mailed photo references and the details. The shop owner and his mom were always at odds on what flowers or ribbons they said would be available but I decided to put my trust in them anyways (don’t do this). I got a phone call a few hours before the event, so everyone got to hear the next bit on speakerphone while I got ready. The shop owner was confused about the order and at some point started making up stuff saying, “You’re not getting table arrangements because you didn’t order them”. I kept telling him to check the emails but he insisted we go over them together. So we did and he was proven wrong. Then he started saying I wanted the same bouquet as my bridesmaids. I said no and that I already sent a picture of my own bouquet in the email and that it should be different from the bridesmaids bouquets. Clearly they had put my wedding off to the last minute and had no time to reference my photos or even remember anything I said in the phone call because I ended up with a bridesmaid bouquet to use as a bridal bouquet. All the bouquets had pins sticking out the stems, pricking our hands, and the bouquets were not wrapped in lace as promised but instead cheap balloon string that fell apart easily. The boutonnières were falling apart so fast that I barely had time to salvage them. I had to improvise fixes to the group’s flowers or we’d be celebrating without them, due to the flowers literally falling apart with each breath. We were late to start the wedding as a result of the fixes I had to do. The table arrangements were laughable: One tied up bouquet of dying whatever-it-was-because-I-definitely-did-not-request-it-for-my-tables, one hot pink rose, one hot orange rose, and one tied up bouquet of hydrangeas per table, all placed side-by-side in one vase. They weren’t even arranged as one bouquet! The sweetheart table had a single tiny potted succulent and a bunch of rose petals, which was, again, nothing like the photos I sent. The only floral arrangement with zero issues was the aisle arrangement. I think it’s safe to say I do not recommend going to this floral shop for weddings or events, unless you like those “Nailed it” Pinterest trends.

I paid for a bouquet that was supposed to be filled with "Purple alstroemeria, green carnations, peach miniature carnations, purple cushion spray chrysanthemums, and purple sinuata statice are arranged with silver dollar eucalyptus, dusty miller, a large green echeveria succulent. Delivered in a Marvelous Mosaic cylinder." (copied from the website)
What my mother received was 6 flowers, a ton of greens, and baby's breath (not one flower in the description). It was also in a different vase. It is also arranged terribly, as my mother had to take a picture from the top in order to see the flowers. It looks like someone took a bunch of leftover flowers and greens and stuck them in a vase.
I understand that the florist has the right to substitute flowers, however what my mother received was a complete replacement, and not worth $70.
I emailed twice and called twice. The owner refused to refund me and refused to get on the phone. The second time I called I could hear him screaming in the background so I insisted to speak to him. When he got on he was hollering at me saying that I was lucky I got what I got. He randomly said if I fought my credit card that he would fight that. He mocked me for asking for a refund. He offered 50% off next order and I told him he was out of his mind if he thought I would trust him again. We got into a screaming match and he called me a crazy lady and hung up on me.

at there would be no issue with it because they get a lot of custom requests. I live on the East coast and drove over the following weekend to take a look at a sample of the bouquet which they didn’t have any of the flowers in stock at the time but i still went ahead and left my card with them to deliver with the flowers. Cassidy was great in the customer service from the time prior to planning up to the night before texting me and giving me updates if anything she was the only A+ rating I would give and she should open up her own florist shop. However, The arrangement was only suppose to cost $69.99 but with deliver and tax it came to $85 an with me adding on additional roses they needed an extra $42 ($5 per rose). On my delivery day, it was a complete nightmare... I had this planned out a month in advance and expected for mine to be one of the first delivered since I had this in the works ahead of everyone else and the delivery location was within 3 miles from their store. I got blue roses which they had to dy and apparently it takes a few hours to complete, but having my order in for a long period of time you would think it would be first priority and make sure to have the coloring done ahead of time. Regardless these are all of the minor issues, the big issue is that the flowers did not get delivered until 3:30pm and she was not even there to receive them because nobody called to make sure my recipient was at work. I got off the phone with Cassidy and she felt terrible about the issue on how late in the day it was and insured me that she would send Hannah the front desk girl to deliver the flowers so that they would get delivered before my person left work for the day. Also before she would send Hannah she said she would fix our corrections we discussed (trimming stick and swapping out some flowers and adding additional red and blue roses / remove some white daisy’s because it was a little overpowering on the white side. Well from the time i got off the phone with her the driver apparently picked up the flowers and delivered them. He never called the store to make sure she would be there like we had planned and the changes that I paid for didn’t take place. I paid an extra $42 which was $5 per rose added to the bouquet and i didn’t get all the ones I paid for extra that day only a few got added. Mistakes happen, but i gave them a full week to make this right and all i requested was to have the $42 extra charge reversed back to my card to make an unhappy customer happy at the end of the day so I would continue to do business there. The only thing they offered was free delivery on my next order and 50% off my order. This does not make me want to return as a customer. I wasn’t asking for a full refund of the $125 I only wanted back the $42. Be warned if reading this and I would recommend to spend the extra money at a corporate florist business because if they would have made a mistake then they would of done whatever it took to make the customer happy to earn their business again... so much for having faith in a family owned small business shop. Lesson learned.

at 4pm. I got a phone call at 4:01 asking if I would still be there in 30 minutes to an hour. They had a delivery for me. They read off an address that was off by a few numbers so I corrected the address & stayed late on my birthday to be able to get the arrangement. They show up @ 4:30 with a dish garden with leaves that were dying & had some kind of fungus on them. Growing up in a family that owned a floral shop & working at one as an adult (plus sending many arrangements of my own over the years) I know just how expensive they can be. I was greatly disappointed. Their card reads "We have built an excellent reputation on beautiful flowers & prompt service. If we ever fail to meet your expectations, please let us know!" So I called. I was treated horrible by 3 different people (mother, father, son- "the owners") they yelled, talked over me, hung up on me 3 times. The 4th time the son told me he hopes I die from cancer tonight! On my birthday what a great way to treat paying customers! I am absolutely appalled by the way I was treated. After speaking with my family about this I found out the order was placed first thing this morning through FTD and they paid extra to have it delivered before 1pm.
