assed appetizer and served dish was excellent. They easily accommodated dietary restrictions and adapted to last-minute changes in guest-count. They were incredibly gracious and professional from the first moment of the tasting through the last course of the meal and I would pick them again 100 times over. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
