My first appointment experience:
After searching for a place to begin to prep for my wedding I decided to try out Andrew Stefanou Salon and Spa. From my first phone call, to set u...p the appointments, to leaving the salon, I was extremely impressed. I went in to get my hair colored by Jess and I was IN LOVE. She really took time to understand what I wanted and made sure to ease my nerves about past color disasters. I felt like she actually cared to make my hair what I wanted rather than just rushing through me to get to her next client. After Jess colored my hair she introduced me to Otto who styled my hair. Again, he took his time to ensure he was giving me a hair style that I wanted. After Otto finished styling Jess came over again to check out my color and to ensure it was WHAT I WANTED! I truly felt taken care of.
After I finished up my hair appointment I went over to the nail department where Wendy really spent time helping me deliberate if I wanted a shellac manicure or a dip manicure. After deciding to go with the dip I was extremely impressed with the service in the nail department. I never felt like I was being spoken about in a different language and I truly felt pampered. On my way out I made appointments for my sister and I to come back in 2 weeks for our next manicures.
My Second Appointment:
My sister and I went back to get our nails done and I was more than impressed again! My sister went to Wendy and I went to Tammy this time and they both did an amazing job.
I am excited to book appointments here for my bridesmaids and I to get our hair and nails done! Wendy and Tammy ensured me if I gave the salon some heads up my bridesmaid's appointments would go off without a hitch! I love that it is a one stop shop for everything.
I cannot wait to keep coming back until, and after, my wedding!
