ot engaged to find my wedding dress. However, they must have drastically changed their employee applications between those years. For my wedding dress appointment in 2016, the young girl who was my assistant was very unhelpful. I have NEVER been to a dress fitting where the assistant stays in the dressing room the entire time you are changing clothes to put a dress on. There is absolutely no privacy. She was unorganized the whole time and constantly gave me the same dress to try on, even after I had told her twice that I had already tried on that dress. She also did not know how to rack the dresses on the stand in the dressing room. It kept falling over. Upon arriving to the store, I talked with the assistant to explain what type of dress I was looking for. Even after seeing me pull a few dresses off the racks, she was still pulling dresses for me that had details I specifically said I did not want. When looking for bridesmaids dresses, there was a dress I loved! But the assistant could not tell me what style or designer the dress was for, because she could not find it in her binder. I was extremely disappointed in A-Net's, especially since their dresses and jewelry are so beautiful. This experience makes me not want to ever go back to this store, and I'm not sure if I would recommend it to anyone. I'd definitely advise someone to get a different assistant if yours is unhelpful.

n altered. The stitching on the inside bust was placed by hand, and the pleats on the outside were clearly not in the right place. An older lady "steamed" it for me before I left the store with it and then bagged it up. When I got home the dress was still messed up in the front. The hem was also uneven at various parts around the dress making it nearly impossible to alter. I called the shop and explained all of this to the manager and was told to email pictures of the problems and that she would tell the owner. I never even got a response from them. I will never ever buy from this place again nor will I ever give a positive review to friends and family. Very poor customer service. $375 down the drain.

didn't feel pressured into certain styles or like I was being judged for how I look. You get a private room to try on dresses in, which made me much more comfortable. The room we were in had a couch and some chairs, so my mom and best friend could sit down. All of the dresses I tried on were really elegant; there were so many kinds of dresses available. it was honestly a bit overwhelming at first, but Maddi walked us through and showed us where the different styles were. Maddi even helped by bringing out accessories to go with some of the dresses (necklaces, a flower crown, a veil, etc.) when I was trying on dresses. I decided to purchase my dress from there and will be going back to do the fitting. I walked into David's Bridal later that day, but didn't end up trying anything on. I'm glad I went to A-Nets. It was a great experience.

ve us there and dropped us off. We were so excited to start dress shopping! We arrived and were the only ones, maybe we were just the first appointment of the day? The outside is very cute, I love everything historic. However, everything went downhill as soon as we stepped in. The place reeked of mothballs and ALL the dresses were yellow. There was no one inside when we walked in, a couple minutes later an elderly woman came out to greet us in what looked like pjs. We're like, are we in someones house??? Lol. I let her know we had an appointment and she got our assistant for the day. It was a hippie-ish college student in shorts, a t-shirt, and flip flops. Seriously? Paying this much for a dress and that's the service? But we pressed on and started looking for dresses. I went with this place because they had the designer I wanted. I tried them on and nothing worked, my BFF took pictures so we could see if maybe it was just the experience that was ruining them for us but the dresses just did not work. The girl that was supposed to be helping us had no feedback, suggestions, or any idea of bridal fashion. At one point she just disappeared and was of no help so my best friend started to pull dresses and accessories on her own. Total failure.Not the magical experience I was looking for. We walked out...what a disappointing waste of time.

much for a dress as many brides are. However, my mom wanted to take me to A-net's to get accessories so she could participate in the shopping. Miss Patsy was the stuff legends are made of, selecting a Divine-inspired handmade, one-of a kind hair piece that was actually a perfect pair for my dress. All the brides and workers at David's Bridal were clamoring to find a hairpiece like mine, to no avail!

t the types of dresses I had picked out and listened to the elements I wanted in a dress, stopped me half-way through my sentence and went and go the dress of my dreams. It had everything I wanted and was in the price range I gave them. I could not have picked out a better dress. They were able to find one for me in my size and I had it within a week. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

was sweet, kind, and super helpful. However, when I went in with my bridesmaids for their dresses, we were "helped" by younger workers who were rude and not so helpful. The facilities are gorgeous and they have lots of quality dresses, jewelry, and other accessories to choose from.

ellent. I didn't have an appointment, just walked in to look, and they were attentive, but not intrusive, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They also had an amazing selection of handmade jewelry. I found a necklace I loved, and they made me a coordinating bracelet to match.

reams. I had my own personal dressing room and 2 different consultants helping me. It is a very classy place, and I felt like a bride here. I went to two other bridal shops, neither of which had the selection or feel of A-Nets. After purchasing my dress I also came back for my earrings which were absolutely beautiful as well. My dress was a lace Allure with crystals, very vintage looking and I got sooo many compliments before, during, and after my wedding. I would highly recommend A-Nets to any bride!!

had the quality product or CUSTOMER SERVICE that A-Net's did. They treated me like I was the only customer and didn't rush me to make a decision. They didn't get short when I wanted to re-try-on dresses or wanted more. They offered suggestions, opinions, etc. until I found the perfect dress. Their prices were reasonable and I found something that was well in my price range (bride on a budget =)) I have no regrets and would suggest them to anyone!
