I wasn't trying to waste anyone's time, just hoping to figure out if they could handle the type of work I needed. The moment I entered, I was instructed to "check in," which I did promptly. Then I sat there -- for an entire hour -- watching three women being helped while I was completely ignored. I made it clear on the check-in form that I wasn't there for an appointment, just a quick consultation. Still, no one bothered to acknowledge me. It became increasingly frustrating as I watched the staff serve others, while I, a new, possible paying customer with a high-end dress in hand, was treated as if I was invisible. The final straw came when I saw the check-in sheet -- the very one I'd written my name on -- being thrown away and replaced with a fresh sheet. At that point, I realized I was nothing more than an afterthought to them. I left with my dress in hand, seething with anger and disappointment. I will NEVER give Ana's Pro Gowns my business again. Their unprofessionalism and complete lack of courtesy is appalling, and frankly, I'm stunned by the level of disregard they have for potential clients. If you value your time, your investment, and being treated with even a modicum of respect, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
