She has a way of putting your mind at ease whether it’s your first chat, or a somewhat panicked phone call about our Airbnb/dinner venue losing AC and us being moved to a different home 2 days before the wedding. She will be your biggest hype woman throughout the entire planning journey and go above and beyond to help you create the wedding of your dreams.
When we began our wedding planning journey I hadn’t quite decided if I was going to handle things on my own or hire a planner. Somehow I stumbled upon Katie and hesitantly reached out - worried I’d get a sales pitch and pushed into “choosing” her. Instead, Katie had this way of making a person lean in; she was a fountain of knowledge and by the end of our first call I knew there was no way I could nor did I want to plan our wedding without her by my side. Every step of the way she was able to give amazing recommendations (but never made us feel like we had* to choose the people she recommended - I know that can be the case with many planners) , ideas, advice, and chase down all the answers to our questions for our dream day. She even went thrifting for me a couple times to find the perfect dishes for our floral arrangements…like I said, she truly went above and beyond for

We knew from the first few minutes of that call that Katie was "our person" and she did not disappoint. EVERYTHING was perfection from the get go and she was always incredibly responsive. It was so helpful finding our officiant and photographer plus helping with the ins and outs of the park permit process. The chemistry and passion the whole team had towards our event was heart warming. She always is a quick message away to put our questions at ease. She went out of her way to set us zoom calls, be available every step of the way, support us in last minute decisions, and make our vision come to life. Katie is a wonderful human being and an amazing wedding planner. I didn’t have to stress about anything leading up to the wedding or the wedding day.
There is not a single thing that we had to compromise on for the wedding. We got our dream wedding in the mountains.
She made the magic happen even when we had very specific needs or even last minute needs. She found us a Rabbi, she sent us cake samples, and booked shuttles (a last minute decision)a couple days before the wedding. Let me just say she did all of this in 5 months!!
So when I say she made magic happen she literally made magic happen for my husband and I, plus our ~30 guests that flew in from Tennessee and New Jersey.

incredibly responsive, and struck a great balance making sure we were getting everything we wanted while limiting our exposure to the decision fatigue we were feeling thanks to many life changes. She truly made planning a destination wedding stress free, all while we bought our first home, moved across the country, and while I was working internationally for several months. She thought of everything the day of, and all of the little details were perfect - she interpreted inspiration photos I sent her exactly as I imagined them. ide based in Boston and getting married in Montana (without ever having visited the state!) Katie made planning, organizing, and executing our wedding day the most seamless experience possible. Literally, from day one, she was insanely responsive-- email, phone, Zoom-- highly available and highly flexible. Even answering emails at night and on weekends, to the point I felt bad in reaching out! But honestly, Katie thinks of everything-- the grand picture and the little details. She worked with us to help refine our vision and then bring it to life. No question too big or detail too small for her either-- from questions about taxis recommendations to photography selection, name card placement (she had the brilliant idea of writing our guests names on leaves!) to keeping us informed and up-to-date on the whole process. And then there was the day itself. It could not have been more perfect. Katie was there the entire day, morning to night, setting everything up and helping orchestrate-- I didn't have to lift a finger or worry about a thing. Every little detail was stunning and creative, my jaw actually dropped seeing everything we'd discussed come to life. I knew it would look good because Katie was involved, but it looked better than anything I could have imagined or hoped for. 021, so when we were looking into eloping we wanted something just as beautiful and meaningful but as easy and stress-free as possible. Katie helped make that a reality for us! To be honest, when we booked, I was like please just take this off my hands, trusting that no matter what the backdrop of GNP would make for an amazing time, but we got so much more than we bargained for. My hair, flowers, photography and videography, and even our unconventional dinner plans were accommodated and fit with exactly what I had in mind but couldn't pull off on my own. We are so so happy with the experience we had after our rollercoaster wedding journey and will cherish these memories forever.

The communication throughout the process was consistent and professional. Most importantly, she truly listened to what we wanted and created an experience that was unique to us. As the preparations began prior to the big day, Katie and her husband (thanks, Joe!) were completely prepared, and also were able to adjust on the fly to the additive features of the reception venue which made the day that much better!
