It brings me so much joy and satisfaction being able to help local Minneapolis/St. Paul couples bring their wedding visions to life! My desire is to love God and love People! As a part-time Social Worker, I am drawn to forming authentic relationships with couples and serving them in the best way that I can! My amazing husband and I live in Champlin, Minnesota. We love rock climbing, listening to Judah and the Lion, and binging our tv shows on Netflix!

Madelyn is AMAZING!!! I wasn't sure we needed a coordinator with our 50 person wedding but after the very first time talking to Madelyn I knew we needed her! She thought of so many things we never would have and would have left us scrambling leading up to and during wedding day. She is well versed in all different types of weddings and it was great to bounce ideas off of her to see what she thought would work. The 3 planning meetings were great and I felt very prepared going into wedding day. One of the meetings was at the venue w/ the venue staff and was so helpful, something I definitely wouldn't have done without her. Day of, Madelyn was ESSENTIAL! She set up all of our decor, made sure those that had a role knew what they were doing, and so much more! It was great to not have to answer any questions or do any of our own coordination day of. We really just were able to enjoy thanks to Madelyn. If you think you don't need a coordinator you are wrong and you should 100% go with Anderson & Co!!

We originally weren't looking for any help with coordinating, but once we realized that we needed a little "day of" help, Anderson & Co. was the perfect option for us! Even though we hired them a little late in the game, our coordinator Jenny jumped right in, and with her advice, we were able to finish confirming "day of" details, and she went to work to figure out how to make everything flow just right, without us needing to stress over it. Jenny was amazing the day of our wedding, and flawlessly solved the little issues that came up. She was one of the nicest people to have with us on our big day, and Anderson & Co. was overall amazing to work with! They really care about you, and making your day everything you're dreaming that it will be! Jenny was a blessing to work with, and I'd choose hiring them again for our day of coordination in a heartbeat.

We are so grateful to have chosen Anderson & Co. to coordinate our big day. They communicate closely as a team, and that allowed them to attend to each detail and meeting that we needed them to be at. We are so grateful that we made a planner an addition to our wedding team, we just wish we had done it sooner! While we initially thought we didn’t want one, as the details piled up we got connected with Jenny who made things seem possible with all the lofty goals we had.
Jenny listened to our vision so closely and learned it inside and out, so that during meetings or rehearsals, she was able to communicate what we were looking for, and on the day of help put all the pieces together perfectly. The most important thing that sticks out is their background knowledge and experience that allows them to ask questions of your potential vendors that you’d never think of so that there are no hiccups during the day!
As a couple, we will say it is the best gift that you could give yourselves to be able to allow them to work out the details perfectly and coordinate anyone you may have helping with preparations so that before questions get to you, they are answered accurately without disturbing the joy of getting ready with your bridal party! Knowing there was a pair of eyes that understood our vision perfectly that was able to field questions from all parties was so calming to know that morning.
We were so grateful to have them along for vendor meetings to help communicate our vision and plan out details to make it all come to life. Our only regret is not bringing them on sooner! Jenny was a key part of our big day, and we could not be more overjoyed with how our day went. We are so grateful to their team and expertise for all that they brought to make our wedding truly the best day of our lives!

I honestly really did not want a wedding planner but I’m so happy I got one and that it was Madelyn, She made our day so stress free and run smoothly. She responded quickly to emails and was very clear on all the questions she had and that would make the day go great. Day of the wedding she was SO helpful, it was already going to be a great day regardless but Madelyn and Kaitlyn just sealed the deal. She made sure everyone was where the needed to be, vendors were all on the same page, guest were taken care of, helping set up and tear down at the end of the night, even helped keep the kids entertained while moms were getting ready! Madelyn is amazing and would recommend her to anyone!

I heard about Anderson + Co through a friend, so please allow me to be your friend: BOOK THEM RIGHT NOW!!! Anderson + Co was AMAZING to work with! Madelyn, our coordinator, executed our wedding day and handled every curveball, big or small, with with a cool, calm, and collected attitude. She's an expert in making detail-specific plans ahead of time, and also coming up with savvy solutions on the fly. I know she probably put out a dozen fires (it's inevitable when you're planning a special event!) but nothing, I repeat, NOTHING was my problem, and I was able to fully experience my wedding day. It was hands down THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE (!!!!!!!!!!) because I was able to be in the moment with my partner, friends, and family- that's the magic of a day-of coordinator who truly cares about the couple and has the industry experience to anticipate possible hiccups. If you are considering a day-of coordinator, do your future self the biggest favor ever and book with Anderson + Co. Also, my other vendors made a point to tell me how fantastic Madelyn was to work with- organized, friendly, the fearless captain of our ship! Aside from the wedding day itself, we had multiple planning meetings ahead of time, and endless email communications- no question was too big or too small for Madelyn to give her full attention to helping me find a solution. As an extra detail, I had originally booked with a different coordinator/company that sadly left myself and many other couples high and dry- meaning I was panicked, behind schedule, and skeptical when I started my conversations with Madelyn. She was so validating, eased all of my concerns, and really followed through in a way that brough confidence back into my planning process; being able to fully trust the vendor you book is PRICELESS, and Anderson + Co really came through for us when we needed them most! So yeah, book them!!!! <3

Hiring Madelyn as our day-of coordinator was one of the best, if not the best, decision we made while planning our wedding day. Ahead of the wedding she was reassuring and well-organized, helping us stay on track to be ready for the day-of, providing wonderful vendor recommendations, and supporting us at every step. We planned our MN wedding while living in NY, and her expertise made the wedding planning process ten times easier to navigate.
The day of the wedding she was incredibly poised and handled everything smoothly - my husband and I didn’t have to worry about anything except enjoying ourselves. Her kindness, professionalism, and experience with making the day go smoothly, was invaluable. From assisting us as we planned our wedding out-of-state, to leading our ceremony rehearsal, to making everything run smoothly in the background on our wedding day, Madelyn was incredible!

It was a great decision to work with Anderson & Co. Our coordinator, Amelia, did an outstanding job at our wedding. She is very detail-oriented and caring. She made sure that everything was in order and on time, which is the hardest part of weddings! Additionally, she arranged our decorations beautifully. We were very happy to have her as our day-of coordinator. Highly recommend!

She completely facilitated all the details of set up and thought of many things that weren't on our radar before they ever had the chance to cause problems. Working with Madelyn was such an amazing experience! From the first day of emailing with her to the day of our wedding she was fantastic! She was always prepared with questions that I never thought to think of and she had answers to everything and more. There were a few hiccups the day of the wedding and she immediately fixed the issues without any conflict. I cannot imagine having our wedding without Madelyn there. I highly recommend Madelyn!

Madelyn was wonderful to work with during planning and really helped our wedding day go so much smoother!
Day of, we had quite a bit of set up, an unexpected room flip and tear down to tackle, but Madelyn handled it all flawlessly. She was a great help in coordinating our vendors and the additional family members we had recruited to assist. Everything felt very organized and went off without a hitch.
If you anticipate a high volume of event set up/decor logistics AND would like help managing your event timeline (pre-ceremony & during the event), I would recommend booking 2 DOCs from the Anderson & Co team!

This is long overdue, but we loved working with Anderson & Co Weddings. Madelyn was lovely to coordinate with as we explored options and we ultimately were assigned to work with Amelia who was fabulous! She was able to beautifully set up our reception venue, run our ceremony including the music (as we were just using a cell phone), and she was just so kind! I didn't have to stress at all during the day because I knew Amelia was there to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible. And it did! We would recommend Anderson & Co Weddings to anyone looking for some help and support on their wedding day!

Madelyn was amazing. The planning process went smoothly and I felt very confident going into the wedding day. However, when the wedding day came, Madelyn exceeded all expectations!!!!! She helped all of the other vendors get set up and go where they needed to and kept the day on time and organized. I am a wedding photographer and have worked with a lot of planners over the years, some great and some not so great. Let me tell you that working with Madelyn and her team was one of the great ones :) She was so responsive, resourceful, and so so hard working! I would highly recommend choosing Anderson + Co. to help with your wedding day. They will take the best care of you!

Madelyn is so wonderful and put my husband and I at complete east throughout the whole process. She was there to answer all our questions, and also asked up a lot of great questions that helped identify holes in our planning! Her services the day of were invaluable as she took care of all day-of type management, we didn't have to worry about a thing other than enjoying the moment!

One of the best decisions I made when it came to planning my wedding!
I reached out to. Madelyn about 3 months before my wedding for day of coordination services and she made a world of difference. I had a lot done, but it was pretty messy still. Madelyn came in and asked me so many questions about things I hadn't thought of and helped me get all organized and feeling confident about how the day would go! Her wedding event knowledge was such a valuable tool for me. Madelyn's work the day of my wedding was even better! Because she prepared and asked me any questions she had prior to the wedding day, she handled EVERYTHING and was on point the whole day. The bridal party, my parents, and myself did not have to lift a finger. I could not recommend Madelyn enough - she is kind, patient, quick on her feet, and fun!!

Madelyn was a priceless addition to our daughter's wedding day. They day ran smoothly and we (mother and father of the bride) didn't worry about one detail. We met with Madelyn in advance of the wedding for very productive planning meetings and then one short meeting on the day of the wedding. After that we enjoyed the day and didn't answer a single question or worry about one detail. She allowed us to have fun and enjoy the big day.

As my partner I got closer to our wedding we realized we really needed someone to help things run smoothly so we could relax and enjoy the day. After our first meeting with Madelyn we felt comfortable and confident with the decision to work with her and her team!
Madelyn and her associates, Aimee and Nicole, were truly a joy to work with. They took the best care of us and handled the day in a calm and professional manner. They were always there to help with any additional task that came up and anticipated needs that we didn’t know we had. They treated our special day with genuine care. Madelyn was AMAZING! We decided to get married on the U of Minnesota campus and unfortunately chose one of the busiest weekends possible! Not only was there a home Gophers game it was also home opener for the MN Vikings against the packers. We had multiple vendors delayed due to traffic and she controlled the situation perfectly and professionally. Madelyn was the reason the day went as wonderfully as it did, even with vendor hiccups we didn't even notice! She seamlessly made the day flow. Madelyn ran rehearsal and I could not have done it without her. Everyone was comfortable and confident in what we were supposed to do. She worked so hard throughout the day making every change spectacular. From ceremony to then flip it to reception and dance floor and at the end of the night she had picked up and packed everything. Madelyn made our day perfect!

If you are looking for wedding planner who will take care of everything and leave you without any stress hire Madelyn! She is absolutely amazing. As a bride you expect your big day to be really stressful, but Madelyn took care of every single detail and allowed me to enjoy my wedding without any stress.
