Andrus Limousine Service

Enjoyed working with Andrus for our wedding in August 2021! Had a bit of a hard time getting a hold of the right people over there during the planning process, but Jane was very helpful once we connected - going through our timeline with several stops included. Shuttle service was on time and stuck to our schedule for both nights that we used the service.

Wow! Our experience with Andrus was beyond incredible. They provided the transportation services for our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception, which were both complex routes with multiple shuttles. Needless to say, they were meticulous in their planning and execution! We worked with Jon on a daily basis leading up to the big day, and he always made me and my mom feel like we were just another member of his family, and we knew that he would always be there to answer our questions or provide us with updates. The shuttles were spotless and beautiful, the drivers were ALWAYS on time and extremely professional, and they went above and beyond to ensure our guests had a blast. After reading MANY reviews before booking a transportation service myself, I felt like it was my responsibility to let everyone out there know how great this company is. My advice? Look no further!!!

Unless you are going to drive around for a while the money that goes into a limo could get cut. The idea is awesome. But the actual time you spend in a limo isn't that long. But it was still fun.

The hotel that we had a block at recommended Andrus to us, however, we did not use them. I think about after my 5th call/voice mail to them, I finally got a call back. He said he would send a contract over for us to sign but never did. I called back about a week after I talked to John to inquire about the contract but he was always "out of the office" and never returned any of my calls. I first touched base with them in January (our wedding was in May) and after the one and only time I talked to them, I never heard back from them until the week of my wedding. I randomly got a voice mail from them saying "Just wondering if you still wanted us to shuttle your guests between the hotel and the reception." ...REALLY?! You think I waited until 2 days before my wedding to confirm my shuttle service?
