y with Natalia, Rick, and Chef to come up with the perfect selection of culinary delights! They were extremely helpful and provided a lot of guidance in terms of helping me put together the perfect menu. I had never organized such a large event, and because it was my wedding, of course i wanted it to be perfect. I am also very particular and a bit of a perfectionist, so the bar was set very high. Andrei's exceeded my expectations every step of the way. They made the entire process so fun & easy, and when you have a million other things to deal with while planning a wedding, "fun & easy" is invaluable. So, now you know that they are great to work with, but you probably want to know how the food was...it was AMAZING! The presentation was beautiful, and the food was delicious! The wedding was off-site and at a location where there was no kitchen, making food service even more challenging, this did not throw them off at all! The filet mignon was cooked to perfection and the halibut was moist and delicious. The edible flower & peach salad was like a work of art. To this day, i still get comments on how great the food was! In my experience, wedding food can be really hit or miss - Andrei's was a complete hit! I will use Andrei's for all of my future events, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for amazing food and outstanding service. You will not be disappointed!

I happened across Andrei’s Conscious Cuisine from a google search. What first attracted us to Andrei’s was their attention to keeping their food wholesome and organic. On their website, under the About Andrei’s tab, we were touched to learn the inspiration behind the restaurant, that 100% of the restaurant’s profits benefit the Andrei’s Foundation for Retinitis Pigmentosa. My husband and I thought . . . green, healthy, philanthropic . . . who could want more? We were inspired to visit the restaurant for a trial run dinner. My incredibly “green” husband was impressed by the restaurant’s sustainable decor from flooring to water glasses. We absolutely loved the fresh locally grown, organic dishes. The food was AMAZING! Even my old school father, who is not into all this ‘hippie stuff’, loved the food and enjoyed his dinner. We immediately contacted Jennifer Simmons, the event coordinator for Andrei’s, to book our event and were more than satisfied with all of her help and guidance. For months, she helped plan every detail. Since I am not available most of the day because of my job, I appreciated that Jennifer made herself readily available through emails and phone calls. She took the stress out of what could have been a stress nightmare. The event was a smash hit. Our families still talk about how delicious the food was, how professional and courteous the staff was, and how much fun they had at Andrei’s. On the day of the event, we were assigned a crew leader from the restaurant’s staff. Although I do not remember his name, I do remember he was so nice and so helpful. I was able to relax, eat great food with my family, and enjoy my wedding reception because I was confident things would be handled well. If you are considering Andrei’s, please go in and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed. We had a fabulous time and have so many wonderful memories from our day at Andrei’s.
