th us. My then fiancé and I were long distance. Tom accommodated us every single time and allowed us to manage the scheduling in a way that fit our lives. He was very responsive and even called back when I didn’t get to leave a message on his voicemail. I felt well taken care of as a bride. He answered our questions and reviewed details thoroughly with us. He knows how to take care of his clients. Also, the food was amazing and the portions were very generous. There was great variety and I felt that our guests got to eat well and enjoy the evening. I hope to definitely use this venue once again the future. I highly recommend Andorra for your future events and catering needs.

al food tasting didn’t happen until about a week and a half before the wedding, which added a lot of last-minute stress.
We were also told we’d have access to an extra room, but on the day of, it was booked for another event. The “day-of coordinator” was pretty much nonexistent, and a family member had to step in and coordinate things.
We had asked for Busch Lite and Miller Lite for the open bar, but got Budweiser instead. Not a huge deal on its own, but with everything we paid, those little things added up and made it feel like customer experience wasn’t really a priority—just the bottom line.
To be fair, the venue was accommodating when we followed up multiple times, and again, it’s a stunning space. We just wish the service matched the price tag.

If there are people that show up unplanned, they make sure that you and your groom aren't stressed and they take care of it without troubling you with it! They make sure that you and your groom enjoy and have the night of your life. We had a candy bar, all we had to do was bring the stuff in, and they set it up! Brought in the centerpieces and showed them pics how we wanted them, and they set it all up. They make sure you have nothing to worry about :) I would recommend them to anyone! They are absolutely fantastic to work with and would go with them again.

ly reason why I didn't give them a 5 star was because they double booked our reception on accident. Am I bitter? Definitely NOT!! They did amazing at making up for it!! Tom was sooo apologetic, as should be, but he was also very sympathetic because that happened to him at his wedding.....however, even though we had to move our wedding up a week it was beautiful and Andorra's staff was absoloutely amazing!! THANK YOU ANDORRA!!!
