ght photographer becomes one of the most important piece of planning a perfect wedding. Ours was Punjabi far from home and parents wedding . Finding someone who understood our sentiments and captured all the important moments during the three day event was crucial. Photography was one the big ticket item on our wedding expense sheet. We came across a lot of photographers who were charging absorbent amount of money to capture our wedding. While money was a factor, it definitely wasn't the only criteria to finding the right photographer. We researched many portfolios trying to find a photographer who captured moments in his pictures like how we would have aimed to capture on our phone😛 The moment we came across Andy's photography, both Palak and I knew we wanted to talk to him and see if he would be interested in capturing our wedding through his lens. Getting on a call with Andy was probably one of the best early decisions we made. Explaining him what we wanted felt like talking to a friend on how I see myself getting married. Andy had very little to no experience with a Punjabi wedding, but he definitely was ready to take the task on. His excitement to capture our wedding matched our's and thats when we decided that he was the right person to go with. Signing a contract with him was also an easy process. Ours was a three day event, and Andy was at every event on time. Something that I really appreciated at that time was that he was very flexible with his availability. He made friends with all my guest and was capturing all the fun moments. He helped us find a spot to do a couple photoshoot, and kept trying to capture the pictures that we talked about during our earlier discussions. Every wedding is full of surprises, and so was ours. Coordinating with Andy was always easy. He made sure that both my wife and I were having fun and not stressed about the wedding. Andy delivered us the pictures in a couple of months, and we absolutely love each and every one of them. He put a lot of effort into editing them to perfection. Retrospecting the whole experience with him, we would say we were super lucky to come across Andy. Andy traveled for our wedding and was able to navigate shoots in multiple locations. He also did a wonderful job with our larger group/family photos. The lighting was certainly tricky in one of our locations and he was still able to ensure that we captured amazing photos. We continue to receive great compliments on our wedding photos and feel that he captured our day in a very special way. Chose Andy, you won't regret it!

day. He truly delivered, from our heart-felt first look to when everyone let loose at the dance party. We were especially pleased with some of the wider panoramas that included a nature backdrop. Andy’s style was very relaxed, which put us at ease from the beginning. We appreciated his reassuring attitude amidst the stress of wedding planning. During the wedding itself he was great to work with and put forth extra effort to make sure we got the photos we wanted (even climbing over a fence on a balcony!). He was also great at catching our young family members’ attention by blowing bubblegum bubbles. We certainly appreciated his easygoing nature. If you are someone who likes more structure, you will likely want to work with Andy ahead of time to plan out things like number and configuration for family photos. He will undoubtedly be very accommodating. As far as the process, Andy initially met up with us at a coffee shop to talk things through. He was very responsive via email, and as the date got closer he was even willing to meet up with us to search for a first look location and give his professional opinion. A day or so after the wedding we were delighted to receive a few sneak peak photos. The rest of the photos followed in batches as he edited to perfection. Overall we are very pleased with Andy’s work and would love to hire him again in the future for another big life event!

Andy managed to use every challenge to his advantage highlighting the crashing waves of Lake Superior and capturing photos that maximized the beautiful fall colors and diverse geological features of our wedding location. Andy has a keen eye that led to not only beautiful traditionally posed wedding portraits but also unique shots from a variety of angles and distances. He captured little details as well, including photographs of the rock cairns that made up our wedding aisle. The best shot of the day is a breathtaking shot we blew up as a 6’x3’ canvas print. We proudly showcase this photograph in our home and love the memories it brings to mind. Andy did a wonderful job and I would recommend his wedding photography services to anyone.
