Andiamo Italian Ristorante is a restaurant and wedding venue located in Eagan, MN. Owner Ramon Ruiz founded the business in 2011 after 30 years of working in the industry. Originally from Mexico, Ramon spent 14 years working in an Italian restaurant and went from line cook to Executive Chef. Since achieving his lifelong goal of having his own restaurant, he has created a thriving community kitchen and local favorite, with growth and expansion on the horizon. Andiamo Italian Ristorante is warm and inviting, featuring large windows that pool natural light throughout the space. Ambient light brings a romantic atmosphere to the space, while wooden pillars and high ceilings offer a luxurious feel.
