Anastasia and Paloma were so amazing to work with! I wanted a natural, simple, makeup look (as someone who wears very little makeup) and Anastasia killed it! At the trial, Anastasia was detail-oriented and tried to understand best what I liked and didn’t like, and we made adjustments for the wedding day that turned out perfectly! Paloma is also absolutely wonderful, she could do anything and everything with hair and my bridesmaids were so impressed and happy with the entire experience. They were efficient, friendly, and such a great presence to have as we were getting ready. I cannot recommend them enough for beautiful, natural looks on your big day!

Anastasia is an ARTIST! I loved my makeup test with her, it was such a fun and creative collaborative experience and made me feel so confident/excited going into my makeup appt on my wedding day. Whether you know exactly what you want or need recommendations, Anastasia delivers. On my wedding day, her and her hairstylist made me and my mom and sister feel so comfortable. They knew exactly how to execute that right balance of being both professional and fun during our appointment. I especially loved that she uses high-quality makeup products. As she did my makeup, she explained how/what/why she was using which I found very educational. She gave me concealer and lip samplers for any makeup touches as well. Most importantly, my makeup was flawless throughout the entire wedding. We ended our appt at 2pm and my wedding night ended around 2am and with lots of happy tears, dancing, and smiling, my makeup stayed completely in place. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Anastasia and her team enough. She was communicative, helpful, friendly, and such a talented make up artist! And the person who did our hair was super talented and amazing too! Anastasia made us feel really comfortable as folks who don't wear much makeup, explaining everything and giving us different options. And she was super queer friendly and supportive of us two brides. 😊 She was also flexible with some changes that we had to make last minute which was so helpful. All in all, we really appreciated Anastasia and would highly recommend her!

Anastasia and her team were amazing. They did makeup for a large group of different ethnicities and young to mature skin as well as the groom and I can't possibly say enough good things. From punctuality and professionalism to just plain being a good hang, I can't imagine picking another makeup artist for my wedding day. Not to mention the fact that the day started at 5am and was a full day Indian wedding, yet they were still fully prepared, on time, and cheerful. Anastasia and her team were absolutely amazing!!! We had hired her for my spring wedding, and did a makeup trial a few days before for my bridal portraits. Anastasia was so friendly and easy going and explained her process as she worked. I’m always pretty shy when getting my hair done or anything like that, but she was so easy to talk to that it made the whole experience really relaxed. I left for my bridal portraits feeling absolutely beautiful, but realized that for the wedding day I wanted a slightly different look to better match the colors of my dress. Day of the wedding Anastasia was able to take a look at the dress underlay and beautifully matched my makeup palette to compliment the hues of the dress. She’s honestly an expert in colors but more than that she really listens to what her clients want and the look they’re trying to invoke. One of my biggest concerns going into my wedding was not looking like myself, so finding a skilled makeup artist who could do a natural look, along with a hair stylist who could handle my curls, was imperative. Anastasia is an incredibly talented, kind, and creative makeup person. I wanted a natural look and was very hesitant to even schedule a make up person for my wedding. But as soon as I started working with her I trusted her completely. She listened to what I wanted and helped me figure out my style without being pushy at all and totally supported my concerns and feelings. Better still, my bridesmaids wanted all different styles (glam, sparkly, bold) and she was able to give them looks they loved. The hair person she brought, Katie did incredible updos and wavy styles that looked and felt natural but held through a 90 degree day. I was nervous to get professional makeup done for our special day, I was worried I'd look really different. Anastasia put all my worries at ease, she is so particular about blending and using a deliberate and light hand with her makeup artistry. I felt like myself :) she elevated my everyday look in all the right ways for this special day. My makeup lasted a long day outdoors. I just used the lip color and makeup sponge she gave me to freshen up midday. It was perfect and Anastasia is SUCH a delight! I highly recommend!

If you're looking for a clean, fresh, "no makeup" makeup look, look no further than Anastasia MUA hair and makeup team! It can be really hard to find a makeup artist in the Austin area that does a clean makeup look, both in terms of aesthetic and product. Anastasia was the only makeup artist whose makeup philosophy resonated with mine--I didn't want to look like a made-over, different person, and I want to feel or look like I was wearing a lot of makeup. Her BFA training in art with an emphasis on painting and drawing means that her approach to makeup is informed by a deep knowledge of color theory. We were a bridal party of many ages, skin colors, and identities, and Anastasia saw and brought out the natural beauty in all of us. We were so impressed by her attention to detail, her use of high-quality products, and her down-to-earth, professional attitude. Her skill is truly remarkable, and I wish I could have her do my makeup EVERY day!

Anastasia is the definition of a perfectionist (in the best way possible)! She did a fabulous job on my makeup. She asked for my opinion on eyeshadow palettes, lips and blush. Anastasia and her team were absolutely incredible. I am not someone that wears makeup regularly and I don't usually enjoy having my picture taken. Anastasia understood this and blew it out of the park. My photos look natural and I look great! What I liked best was how receptive she (and her team) were to my feedback. As someone not very experienced with makeup and hair, it took a couple hours after the trial to come to terms with the fact that I didn't love my hair. I reached out to Anastasia and her stylist; both were receptive and assured me we could make improvements on the wedding day. It turned out absolutely amazing. I'm so impressed with the team's calm demeanor and can-do attitude. Also, can we take a moment to appreciate Anastasia's honesty? I had paid for parking fees in the contract and Anastasia refunded the fees after finding out that they were not charged for parking. I would never have known either way!

Anastasia was truly a godsend and wonderful; so detail oriented and a perfectionist. As a perfectionist myself, it was great to be in Anastasia and her teams hands. For example, we did the trial and my hair wasn't perfect but Rosa practiced for a week up until the wedding and nailed my updo perfectly. That really shows true professionalism and dedication! The whole team - Noemi, Paloma, Rosa, and Anastasia - were wonderful, took direction well and changed anything my bridesmaids asked. If you're fair skinned, like many of my bridesmaids were, Anastasia was especially skilled at making them look amazing. If I could, I would gibe more than 5 stars!

Anastasia was the absolute best! She was kind, patient and very talented. Each step of the makeup process she made sure I was completely content. The entire process was stress-free and peaceful, and her environment was very cozy. I could hardly feel the brushes or tools she was using as she was so gentle. Anastasia was also very clean, as she disinfected all brushes/tools and had all her high-end makeup organized. She had every shade possible and even mixed shades to get the perfect color. Her makeup application was perfect. It was very natural, and enhanced my natural features while covering all my blemishes. She did my hair and makeup for a 7am elopement, and I can truthfully say my makeup and hair were in tact at 2am! I would 100% recommend Anastasia! I am so happy with my experience.

We decided to have a celebration with friends and family last minute before we elope and hired Anastasia to do my bridal makeup. I love makeup and do have opinions on how I want to look. Anastasia and her team are fantastic and I could not recommend them more highly! If you're looking for a more subtle bridal makeup look, Anastasia is the perfect makeup artist for you. As someone who typically wears very little makeup, it was important to me to still look like myself on my wedding day. I really did not want to look back at photos from our wedding and barely recognize myself because my makeup or hair was “too much.” Anastasia created a balanced look that complemented my natural coloring, enhanced my best features, and perfectly camouflaged any imperfections. She is a perfectionist and took seriously any and all feedback I offered until my hair and makeup were exactly right. She also has an absolutely unreal makeup collection–seriously, she has every possible shade of anything you could possibly need–and only uses high-quality products. Anastasia brings on hairstylists whose work she trusts, so I felt like I was in very capable hands. Brooke, my hairstylist, did such a wonderful job with my hair. The style I wanted was a bit tricky, but she worked her magic and somehow made it happen for me. Anastasia and Brooke were just lovely to work with and fun to have around on the wedding day. I can’t recommend them enough!

Anastasia and her team are cream of the crop experts in making you and your party feel beautiful and confident without hiding your natural beauty. Neither my bridesmaids nor I are used to wearing make-up, and thought it would feel awkward. Anastasia and her team worked with our natural beauty and enhanced it, ensuring that we were comfortable and involved in every decision. They were so wonderful to chat with during the getting-ready, and highly HIGHLY efficient. We had a whole detailed schedule, and finished way before, giving us more time to chill I couldn't recommend them more if I tried. They are perfect, and if you want a truly professional MUA/Hair team that's also personable, then you've found them.

WOW - cannot say enough great things about Anastasia and her team. I did a make up trial the day before my wedding. Anastasia was professional, took great care and time in her work. She really listened to what I wanted and how I envisioned the day. I felt so beautiful walking into my wedding day and can't recommend her services enough!!!!

Major Pros: Great pricing, easy to talk to, no minimums for travel (in my case, not sure about others), amazing skills and makeup. Cons: Litrally none Anastasia is a fantastic makeup artist. As a bride, I wanted something where I felt gorgeous, but still looked like myself. That's exactly what I got. She was able to travel to my house, was prompt, and my makeup stayed on until I took it off myself at 10pm. This included taking outdoor pictures outside in August. She's also super easy to talk to, checks in along the way during the trial and the day of, which I truly appreciate. Thanks Anastasia!

Anastasia and her team were amazing! My ceremony was very early in the morning, they arrived on location right on time. Perla did an amazing job with my hair - she had fancy hair clips which was great because I didn't have anything to put in my hair. Anastasia did my makeup and it was so beautiful and natural. I'm so happy they were available on my wedding date!!

I rarely wear makeup or do my hair and they were able to make me feel naturally beautiful! They were also timely and made the whole experience wonderful! Anastasia and her team were available for my last-minute Thursday wedding! The hair stylist was so quick and fixed my hair exactly how I wanted! It showed all texture and color of my blonde hair and was perfect with my dress. The makeup was the highlight though. It was so natural and bright. Anastasia picked the most perfect colors and checked in along the way. She kept asking “how’s this? Or should we add more”? I liked that. So that I could pick the best amount of coverage along the way. She was also engaging and fun to work with. Finally, she told me the brands she was using. Over all 100% perfect service and perfect photos!!

One of the best decisions I ever made was hiring Anastasia and her team for my wedding! As a girl who rarely wears makeup, I loved how natural and flawless Anastasia was able to make me look! My bridesmaids gushed about how much they loved their makeup and hair, and we were so pleased with the speed of of each artist as well. My hair and makeup looked as beautiful during the trial as it did during my wedding! And they were somehow able to keep my hair curly for the entire day! (I have very thick naturally straight hair). I definitely recommend her and her team to anyone and everyone who wants to look and feel like a million bucks.

Anastasia, Brooke, and their whole team of hair and makeup artists were INCREDIBLE to work with!! They were so collaborative and patient with my trials (I ended up changing hairstyles three times!), handled my group of 9 bridesmaids, 1 bridesman, and 2 mothers seamlessly, were on time, professional, organized, communicative, and super friendly and fun. Our whole group had a blast getting ready with them on my wedding day -- one of the highlights of my weekend! -- and everyone's hair and makeup stayed perfect throughout the night. I couldn't recommend this glam squad highly enough!!

Anastasia and Kelly did a great job on the hair and makeup for my wedding last weekend! the makeup was not cakey and looked beautiful and natural. I also got many compliments on my hair throughout the day! Everyone (mom, sister, bridesmaid, me) were very satisfied with how they looked.

Anastasia and her team were absolutely AMAZING! They make you feel so comfortable it’s as if you have another girlfriend doing your hair and makeup. She uses high quality products that last forever and stay put no matter how much dancing or crying (happy tears) you do! I let my bridesmaids choose their own hairstyles and they really ran the gambit but Ana’s team crushed it. Lastly, I was very nervous about finding someone who would give me a natural look. I didn’t want to look super glam and have my husband not even recognize me! Ana was a perfect fit and I felt beautiful all night!
