The vendor was reaponding, we did their questionnaire and we had 2 discovery calls... we were told these should hapoen monthly for full service. 6 months before our wedding this provider completely ghosted us and stopped communicating. Yet we see they are still doing weddings and posting on instagram. If our event for some reason could not be supported, I do not understand why this vendor couldn't simply notify us and say so in an email. Unfortunately we can always get a refund of money, but not our time. Very unprofessional communication and illusive business strategy.
