IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER OR SOMEONE TO CAPTURE YOUR SPECIAL MOMENTS, LOOK NO FURTHER!
I truly mean it when I say that Raul and his team were one of the best de...
cisions we made for our wedding day. We spoke with nearly 10 different photographers and photography companies before making our choice. Many smaller photography businesses are now owned by larger companies that subcontract photographers, meaning you may never actually work directly with the person capturing your day. It was incredibly important to me to build a genuine connection with our photographer, and Raul delivered exactly that.
As a bride, I know how overwhelming it can be to find the right photographer, which is why I hope this review helps others who are searching.
Raul scheduled an engagement session so we could get comfortable in front of the camera before the wedding. He met with us multiple times to go over every detail and ensure everything went smoothly. The photos we've received so far have completely exceeded our expectations.
Please take a look at his Instagram page—his work speaks for itself. He is incredibly talented, professional, and genuinely cares about his couples. You will be in amazing hands.
Thank you again, Anchored Weddings! We are so grateful.
Katie was so fun to work with - her ability to make us feel comfortable and ourselves behind the camera was something that made our day that much better. She has such fun and creat...

d who we are as people. The clips of our wedding and the songs she chose were perfect. She got the essence of our day in a short video. She was also willing to incorporate the video from our proposal in the wedding video. I love watching the 6 minute film over and over.
Did you ever have a phase in your late teens early twenties where you and your girlfriends would crowd around a computer and SOB over wedding videos??? Feeling the emotion, the gra...
vity of their "big day" and getting excited for when your time would come?? Ok maybe me and my friends were weird in the sense that that's how we spent our Thursday nights in college... I digress. The wedding video we received from the Anchored Films team completely blew ALL of our expectations out of the water! Truly there was no better team to provide support throughout the entire planning process, giving us advice on timelines, amping us up minutes before walking down the aisle, and having the greatest time on the dance floor with our guests! Katie and Kurt blended in seamlessly throughout the day - we say they are ninjas because when we got our film back, there were moments that we thought, "they were there for that???". They completely captured everything we wanted AND MORE. We knew we wanted to incorporate some home videos along with some footage of our guests. Within the first 10 seconds of the video we had lumps in our throats - we see our happy cousins on the mic at cocktail hour saying how much they love us, uncle Frank telling us to have fun on the journey, friends toasting to us, my dad teaching me how to ride a bike and my husband hitting baseballs in the living room with mom - WOW WOW WOW. This team is so creative, thoughtful with their editing/timing with music, and all around such a blast to have with you on your big day. If you make ONE right decision on your wedding day, let it be hiring Anchored Films. We considered cutting videography out of our budget, and man oh man what a mistake that would've been. We are so incredibly blessed to have this piece of art to carry with us the rest of our lives and show our children someday. There are not enough "thank yous" in the world to give to Anchored Films so we hope this review (and your tip) suffice 😉

with and exceeded every expectation we had on the delivery. Since we had a Catholic & Hindu wedding, we had a lot of details to work through and when I tell you I never doubted Katie, I NEVER. DOUBTED. KATIE. The Anchored team truly makes you feel like you're the only couple they're working with and if you stalk their social like I did, you know they're keeping busy over there! I had a very specific vision on how I wanted to remember our wedding days and now I wish I could hire Katie to capture every moment of our lives. From the bottom of our hearts, we're so grateful to have worked with you and know you'll make future couples just as obsessed with your work!
Katie and her team were wonderful! We loved our video so much. She worked with our photographer to ensure we had the best day. Highly recommend!!

When we received our video, we couldn't believe how beautiful it turned out. She exceeded our expectations. The video is something we will cherish forever as not only does it allow us to relive our wedding day, but it truly shows who we are and our love. If you don't hire Anchored Films you will 100% regret it! Thank you Katie and Anchored Films!

special day and see all the family and friends that were there celebrating with us. Their team did absolutely amazing and Katie was such a beautiful (and hilarious) presence to have around on my wedding day. Then top it off with unmatched video quality and editing... WOW. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

at Katie takes great pride in her work. Since that initial call and all the way until after our wedding day, Katie was an absolute pleasure to work with! She is incredibly talented and it shows through her videos. It was important to us to try and capture more from our wedding day that we knew photographs could not. Katie did a fantastic job at this and having all the raw footage afterwards was such a treat as well! We truly feel incredibly blessed to have found Anchored Films and to have worked with the team! It was apparent to us that Katie wanted to get to know us, which showed through how personalized our video was. For anyone looking for a videographer for your wedding, look no further as we would highly recommend Anchored Films and is a decision we would absolutely make again! Watching our video will be something that we will continue to watch (almost daily) and treasure for many, many years. We cannot thank Anchored Films enough!

l meeting, my wife and I could feel her passion and love for what she does. Katie made sure to incorporate everyone in attendance and really bottle up the entire night for us to enjoy for the rest our lives. Her creativity and ideas for shots never felt forced or uncomfortable. She blended in seamlessly, helped out wherever she could and somehow still managed to capture every important moment and then turn it into an incredibly beautiful and emotional highlight video.
Genuinely we can not thank you enough for creating something we will treasure forever!
If you ever need a videographer for your wedding and are on the fence. Do yourself a favor and just reach out to Katie!
Sincerely,
Justin & Emily

ilming the entire day and Katie’s incredible editing skills are unmatched. Once we saw our teaser clip we immediately started tearing up and felt like we were back at the altar saying "I do". And after watching our highlight video, we were completely blown away - it was like watching our love story in movie form. It simultaneously felt so personal and intimate while still capturing the bash that was our reception! We are forever grateful for Katie and Andrew’s ability to capture so many amazing moments that we will cherish forever. We seriously cannot recommend Anchored Films enough!

a fact. But being able to re-live our wedding and watch it all over again is the most amazing magical thing!!! Anchored films gave us that opportunity! Katie was such a pleasure to work with, and she really gets to know her couples. We could not wait for her to be at our wedding to capture our day in December 2021. Unfortunately due to COVID circumstances, she was unable to be there in person but she sent Luis to come and capture everything and he really got amazing footage. Katie was the one who did the editing and wow, the production that she created was something out of a movie!!! I’ve watched it 4x already (at least) and still brings a tear to my eyes every time! The emotions and the magic she was able to capture was so amazing to watch. The way she incorporated my husband reading my letter to him, the father of the bride speech, and maid of honor speech. Just incredible! We cannot recommend Anchored Films enough. Thank you for our wedding gift that we will have forever and can’t wait to watch it every anniversary (and maybe a few more times before that ;) ) ! Thank you all so much!
It was an absolute joy to work with Katie! Video was so important to us and we are incredibly grateful to have found Anchored Films to capture our wedding.

uction companies, there's a real difference working with Katie. She really took the time to get to know us as a couple and understand who we are as people. Not only is she incredibly talented, she also made sure we were having fun and were comfortable the whole time. Katie is seriously the best hype-woman you can ask for!

The final product is more than we could have imagined, it is truly incredible. We highly recommend AnchoredFilms to anyone trying to capture a perfect moment.

xperience. Katie treated us to donuts and coffee the day we first met and was so personable and interested in us as a couple. We almost forgot we were meeting a vendor- she made it so fun right from the start! When we postponed our date due to COVID, she was accommodating and uplifting, always shooting us positive messages to keep us excited for our big day. Andrew was there as our videographer the day of the wedding and was so great to work with as well. He stood in the rain all day to make sure we got our perfect umbrella shots, and he somehow made it appear that he was even having fun?! (I know that probably wasn’t the case, but he wouldn’t have let us know otherwise!) Between COVID and a rainy day, pretty much everything we planned did not happen. I left my wedding feeling like there were so many things I had planned that I never got to see or experience since it went by so quickly and so many little things fell through last minute due to rain. But, seeing our video has been such an amazing gift. I cannot think Anchored Films enough for allowing me to be a part of so many moments of joy between our families and guests that we didn’t get to experience in person. Our video truly has been such a blessing in that way!
I could write an essay on how great Anchored Films and their filming crew is. Seriously, a 10 page paper people. Where to begin. First off, when we initially started planning we we...
re hesitant about getting a videographer- we would have the pictures ya know? That’s good enough right? WELL let me just tell you; hiring Anchored Films and Katie was by far the best decision I made. Yes, pictures are beautiful don’t get me wrong, but the emotion the video captures is beyond compare!! Secondly, Katie and her crew were the kindest, most hands on, and genuine vendor I had gotten the pleasure to work with. Believe me when I tell you they tailor the video to be exactly what you dreamed it could be. Down to the SMALLEST detail. If you’re reading this and hesitant about anything stop reading this review and book them ASAP, this is the sign you needed. Thirdly and finally, I get it. Weddings are expensive but you can not put a price on reliving that day. The flowers will wilt, the food will be eaten regardless, center pieces will go unnoticed. But no one could ever put a price on a memory of the best day of your lives. I fall in love over and over again when I see my husbands face as I walk down the aisle. As life moves on memories are bound to dwindle. Even if it is the best day of your life, I’m telling you- get the video. You will not regret it 💕

t to know our personalities, which showed in the film. Katie is literally the most thoughtful and caring person. All the little details mattered to her. Our wedding day would not have been the same without her there. She has such a positive energy that you need on your big day. There was so much going on, but she makes you feel calm and collected. She was there for me during the whole day, helping with things that weren't even part of her job. She was above and beyond!! I cannot express enough how big of an impact she had on us. She cares so much about making everything memorable and special. We have watched our video over and over and over. Our family and friends are swooning over how perfectly she captured the fun and crazy moments, but also the sweet and sentimental moments. It was the best decision we made for our wedding working with Katie!!! You will receive not only the BEST video, but also all the special memories she helps create.

ding day. Katie captured all the precious details - my sweet grandpa's smile, my mom's dance moves, my husband's quiver in his voice during his vows, and my smile as I walked down the aisle - all with the feel of the most perfect day. From the very beginning, Katie is the easiest person to work with because she is your friend and cheerleader throughout the entire wedding process. She is passionate about making you feel comfortable as the star of the show, all while producing the highest quality film. Her videos show her expertise and dedication to make sure the end result looks and feels exactly how you want. This was an easy decision - Anchored Films is the best!
So, it started out with Katie being my videographer that I hired and it ended with her being my friend. When I tell you that Katie is the easiest, most upbeat person to work with… ...
I am not kidding. From the very first email to the day of, Katie was constantly checking on us and making sure we were good. Not just on videography, but in general. She offered help to us for anything we would need at all and she cared about us. She is there for you and she wants to make sure you are satisfied on all accounts. What drew me in was her stunning work, but her being the amazing person she is, is what kept me and reassured me that I had hired the most perfect person. Everyone deserves to work with somebody like Katie. When I had to reschedule my wedding due to COVID, she made sure that she would do anything to make her schedule work with our new one. She has been there with me from the very beginning. As much as it sucked having to push my wedding off, it was nice not having to say goodbye to Katie or any other of my amazing vendors just yet. Katie and her co-videographer, Peter, were a breeze to work with on the day of. It felt like we were hanging out with our friends all day! I do not have our video yet but I already can tell you how perfect it is going to be. Katie not only excels at what she does, she is a good-hearted person who genuinely cares about her clients.

ng video you can imagine, but she will also be one of your favorite people you get to hang out with on your wedding day!!!! I think its super important to be comfortable with all your vendors (because honestly you do spend a lot of time together on the day!) and I mean it when I say it was a JOY to hang out with Katie on our wedding day. She is so warm and easy to feel comfortable with. She had never met our photographer before but they got along so well you would have thought they were old friends. I loved how intentional Katie was in getting to know me before our wedding and we had the best coffee date just talking about life and what I wanted in our video. And speaking of videos- she absolutely knocked it out of the park with our wedding video!!! I let her pick the song and I was blown away by how it was more perfect than anything I could have ever picked. She captured all the small, sweet moments from our day I never want to forget. Her editing is amazing and you can tell she pours her whole heart and soul into her passion of videography. Overall Katie is an absolutely incredible videographer and an even better human being. THANK YOU KATIE!!!

our wedding day, Katie was so easy and fun to work with, everyone in the wedding party loved her. We cannot wait to see our video.
Katie is everything you want in a wedding vendor! She is so personable and makes you instantly feel like you have known each other for years! And her work.. I cannot even describe ...
to you how amazing it is. I still cry every time I watch her film of our wedding! My family was amazed! Many of my guests were impressed by how non-intrusive she was! My photographer and her had never worked together before but my photographer said she wants to work with her again! She said most videographers just hang in the background and don't have a lot of ideas. Katie came in with so many ideas for different shots and different things to do! She also truly just wants your day to be amazing and wants to do anything for you that she can to make your day perfect! You have to have her there on your wedding day she is just too good!

ter speaking with friends who hired a videographer, they assured us it was an expense well worth it. Luckily we were able to snag Katie at Anchored Films for our wedding. It was such a breeze to work with her from beginning to end of the entire process. She worked with us on our budget, and we came up with an agreement that worked for both of us. She is super talented and the final product is something that we'll cherish forever. Both our documentary style film and teaser video make you feel like you're re-living the day. For a day that goes faster than any other, I'm so grateful to have all of those memories captured. There are many people out there who say they never watch their video, but i'm happy to say that we won't be those people!!
