ged vows. Katie was attuned to our vision and brought it to life with remarkable skill, from the breath taking views, flowers and dessert to a great team along side her. Katie ensured that this experience was stress-free, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment. While we had to alter our location due to inclement weather and construction, Katie remained adaptable and provided us with breathtaking alternative spots. We loved our wedding day that was truly all about us and for us!
If you are looking for a wedding planner Katie is the one! She helped bring my dream wedding to life!
Katie is so talented, organized and responsive when catering to her clients on their wedding day desires. She is a high execution gal who brings a team of providers together for a...
n ultimate wedding experience. I rate Katie as an A++ on everything she did for us on our special day. It was memorable and all of our guests raved about all that she put together to help us create a magnificent event. You will not be disappointed.
Words will never do Katie’s talent or services justice, but I’m going to try to express how amazing it was to work with her🤍
First off, you will likely never meet a more down to ...
earth, kind, and genuine person than Katie. She has a way of putting your mind at ease whether it’s your first chat, or a somewhat panicked phone call about our Airbnb/dinner venue losing AC and us being moved to a different home 2 days before the wedding. She will be your biggest hype woman throughout the entire planning journey and go above and beyond to help you create the wedding of your dreams.
When we began our wedding planning journey I hadn’t quite decided if I was going to handle things on my own or hire a planner. Somehow I stumbled upon Katie and hesitantly reached out - worried I’d get a sales pitch and pushed into “choosing” her. Instead, Katie had this way of making a person lean in; she was a fountain of knowledge and by the end of our first call I knew there was no way I could nor did I want to plan our wedding without her by my side. Every step of the way she was able to give amazing recommendations (but never made us feel like we had* to choose the people she recommended - I know that can be the case with many planners) , ideas, advice, and chase down all the answers to our questions for our dream day. She even went thrifting for me a couple times to find the perfect dishes for our floral arrangements…like I said, she truly went above and beyond for
The list below is only a handful of the things Katie helped us with throughout the planning process. If you’re a bride currently reading this and feeling stresssed about finding the best/most capable vendors for your wedding, and terrified of making the wrong choice… Katie is your woman. Every single person/vendor she sent to us was AMAZING.

Planning a destination wedding from literal scratch could have/should have felt stressful, but with Katie it was cake. I could not have loved our planning experience more - she always made it feel like I was planning the celebration of our dreams with my best friend. I highly recommend An Epic Elopement.
Katie, thank you for keeping this bride sane and making our day so perfect! I wholeheartedly mean this when I say it, I could not have done it without you.
Adore you,

When (my now wife) Lindsey and I started down this destination wedding adventure in Montana early last year we had grand designs on interviewing at least 3 planners to make sure w...
e were making the right choice. Needless to say, our first "Zoom" with Katie would be our last interview we had to make! We knew from the first few minutes of that call that Katie was "our person" and she did not disappoint. EVERYTHING was perfection from the get go and she was always incredibly responsive. We cannot say enough about her and we certainly could have NOT done it without her help. We owe this wonderful week to her...everything was perfect. Thank you Katie!!! We would be remiss if we didn't mention her and husband Joe's Switchback Suites in Kalispell. We stayed on our first night in Montana and it was a treat---also highly recommend.
What can we say but first off wow we loved the process and ease of our elopement. While researching our big day we found Katie online and so grateful we did. The thing we loved the...
most was communication and attention to detail. Katie is always quick to respond to any questions we had and so very pleasant. She gave us so many options for our big day. It was so helpful finding our officiant and photographer plus helping with the ins and outs of the park permit process. The chemistry and passion the whole team had towards our event was heart warming. She always is a quick message away to put our questions at ease. On our big day she assisted with photos, picked up our elopement cake, and flowers. This gave us extra time to just be present in our day. We would beyond recommend her to help with your special day. She is truly a blessing and we could feel the positive, uplifting energy.
Katie from Epic Elopement was someone I found on a whim when my fiancé and I decided to travel completely across the United States to get married. We wanted a beautiful wedding in ...
the mountains with very specific details, all in a place that neither of us have ever been. Katie made that happen for us.
She went out of her way to set us zoom calls, be available every step of the way, support us in last minute decisions, and make our vision come to life. Katie is a wonderful human being and an amazing wedding planner. I didn’t have to stress about anything leading up to the wedding or the wedding day.
There is not a single thing that we had to compromise on for the wedding. We got our dream wedding in the mountains.
She made the magic happen even when we had very specific needs or even last minute needs. She found us a Rabbi, she sent us cake samples, and booked shuttles (a last minute decision)a couple days before the wedding. Let me just say she did all of this in 5 months!!
So when I say she made magic happen she literally made magic happen for my husband and I, plus our ~30 guests that flew in from Tennessee and New Jersey.
I promise she is worth every single penny.
I cannot recommend Katie and An Epic Elopement enough! She made our wedding day more magical than I could have ever imagined. Our wedding and reception truly looked like something ...
straight from a Pinterest board, with our own added personal touches. Katie’s attention to detail cannot be beat! She made our entire wedding planning process a breeze and completely stress-free! All we had to do was show up, which is exactly what we wanted! I am so thankful for our wonderful experience and the memories that will last a lifetime!
Katie was absolutely amazing! My husband and I decided we wanted to do a destination wedding in MT with about 3 months to plan. I had no idea where to start so I just googled “wedd...
ing planners in MT”. An Epic Elopement was the first I came across and from day one Katie was so helpful and made all of my dreams come true! She was there any time I had questions or needed help, which was a lot considering I live in NC! The day of the wedding couldn’t have went any smoother or been more beautiful! She was even sweet enough to take care of all the legal documents after the ceremony so we did not have to miss out on the rest of the things we had planned while there. I can not recommend An Epic Elopement enough!

l Park. She was on top of everything, made your ideas come true and even has some amazing ideas herself. She made everything so seamless even though we were planning this elopement from states away! It was raining on our wedding day, put she was prepared for that and her upbeat attitude made it almost impossible to be upset about the rain. I have nothing but good praises and love for Katie and her business. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Thank you so much for making our day amazing!
My husband and I have nothing but positive things to say about Katie! If you're thinking about a small wedding out in Glacier or western Montana, you should hire this lady! She is ...
incredibly responsive, and struck a great balance making sure we were getting everything we wanted while limiting our exposure to the decision fatigue we were feeling thanks to many life changes. She truly made planning a destination wedding stress free, all while we bought our first home, moved across the country, and while I was working internationally for several months. She thought of everything the day of, and all of the little details were perfect - she interpreted inspiration photos I sent her exactly as I imagined them. It was great not to have to worry about the logistics so we could spend the day creating memories with our family and closest friends.

It also helps that she’s genuinely a great person so search no more please trust her for your upcoming wedding! Thank you again Katie!! Love the Grays!

ide based in Boston and getting married in Montana (without ever having visited the state!) Katie made planning, organizing, and executing our wedding day the most seamless experience possible. Literally, from day one, she was insanely responsive-- email, phone, Zoom-- highly available and highly flexible. Even answering emails at night and on weekends, to the point I felt bad in reaching out! But honestly, Katie thinks of everything-- the grand picture and the little details. She worked with us to help refine our vision and then bring it to life. No question too big or detail too small for her either-- from questions about taxis recommendations to photography selection, name card placement (she had the brilliant idea of writing our guests names on leaves!) to keeping us informed and up-to-date on the whole process. And then there was the day itself. It could not have been more perfect. Katie was there the entire day, morning to night, setting everything up and helping orchestrate-- I didn't have to lift a finger or worry about a thing. Every little detail was stunning and creative, my jaw actually dropped seeing everything we'd discussed come to life. I knew it would look good because Katie was involved, but it looked better than anything I could have imagined or hoped for. The day went by so quickly that I'm reliving everything through the photos and am constantly floored by what she achieved. I would recommend Katie to anyone and everyone. If you're on the fence about having a wedding planner at all, I urge you to get one. And I urge you to go with Katie. I wish there was space enough in this review to write about every little thing she did, but rest assured, this woman is your ticket to having the wedding of your dreams. Without Katie we would have been at a total loss for how to navigate this process and she was utterly instrumental in making our wedding day one of the most memorable days of our lives. We're so incredibly grateful to her and lucky she puts her skills to use in the world of weddings!

ble to take what ideas we gave her and make them into reality. She also has what appears to be a great relationship with the venues, caterers, and rental companies she works with. Everything went off perfectly as planned. Would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

021, so when we were looking into eloping we wanted something just as beautiful and meaningful but as easy and stress-free as possible. Katie helped make that a reality for us! To be honest, when we booked, I was like please just take this off my hands, trusting that no matter what the backdrop of GNP would make for an amazing time, but we got so much more than we bargained for. My hair, flowers, photography and videography, and even our unconventional dinner plans were accommodated and fit with exactly what I had in mind but couldn't pull off on my own. We are so so happy with the experience we had after our rollercoaster wedding journey and will cherish these memories forever.

inish, Katie kept us focused on what needed to be done, organized the best vendors we could have asked for, and executed perfectly (partially while moving cross country). The communication throughout the process was consistent and professional. Most importantly, she truly listened to what we wanted and created an experience that was unique to us. As the preparations began prior to the big day, Katie and her husband (thanks, Joe!) were completely prepared, and also were able to adjust on the fly to the additive features of the reception venue which made the day that much better! We cannot recommend Katie enough.
P.S. – Katie was also a great pseudo-therapist for my wife, making a normally stressful process much more manageable!
