It was raining on our wedding day, put she was prepared for that and her upbeat attitude made it almost impossible to be upset about the rain. She truly made planning a destination wedding stress free, all while we bought our first home, moved across the country, and while I was working internationally for several months. She thought of everything the day of, and all of the little details were perfect - she interpreted inspiration photos I sent her exactly as I imagined them. It was great not to have to worry about the logistics so we could spend the day creating memories with our family and closest friends.

Literally, from day one, she was insanely responsive-- email, phone, Zoom-- highly available and highly flexible. Even answering emails at night and on weekends, to the point I felt bad in reaching out! But honestly, Katie thinks of everything-- the grand picture and the little details. She worked with us to help refine our vision and then bring it to life. No question too big or detail too small for her either-- from questions about taxis recommendations to photography selection, name card placement (she had the brilliant idea of writing our guests names on leaves!) to keeping us informed and up-to-date on the whole process. And then there was the day itself. It could not have been more perfect. Katie was there the entire day, morning to night, setting everything up and helping orchestrate-- I didn't have to lift a finger or worry about a thing. Every little detail was stunning and creative, my jaw actually dropped seeing everything we'd discussed come to life. I knew it would look good because Katie was involved, but it looked better than anything I could have imagined or hoped for. The day went by so quickly that I'm reliving everything through the photos and am constantly floored by what she achieved. I would recommend Katie to anyone and everyone. If you're on the fence about having a wedding planner at all, I urge you to get one. And I urge you to go with Katie. I wish there was space enough in this review to write about every little thing she did, but rest assured, this woman is your ticket to having the wedding of your dreams. Without Katie we would have been at a total loss for how to navigate this process and she was utterly instrumental in making our wedding day one of the most memorable days of our lives. We're so incredibly grateful to her and lucky she puts her skills to use in the world of weddings!

To be honest, when we booked, I was like please just take this off my hands, trusting that no matter what the backdrop of GNP would make for an amazing time, but we got so much more than we bargained for. My hair, flowers, photography and videography, and even our unconventional dinner plans were accommodated and fit with exactly what I had in mind but couldn't pull off on my own. We are so so happy with the experience we had after our rollercoaster wedding journey and will cherish these memories forever.
