d to see my end result. The contract stated 90 days. After 90 days I reached out to her and she claimed that she had been sick and would have by end of January. In February I contacted her 3 times before she said there were ongoing issues and I’d have it soon. March I requested yet another update and she promised that it was with an editor and I’d have within two week. May I contact her yet again and she promised an update by end of day. July I tried contacted her on 5 separate occasions and she’s completed ghosted me. After almost a year since my wedding. I sent a damn letter based on the contact and she still ignored me. I honestly don’t know how a photographer can ghost a client and not provide the product I paid for, especially after being at my wedding. It makes no sense and I hope no other bride has to go through what I have. All I want is my product or at least return my money if you’re not going to. Why should I lose out on both? It’s ridiculous and I can’t believe she did this to me.
