I am a planning type myself and sometime struggle with delegating, but Noelle made it so easy and took so many things off my plate to make the planning process easier. She was always available for a quick call or email. She provided tons of vendor recommendations and helped us find some cost-saving options regarding the wedding day design. The wedding weekend is where the ALWE and Noelle specifically truly shined and blew me away with their execution! Starting with the rehearsal, which was so efficient and organized. In particular, one of my bridesmaids who has worked in event planning previously even commented that she has never seen a more well executed rehearsal than ours thanks to Noelle. On our wedding day, Noelle made sure all the set up at the venue flowed seamlessly while we got ready. This was such a relief and allowed me, my husband, and our families to truly enjoy the day without any stress. One of the best parts was that my husband and I each had an ALWE team member assigned to us so that if we needed anything throughout the day someone on the team was always within earshot to help. I truly felt like we got the royal treatment and got to be the guests of honor and enjoy our day without the stress and hassle that goes with hosting. This would not have been possible without Kaylee, Samantha and most importantly, Noelle. I cannot recommend Noelle and ALWE enough and am so appreciative of all they did to make our wedding dreams a reality!

Having access to Katie throughout the whole wedding planning process was priceless (and something that you don't always get with other "Month Of" packages). Our wedding day was absolutely perfect! The timeline Katie put together was great, and we were early or right on time for each part of the timeline on the day of. Because of that, there were a few pockets of downtime that we appreciated so much. Most importantly, she cared. And knew how to care. At times, like a mom. Others, like a sister and best friend. And on the rare occasion, like a drill sergeant (the most pleasant one ever). e was on top of everything and thought about every last detail. I knew before the wedding weekend came up that I wouldn't have to worry about anything the day of because it was all under control. Everything went so smoothly and Noelle and Andrea were both so calming to be around as we got closer to the big day. We're so grateful for them and all they did to make our wedding so perfect!

ea would be our planner right then and there. David and I felt an immediate connection with her- she really listened to us and got to know us as a couple and individually. It is hard not to love her- she is positive, hard-working, family-oriented, comforting, creative, and has so much expertise in her area. We only had 9 months to plan our wedding. Initially, we worried that we would feel "rushed," but this was not the case. Using Andrea's computer system (called Aisle Planner), every task and to-do was simply and clearly written out. The tasks were separated "for her" and "for him," as well as by month, week, and day. This made the stress of planning a wedding feel less daunting. David and I felt accomplishment and joy every time we got to check off our to-do boxes! Andrea communicated with us consistently throughout the entire process- often late into the night! We always looked forward to our zooms with her, and to be honest are really missing them now that our big day is over. She always made us feel at ease- even when we felt behind. The referrals that she suggested were superb- not only the services provided, but the people behind them. We just got married in Sedona on February 4, 2023. Andrea and her assistants were by our sides whenever we needed them the entire weekend. If something was left at the hotel, it magically showed up to where it was needed at the venue (thank you Andrea & Angelica). Things were done way before we had to ask. Every moment was magic! The ceremony was sentimental.. the food was exceptional..no one left the dance floor! Many tears were shed in the bridal suite with Andrea--the amount of gratitude I have for her is overflowing. When we got back to our wedding suite at the end of the night (where the bridesmaids and I had gotten ready that morning), the mess that we'd left was gone and the room was immaculate (again, thank you Andrea & Angelica). All items left behind at the venue (phones, wallets, lipsticks, shawls, vow books, and more) were perfectly packaged up- no item left behind. Andrea's care for us was above and beyond. We miss her and are looking forward to getting dinner with her and her husband soon! Whenever we look back on our wedding day, we will always remember Andrea. We think the world of her! No one else should plan your wedding- Andrea is your planner!

ill cherish forever. When we set out to plan our wedding for 150+ people, we were intimidated and confused how we could do it while working very demanding jobs. Andrea walked with us every step of the way, through tough decisions and flip-flopping over details. We loved our regular calls and brainstorming our vision with different elements. Andrea was always excited, organized with the important to-dos, and listened to the things we cared about. It truly turned a complicated process into tons of fun. Moreover, Andrea was exceedingly patient with us as we, being very detail-oriented, wanted to seriously consider every single decision along the way. Having Andrea's support and structure even allowed us to spend time being intentional about little things that made the wedding day more special than we could imagine. Planning with Andrea literally led to an absolutely zero-stress wedding day, which is a testament to their expertise my wife and I were left laughing about how we were waiting for the stress of the day to kick in, but it never did. She is the most down to earth, organized, supportive, and communicative individual you could ask to have helping at your wedding. ess meetings, we finally got a chance to sit down with Andrea. Andrea was the only planner who asked about us; not one other planner asked about our story before all else. We shared our budget, what we were envisioning for our wedding day, and what we wanted a planner to assist with. There was no selling by Andrea, their firm’s work speaks for itself. After covering all the basics with Andrea, we chose to have one of Andrea’s lead planners and designers, Katie, be the mastermind our event. Katie is extremely easy going, reliable, and thoughtful. She is truly able to design anything imaginable. If you want something at your event, they can make it happen. We let Katie take control of the planning; we trusted her abilities and decision making and she did not disappoint. If something we wanted sent us above budget, Katie had an equal or better alternative. She ran everything by us that we wanted to have input on, but giving her freedom to design and plan allowed our lives to continue on stress-free while every last detail of this event was being arranged and perfected. As we neared the event, and on the day-of, every question/concern/need of ours was catered to. Andrea and Katie were able to align the our wants and needs with the venue, photographer, videographer, band, strings players, cigar rollers, and everyone else to make the day and night absolutely perfect. Andrea helped us plan and re-plan our wedding through covid, worked with our vendors -- handling communication and plans changing seamlessly, and helped make the day unbelievably special. We ended up working with Angelica, who is a senior coordinator with ALWE and received access to an invaluable online wedding planning website which kept us on-track with our to-do list. The week of, she coordinated with all of our vendors so that we could look forward to the big day. She also put together a very detailed day-of schedule and was flexible with last minute changes. Our wedding party and family knew exactly where they needed to be at all times because of Angelica's help. The day of, we could not be happier with the professionalism and service they provided to our family, other vendors, and guests. Angelica helped set up our event, which took such a weight off of us and our families. We also worked with an assistant named Alyssa, who was incredible and was a step ahead of us with everything we could have possibly needed (water, a fan, etc.). I was worried that having additional people around on my special day might have felt weird, but Angelica and Alyssa were so pleasant and felt like very helpful friends. We are SO happy that our venue required us to hire a wedding planner, and we do it over and over again. It was worth every penny and we had such a great experience!

You start by sending her your pinterest and she creates a vision board for you to see if she understands your vision or not (which she always did, she can read minds). If you do not find the idea of planning a wedding to be fun you can also give her free reign to do even more of the creative planning! VENDORS: Andrea and her team have people that they highly recommended, which in the wedding business is worth more than you know until you hire a dud of a vendor. Along with her amazing recommendations she majorly lightened my load by calling the vendors and scheduling appointments, as well as collecting all of the contracts and sending me reminders when payments were due. CHECK-IN CALLS: Throughout the process Andrea and I would have check-in calls. This was great because she would go over what needed to be done sooner rather than later. She would answer all of my questions pretty much always but these calls were good for me as a reminder to get things done! PLANNING TIMELINE: Along with the check-in calls the website that she creates for you and her to communicate for would send me notifications on what "tasks" I needed to complete. You don't know what you don't know. SAVE-THE-DATES: I had my save the dates sent to her (which you don't have to) and she kept track of them and updated them on our wedding website. CONSTANT COMMUNICATION: Andrea and the team were available at all times (within reason) to me. If I had a question she always got back to me within a reasonable amount of time. I also loved that if I emailed her when she was at a wedding, I would get an email back that would tell me when her and her team would be back from those weddings. THE TEAM IS THERE FOR YOU: Here's one thing that was so amazing about Andrea and her team. They make YOU feel important. Sometimes with the wedding industry I have found you are dealing with a lot of "artsy" people who like to try to push THEIR vision on you. Andrea WOULD NEVER let that fly. She always would bring it back to me and my now husband. And for that, I will forever be grateful. She is so calming all of the time even when parts of the wedding planning process can be stressful. THE WEDDING DAY TIMELINE: Andrea reached out to all of my vendors and sent them the timeline of when they needed to be there to set up etc. She also sends your family and bridal party a wedding timeline to tell them when and where they need to be. WEDDING DAY: Her and her team make it all happen and don't ever let you see them stress about hustling. Anything that did go wrong the day of, I didn't know because they just dealt with it. POST WEDDING: Andrea drove to me and brought me my leftover wedding cake on her day off. Did she have to do that? No. Will I forever remember her selfless act? Yes. I could go on and on about how amazing her and her team are. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner just meet with her, you will see her value. If you think you can't afford a planner, I get it. Just keep in mind the amount of stress she takes off your plate, is truly priceless.
