I ordered a 4 tier cake for my wedding. I asked if they would be able to do the old vintage cake designs. I was told yes. I sent several detailed emails and pictures of what I want...
ed. The cake was NOTHING close in design, outside of 4 levels, nothing else looked like the pictures. Only one of the colors, only a couple flowers.
Then, 1 hour into the reception the cake fell over. I never even got to cut my 4 tiered cake! When I brought it up after, she blamed the heat. There was air conditioning in the venue!
She offered to redo it for pictures. I agreed then never heard from her. I contacted her multiple times and I just today get an email from her saying she can't do that after all.
I lost money, had a mediocre cake that looked nothing like the inspo picture I sent, and had my cake fall over and barely salvaged enough for the guests.
This is a horrible business who doesn't care about making a cake for something as important as a wedding. My dream cake was ruined. I should've gone with someone else. What a horrible bakery. Liars and unprofessional. If you don't know how to do vintage designs don't sat you do! And do not offer a remake if you don't mean it!
If you're looking for a multi tiered wedding cake, do not use them!
Cake was wonderful and looked awesome! Very slow to respond to emails and sometimes had to message multiple times before she responded. Helped create a custom design and was accomm...
odating when we asked to make some decorations to put on it.
Everyone was raving about the cake. It was delicious!
I ordered a cake for a friends Baby Shower from Ana as a test run of her service (if you read her yelp reviews you'll see why) and was massively disappointed. They she yelled at me...
and blamed me and a missing e-mail for her mistakes. Fortunately she refunded my money because her poorly decorated bland cake frosted with cool wipe wasn't worth what she wanted to charge.
We were going to have a taste test there but was really hard to set up a time that worked for both of us.
I booked her for my October 2009 wedding. I ordered Guava cupcakes and a two tier small cake from her.
She does not return messages as quick as a bride would wish but she will ...
show up on your wedding day on time! Her Guava cupcakes were amazing!
