Andrus Limousine Service

lpful once we connected - going through our timeline with several stops included. Shuttle service was on time and stuck to our schedule for both nights that we used the service.

multiple shuttles. Needless to say, they were meticulous in their planning and execution! We worked with Jon on a daily basis leading up to the big day, and he always made me and my mom feel like we were just another member of his family, and we knew that he would always be there to answer our questions or provide us with updates. The shuttles were spotless and beautiful, the drivers were ALWAYS on time and extremely professional, and they went above and beyond to ensure our guests had a blast. After reading MANY reviews before booking a transportation service myself, I felt like it was my responsibility to let everyone out there know how great this company is. My advice? Look no further!!!

was still fun.

ould send a contract over for us to sign but never did. I called back about a week after I talked to John to inquire about the contract but he was always "out of the office" and never returned any of my calls. I first touched base with them in January (our wedding was in May) and after the one and only time I talked to them, I never heard back from them until the week of my wedding. I randomly got a voice mail from them saying "Just wondering if you still wanted us to shuttle your guests between the hotel and the reception." ...REALLY?! You think I waited until 2 days before my wedding to confirm my shuttle service?
