Chris and Tracey were the best from the start! I come from a family of photographers and knew the search for a wedding photographer was going to be the biggest challenge and they have already delivered! I met them at a bridal expo and had me cracking up without being pushy or trying a sales pitch - I knew my future husband had to meet them after seeing their portfolio and meeting them. We had a meeting with them and my mother, a former wedding photographer!, and they were so personable and fun that we knew our offbeat wedding wouldn't be complete without them. They answered every question or panicked email I sent them and the day of the wedding they crushed it! We got married at the Asbury and wanted to incorporate different places in Asbury Park in the background and they knew the perfect locations! As a former roller derby girl, I wanted to take pictures in my dress and skates, and not only were the Anders on board but super psyched to help me take some perfect shots - the day after the wedding they sent me one of the pictures of me on my skates that looks so beautiful - a clear indication that we made the right choice! They couldn't be a more lovely couple and had me and my now husband cracking up during what could have been a stressful time. They took the time and energy to make sure every shot was fun and flawless and was the most fun photo shoot I have ever been a part of. Picking Anders Portfolio was the smartest decision I made during my entire wedding process!

Chris and Tracey are the best. From our first meeting to the engagement shoot and through the wedding day, we had an awesome experience. They truly care about their clients, and they’re not only amazing photographers but great people in general. All of our pictures have come out beyond fantastic, and we highly recommend working with Anders Portfolio.

Chris is just awesome!! We are so happy that we decided to book him for both our engagement and wedding photos. From the first time we met Chris, we knew that we wanted him to be part of our day. Not only because of his amazingly creative work, but also his easygoing demeanor. Flashback to pre - wedding advice, you have to mesh with your photographer; they will be by your side all day. Chris not only meshed with us, but our friends, family, and our very large energetic bridal party. He laughed with us, while capturing the most beautiful, artistic, and raw photos. The quality of his work is beyond anything we could have hoped for. Our final photos are 100% true to the style photography that Chris explained it to be, they tell a story. A story that my husband and I can relive forever thanks to Chris! We will certainly be using him for any photography opportunities going forward.

From the moment my husband & I met Chris, we knew he was the perfect guy for the job! His easy going demeanor and artistic vision immediately put us both at ease knowing we'd have amazing photos to look back on for the rest of our lives. We hired him for our engagement pictures as well which just got us even more excited for our wedding day after seeing how amazing they came out! My brother even booked Chris after seeing our engagement pictures for his wedding! Chris & his wife were phenomenal to work with the day of our wedding, I cannot say enough good things about them! I don't even know what to say ... Chris and his wife made our wedding day unbelievable. They captured every single moment and emotion in the room. Their presence alone was special enough but my husband and I are forever grateful for the artistry that is Chris Anders Photography. Amazing amazing amazing!!!! Thank you for everything !!!!

My husband and I quickly planned our elopement in a week after being together for 8 years ! After getting our marriage license and contacting an officiant, we were referred to Anders photography and were so pleased with his pictures online that we decided to book Chris, luckily he was available! We had a private elopement on a beach in New Jersey and Chris captured more special moments than we could ever imagine! his pictures were extremely phenomenal and not only were the pictures to die for but Chris is extremely personable, super friendly and very professional! His all-around great qualities and outstanding photos led us to book him for our wedding reception we then held this past July 2nd. Hundreds of photos later ,again Chris blew our minds with his skills! He takes the traditional pictures and he also take some amazing abstract pictures that a "non photographer brain" could not even think of! Since our family was not at the elopement ,our pictures were incredibly important to us and he managed to capture our many feelings from start to finish and was able to portray our elopement exactly how we would have wanted to present to our families. Everybody raved about his pictures and my husband and I were so excited for our families to meet Chris at our reception-they had the nicest things to say about him! I highly recommend Anders Photography - super professional, so comfortable to work with and can definitely lead you In the pictures if you are unsure of how to pose!

We could not be happier with our wedding photos from Chris. Not only was the finished product incredible but he is extremely professional and wonderful to work with. Chris was relaxed and accommodating from the first conference call and took the time to really understand what we were looking for in a wedding photographer. He exceeded our expectations and captured the most amazing candid shots, which was exactly what we were looking for. He let our personalities come through by letting us suggest locations and positioning while providing his experienced guidance. He was also respectful the timing of the day so we were able to enjoy most of cocktail hour without feeling rushed. When the day ran behind schedule he even stayed late to make sure he captured the speeches. You can see Chris’s creativity reflected in every photo while still making each shot look effortless and natural. I would highly recommend Chris for any event!

I knew Chris was our guy as soon as I saw his work. When we met with him , he is as warm and kind as he is talented. He is truly an artist - and had a great eye for that magic shot!! Not only does he take beautiful pictures - he gave us our album2 weeks after our wedding . He's very reasonably priced. Look no further- Chrus is one if the best on the Jersey Shore.
