e extra gifts that come with our orders. What I am most impressed about though is the service when we have needed repairs for our rings. My wife lost a small stone on her opal band and Angara replaced that stone without cost. Then when my wife hit her ring on something and broke an opal, they again were a joy to work with to get it replaced. They sent us insured tracking labels, communicated they received the ring and then emailed us when they were sending back with tracking info. This communication is so important when it’s your wedding ring. I just love them and they are our go to jeweler for all of our nice jewelry purchases.

rect size so I resized it through Angara’s procedure which was easy enough, through my own mistake and not super clear instructions the sizing came back one size bigger rather than one size smaller. I got in touch with the customer support team where I dealt with Sheldon Kane who was a really good help. He seen what had happened, saw that I was a repeat customer and took it upon himself to ensure I got a flawless service. my order has not been processed and the exact product I’d purchased had gone up exponentially in price. I then messaged the seller multiple times and despite the messages being “seen” as according to the app, I never received a response to this day. As a next step, since my card has already been charged, I reached out to 1stdibs support on October 7 to see if they can contact the seller — only to find there was no website bug and the seller managed to edit the price on the website after I’d checked out. Now, the seller will not honor the $620 price and complete the order. Instead, they are requesting me to cancel the order because they know legally, a store cannot raise the price of an item once you have paid for it. Accepting payment, whether by check, cash, or credit card, constitutes a completed contract, regardless of delivery status. These are crooked sellers, do not purchase from them.

Really simple, really obvious. They sent me a circular diamond on a regular necklace. I had begged them for an image of it in advance because I specifically feared they didn't get what I wanted - call it a gut feeling - and then got exactly what I feared, a circular diamond on a plain necklace. when I called Ankit to discuss the details, he lied to me. Ankit said that we didn't make it how I wanted (a heart shaped pendant with a diamond in it) because "it was a cost issue." I have spent thousands with Angara, why would I suddenly be shy? This conversation never happened. He then changed his story and said that we had a conversation about how "you can't just copy another design," which is false. This never happened. How do you know it never happened? Because I would have said "Okay, no worries, don't worry about making it," instead of moving ahead as we did. Worse still, they can't even replace it for Valentine's Day, and Ankit stuck to his completely falsified statements.
