We wanted a unique wedding space and this was it! The ceremony spot was beautiful, ax and archery for cocktail hour was a hit, and the food/atmosphere was just perfect!

entire Ancient Lore team for truly making our day magical and relatively stress-free. Planning started when we first saw the venue prior to their opening while they were under construction. The only open portion was Bokee’s and we thought the attention to detail was absolutely phenomenal. Even though the venue was under construction we truly got a chance to see and feel the vision. A benefit for us was that we got to see ALV grow and blossom. One downside was dealing with the growing pains of a new venue. The staff was pretty fantastic and helped accommodate when those changes arose. Including help with change over of staff as well as our comfortability with who we worked with. They set up regular check-ins and as we got closer helped make sure that everything for our special day was set up properly, including help with vendors. Where Ancient Lore Village really shined was during the day of operations. Making sure that they took care of everything they could, checking up on us while playing a delicate balance to not to overwhelm us on our special day. From the bar being set up with our specialty cocktail, the delicious food plated and any small thing we needed Olivia and team were on top of it. Not just on the day of the wedding, it all started with solid Vendor recommendations and a good understanding of what should be done to make our day the best, even when there was a chance of rain. They have thought of everything, with built in heaters our colder wedding day was quite nice. We had such a wonderful night, Tom Boyd has created such a unique experience with Ancient Lore Village and we felt our day was unique and magical. Not only did we feel it was magical but so did our guests. We’ve heard so many wonderful comments about ALV from “it was straight out of a movie”, “the staff was so helpful and nice”, “the fire pits were perfect” and “the dance floor was a cave!”. If you are thinking of a wedding or special event at Ancient Lore Village, we recommend the venue and their staff.

was incredible and the staff was extremely accommodating. My fiancé and I stayed in the large bungalow and it was by far some of the nicest accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. We had our event out on the front lawn and they made everything so beautiful for us. They were incredibly accommodating with our more physically challenged guests using golf carts to help everyone to their cars. The staff overall was incredibly attentive even while construction and preparations were underway. We can’t wait to visit again.
