se? I feel like makeup and hair are both highly personal to each bride/bridal party member, so even pictures don't always enable the best evaluation. Nonetheless, after reviewing quotes and photos from about 5-7 artists in the Austin area, I felt like Andrea would be the best match for the things I was looking for - personality, cost, and style. I think an absolute must for any bride is the trial process. I was a bit nervous going into this, because I only had a very loose idea of what I wanted (more so for my hair) and knew from prior experience as a bridesmaid that it can be a bit overwhelming to get full glam, especially in normal clothes on a normal day. After about an hour in Andrea's chair, I felt confident I made the right choice insofar as her personality and vibes were concerned. She made me feel comfortable, listened to, and excited. She offered feedback and suggestions based on what I told her I was thinking, and she did this in respectful way that honored what I was imagining while also infusing her professional opinion. At the end of the trial, I felt like Andrea really nailed the general vibe of what I was looking for, and I was prepared to make final tweaks for wedding day. Fast forward to the big day itself, and Andrea assembled a team to help me, my family, and my bridal party with ease. They navigated my instructions to our hotel suite and we just had the BEST time! Getting ready with my gals on my wedding day was something that was really important to me, and it will always be one of my best memories from the day. Andrea and her team fit into the scene flawlessly, singing and laughing with us, but also taking their craft seriously. Every bridal party member they put their hands on looked like a million bucks -- like themselves, but elevated! Then it was my turn. I gave Andrea the few feedback points I had from my trial, and she got to work. The ultimate result was absolute perfection, and a look that lasted all night. Oh!
