Andiamo Italian Ristorante is a restaurant and wedding venue located in Eagan, MN. Owner Ramon Ruiz founded the business in 2011 after 30 years of working in the industry. Originally from Mexico, Ramon spent 14 years working in an Italian restaurant and went from line cook to Executive Chef.
