someone who was truly artistic, someone who could capture the true joy and spirit of the day for everyone at the wedding, and someone we could trust. As Catholics having a wedding Mass, it was also important to us to have photographers who were discreet so as not to distract others from the ceremony, but present to capture the essential (and unplanned!) moments. We saw from our first conversations with Steve and Bernadette that they were just what we were looking for and more! They are so easy to work with, communicative, organized, and punctual. We were thrilled with our engagement photos as well as our wedding photos. Having them present at our wedding was like having old friends with us again. They fit in beautifully with family and friends and you could tell they truly enjoyed the day, even though they’ve been to hundreds of weddings. And what I love when I look at our pictures from the day is how they captured the tone and spirit of the day through their photography. They captured exactly how I remembered our wedding day. Their photos told the whole story. And what was also remarkable about their work is that they captured not only my husband’s and my joy, but also the joy in the faces of all our family and friends with us. I couldn’t recommend these two more - they are the dream team!

Steve and Bernadette did an exceptional job photographing our engagement photos and our wedding. They are a lot of fun to talk to and really know what they’re doing. Ultimately, if you're looking for a couple of wedding photographers who can blend in, take lots of candid natural shots of the entire event, and who won't make you sacrifice a moment of your party time in favor of "picture time," these are your people! Love our wedding photos and we love flipping through them since it really feels like they captured the entire day and we can relive so many special moments.

Our wedding day got off to quite an adventurous start with weather switching everything up at the last minute, but Steve and Bernadette were absolutely fantastic at adjusting on the fly. Our family portraits were done at a location we hadn't planned for, but you'd have no idea by looking at the photos -- the way they shot everything and adjusted the lighting gave each of them a loving, yet appropriately simple, artistic vibe that we absolutely loved. We also mentioned that it was important for us to take some photos that represented the city we live in, Washington, DC, and they did that in such a breathtaking way with a variety of creative ideas to capture everything from iconic landmarks to the ethereal feel of street lights at dusk. The reception photos were amazing -- every time we look at all the love and emotion they captured throughout the night we're reminded how special our wedding was and how lucky we were to have Steve and Bernadette there to document it. And on top of all that, they are exceptionally sweet and warm people who were a pleasure to work with! I would recommend them a million times over.

Steve and Bernadette were SO great. We had a huge wedding and reception over two days, (400+ each day). They were thorough in their preparation and totally up to the task. We booked them for 18 hours, threw a lot their way, and they handled with it with poise and steadiness. Many guests complimented them on their warmth and personality. The pictures turned out amazing. Would highly recommend them to others.

One of our most favorite vendors! Steve and Bernadette were so amazing - kind to all our wedding party and family, took all the photos we had on our shot list and more, ran the photo parts of the day with gentle grace yet stellar efficiency. I know my girls felt like we had known Bernadette forever - and I predict the guys felt the same way about Steve! Steve and Bernadette made us feel immediately at ease. My husband is normally not a fan of having his picture taken, but their natural, not overly-posed style made taking portraits together a calm and JOYFUl break together from the bustle of the wedding day. During the ceremony and reception, they worked together as a fantastic team to capture so many awesome moments we wouldn't have otherwise gotten to see. In addition to being delightful people, they both have so much talent behind the camera- beautifully composed pictures that capture gorgeous color and genuine emotion. THIS PHOTOGRAPHY COUPLE FAR EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!!! They truly captured the spirit of the wedding from start to finish through their photos, while being incredibly subtle on site. They were so cool and laid back while secretly making magic happen! It was important to us to take portraits QUICKLY so we didn't have to miss much of the wedding and they did just that. They were fast. They captured photos of emotions of everyone important in our lives at the wedding, which is what we wanted. They were such a PLEASURE to work with and I plan on using them for any future events where we need a photographer. Absolutely amazing pictures.

Steve and Bernadette were extremely detail-oriented, responsive, thoughtful, creative, and dedicated! What more can a bride ask for? As a bonus, they were so fun to work with! From the very first intro meeting I had with Steve, I knew right away, I wouldn't trust anyone else but this adorable husband-wife team! On the day-of, about 30 mins before the agreed-upon time, I saw them outside my on-site bridal suite scoping out the venue. My husband and and I got to see some of the photos they took on their cameras, and they were truly impressive. If I could give them 20 stars, I would, hands down!

My review can’t possibly do the photography we received from An Endless Pursuit justice. Every photo captured the genuine emotion from our wedding in April, and we are so happy with the entire gallery. Steve and Bernadette were just fantastic to work with. They have the best personalities for making you feel comfortable while taking portraits (which can be intimidating!) They were so organized with making sure they knew what was important to us to be captured on our big day. I actually forgot to put a detail on the “Must Photograph” list, and I was so excited when we got our pictures and I saw it had been documented. They didn’t miss photographing anything! Also - their photo booth is the best! Everyone had a blast taking the photos, and reliving the moments the next day was hilarious. I can’t say enough great things about An Endless Pursuit, and I know anyone who uses them for any occasion will not be disappointed.

If I could give An Endless Pursuit 500 stars, I would. Aside from getting to marry my husband, working with Steve and Bernadette was the best part of the whole wedding process. Right from the start, I was very impressed at how they could be both very professional and very friendly at the same time. Of all our vendors, they were the best at communicating, often helping my husband and me keep to a reasonable schedule during the planning process by checking in regularly and taking care of business ahead of time, so we wouldn't be rushing or worrying about details during the week of. They were flexible when the weather necessitated rescheduling our engagement shoot, and when the weather was still less than ideal on the reschedule date, that didn't stop Steve from literally hiking a mountain with us and producing some truly breathtaking photos. Also, I can't believe how quickly the photo turnaround was! Fast-forward to the wedding day and it was COLD - single digits cold. Steve and Bernadette were troopers and didn't even hesitate when I said I still wanted to try for some outdoor photos, and I love what they were able to capture before all of our fingers and toes froze. We used their photobooth at the reception and it was a sensation! Guests of all ages made use of it and it made for some amazing memories. It was such a success that Steve and Bernadette stayed at the reception later than agreed upon so that no one would miss out. My husband and I are so extremely pleased with our engagement and wedding photos, and even happier to have had to experience of working with Steve and Bernadette, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Steve and Bernadette were truly so amazing right from the start! They have such a cool and fun demeanor we instantly felt at ease and authentic around them. Not to mention their work is stunning. Their storytelling + fine art approach truly gave us a whole new lens to re-live our wedding day. We didn’t hire a videographer so having photos with this style were just even more special. I had also requested a multi-shot photo during our portraits which they blew out of the water! We were so happy to work with them and would highly recommend them to everyone!

We worked with Steve for our engagement photos and could not be happier with the result! We were able to schedule our shoot quickly and had 150+ photos back in 2 weeks. Steve was super open to our vision and he made the whole process enjoyable. Can't recommend him highly enough!

All around great experience. We did an in-home photo shoot and instantly felt comfortable working with Steve. He was fast, friendly, and helped guide us through the entire shoot. We don't take a lot of photos together, but this was well worth it.

Steve was such a pleasure to work with. Being new to the area, my fiance and I wanted to incorporate our new surroundings into our engagement session and chose a location near the National Mall. Steve did a wonderful job capturing the beautiful backdrops we had envisioned while minimizing the amount of passersby in the photos. Since our session was in a slower time of year, Steve was able to turn around our photos in about two weeks. My fiance and I are so happy with the finished product and would recommend Steve to everyone!

Meeting up with them before the wedding day reminded us that outside of all the planning and stressing, this was actually going to be a really amazing day. It's hard enough to find spectacular photographers whose style matches yours, but finding ones who are also a joy to be around and stay calm and cool and smiling even during wedding stress is incredible. Having people around on your wedding day who you trust to do a great job is definitely important—and Steve and Bernadette are for sure those people—but don't underestimate how important it is to have people you actually like around, too! It makes SUCH a difference in how the day goes, how everyone feels interacting with them, and the overall mood. We can't say enough about how awesome Steve and Bernadette are. Steve and Bernadette were wonderful! Not only were they professional and patient but they also fit in seamlessly to our wedding day. Leading up to the big day, we had great conversations with Steve & Bernadette - they were easy to get a hold of, quick to respond to emails, and they asked us good questions about our vision for the big day and just ourselves! As photographers, they were flexible and provided great direction without being controlling. I'm a person with a lot of anxiety on any normal day, I had been worried that my nerves on such an important day would come across in photos - but Steve & Bernadette made us feel at ease. We never even had to hold any awkward poses or feel stiff =)! The break I had between ceremony & reception with just the photographers and my new husband standing in the middle of nature was the calmest part of the day! We were thrilled with how our photographs turned out. They capture so much joy and we were really pleased that so many different guests were photographed on the dance floor. My favorites were us below cherry blossoms just giggling after the ceremony and my husband loved all the candid pictures of our guests looking like they were having a great time at the reception. We were thankful for these, since the day gets so busy that you don't really get to spend time with everyone. Steve & Bernadette took so many reception pictures and we were quite excited to see moments we had missed on the day of! 8 months after our wedding, we still get compliments all the time over how great our pictures are and how well they depict "us". We also have our gorgeous photo album that An Endless Pursuit made us on display in our living room and everyone loves looking through it! I can't recommend An Endless Pursuit enough! They were the easiest people we worked with as part of our wedding. Steve & Bernadette added to our joy and really made our pictures seem natural and organic. Thank you!!!

Like many reviews before mine I don't know how to express in a review how happy and amazed my fiance and I were with the whole engagement session experience with Steve. I stumbled upon them, like many probably do, on this website. I looked them up and fell in love with their website first. I felt like it set them apart from the average and typical wedding photographer site that can sometimes be bland. The photos they had, how adorable they seemed as a couple duo and how they presented themselves; professional but unique and quirky. I had to email them. From the very beginning, from the first skype meeting until the final product, Steve was a pleasure to work with. By the end I think we were trying to figure out how to convince him to be best friends with us. If you're like me and find wedding planning stressful, he made this part of the planning have zero stress. I had a crazy last minute idea to do our photos at a carnival (right after carnival season was about to wind down) and only had a month to get a photographer. (I know in DC? Crazy right). Steve LOVED the idea and completely worked with us to make sure he could accommodate the photos! The shoot also was a blast. Given the built in fun of a carnival and how well Steve seemed to mesh with my fiance and I's personalities we could not have imagined it would be so fun. Once we got our photos back they blew away our expectations. We knew they would be great but we could not have imagined them to be THAT amazing. Somehow Steve was able to capture every charismatic and quirky face/reaction that we make as a couple. Also a lot of our photos were taken on rides, rides like the sizzler which move very quickly. Those are some of my favorite shots. The other thing I was worried about the day of the shoot was "there are so many people here, maybe this wasn't the best idea". When we saw the photos I could not believe how I didn't even notice the people around us. The way he made us look, the angels that he took the photos and the skillful editing it was almost like we had the carnival to ourselves. Seriously, do not hesitate, Endless Pursuit is definitely someone you need to hire. We were sad when we found out they were already booked for our wedding date and both my fiance and I did one of those "I mean, could we move the date a day" conversations. I don't even mean that as a joke. They are just that great. I very highly recommend them.

I can't say enough about how great Steve and Bernadette were on my wedding day. From the pre-wedding communication, to the day itself, to follow up afterwards, Steve and Bernadette are not only talented photographers but incredibly professional and good communicators the entire way through. They made the entire experience stress-free. Photography was on the top of my list of things I cared about for my wedding and they blew me away with their final product. My first reaction once I saw our final photos was "wow they really listened to every detail of what we wanted." I actually couldn't believe it. Their photos are obviously stunning, but their customer service (and having two photographers who work well together) is worth their prices alone. Go book them now!

An Endless Pursuit told the story of our Oct 12, 2013 New England wedding better than any words could have. This amazing couple defines perfection with a lens! Steve did a great job and was so personable! It was awesome having someone who wanted to get to know us and our story. It really helped on the wedding day because we were both confident he knew what we were looking for. We especially loved the pictures of the ceremony and our couple portraits. It was really great to have someone not just take the typical formal portraits but really tell the story of our day through pictures. We definitely recommend him for weddings!

I loved the husband/wife duo that is An Endless Pursuit. Steve and Bee were so much fun to work with. My photographers were my first priority while planning my wedding, so it was really important that I formed a personal connection to who,ever we chose. Not only did I love their unique aesthetic, creativity, and individuality - but both my husband and I adore Steve and Bee. My husband and I got married on a hot, hot, hot Saturday in July in Middleburg, VA. We were all dripping but you'd never know looking at our photos! Steve and Bernadette were wonderful to work with. Every interaction was positive, every email or phone call promptly returned, and they both really took the time to find out what Robbie and I wanted in our pictures. Their package was priced very reasonably, and everything was clear and well outlined when we talked through pricing. We had both Steve and Bernadette all day, and they captured everything we wanted and then some. Our album is beautiful- and we got to be really involved in the editing process, which I so appreciated. Steve let me change pictures, put things in black and white, and really take part in putting the album together. We couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable, professional, quality, super fun team to photograph our special day!!

Steve and Bernadette (An Endless Pursuit) did our engagement photos and our wedding photos and we could not be happier with the experience and the pictures! The photos are artistic, beautiful, and unique without being inaccessible or too abstract. They perfectly capture the individuals that we are and the union we became that special day. There are also wonderful pics of all our guests at the reception- candid shots that perfectly show the emotions, love, and laughter of the day. It was raining for both our engagement session and wedding day, and our photographers managed to make the bad weather look romantic and beautiful. Photography was important to my Groom and I. We ARE so pleased with our choice. Having a Husband and Wife team for photographers was amazing!. They understood the process and knew the stress we were under and helped make the day seamless. They were energetic and fun! Guests commented how they had never seen two photographers take so many photos, but they never felt like they saw them. In addition, they offer great additions to the package, open to questions and suggestion, and TIMELY!!! I think it took only 3 weeks to get my photos!!! (It was perfect!)
