It has been a blessing that I came across Angera!
The customer service is above average! And a special shout out to Nathan to making my dream come true to have this ring! Of course I have to praise my soul husband for getting me this ring!
I originally had to send this ring back and I asked Angera to hold on to this ring for me just in case I was able to get it again. I was blessed that my soul husband came into the half payment so I was able to get this ring! I was reviewing rings before I got this style and found out it was Elisabeth Taylor’s favorite style ring and she was the queen of diamonds! I feel so Hollywood wearing it! It’s such a classic beauty! My soul husband says it sparkles from a mile away! I find myself looking at it 100 times a day! If you’re having doubts about this ring just get it and you’ll for sure fall in love with it! I can’t believe I have a 2&1/2 carat lab diamond asscher and banquette cut diamond ring! It’s such a classic beauty! You’ll love the ring and you’ll love the staff. They go above and beyond! I will buy all my jewelry from Angera! Their jewelry is high quality! They take pride in their cut color and quality! I’m already looking at the matching necklace of the asscher cut pendant! That might take a while but it gives me something to look forward to! The lab grown is better than the earth grown! Just think that your diamonds have a mommy and you’ve got the biggest baby! Color, cut, quality! Shop with Angara they will not disappoint!
PS you get a beautiful gift box that has a light in one of the boxes that shows the sparkle of the ring right away! Every proposal will have a “WOW” factor!
I’d give it no star if I could.
On October 4, I placed an order for a bezel set 1.25 carat diamond pendant necklace with Angara through 1stdibs.com.
After a few days, I noticed my order has not been processed and the exact product I’d purchased had gone up exponentially in price. I then messaged the seller multiple times and despite the messages being “seen” as according to the app, I never received a response to this day.
As a next step, since my card has already been charged, I reached out to 1stdibs support on October 7 to see if they can contact the seller — only to find there was no website bug and the seller managed to edit the price on the website after I’d checked out. Now, the seller will not honor the $620 price and complete the order. Instead, they are requesting me to cancel the order because they know legally, a store cannot raise the price of an item once you have paid for it. Accepting payment, whether by check, cash, or credit card, constitutes a completed contract, regardless of delivery status.
These are crooked sellers, do not purchase from them.
Purchased some rings from this vendor and they were excellent quality and customer service was great
When my fiance was looking for a ring to propose with, he knew he had to find a high quality opal ring and matching band since opals are my favorite gemstone. The pickings for a ring and band of this type were slim and he was so thankful to have found Angara and he placed an order online. Our engagement was a few years longer than anticipated due to COVID and while opals can be fragile, the setting is beautiful and sturdy - there have been no flaws and no issues for several years despite our active lifestyles. We're both so pleased to have found such a beautiful and unique ring that matches who we are as a couple.
I've been an Angara customer for years - I've bought several different high-end custom pieces for my wife (several thousand dollars' worth), and this year decided to get her something simpler, but specific. I provided Ankit - the person I've worked with for years - a video and an image of exactly what I wanted - a simple necklace that could convert to a choker with a heart at the bottom with a diamond in it. Really simple, really obvious.
They sent me a circular diamond on a regular necklace. I had begged them for an image of it in advance because I specifically feared they didn't get what I wanted - call it a gut feeling - and then got exactly what I feared, a circular diamond on a plain necklace.
when I called Ankit to discuss the details, he lied to me.
Ankit said that we didn't make it how I wanted (a heart shaped pendant with a diamond in it) because "it was a cost issue." I have spent thousands with Angara, why would I suddenly be shy? This conversation never happened.
He then changed his story and said that we had a conversation about how "you can't just copy another design," which is false. This never happened. How do you know it never happened? Because I would have said "Okay, no worries, don't worry about making it," instead of moving ahead as we did.
Worse still, they can't even replace it for Valentine's Day, and Ankit stuck to his completely falsified statements.
When my husband was thinking of proposing, he had me find rings I liked, so he'd know where to start. After deciding on a sapphire ring, I stumbled on Angara.com from a Google search. I found a ring ("The Signature Ring") in 14k white gold. My husband went and got THAT ring. He said he was skeptical about the price, but customer service answered all of his questions. He ordered and got the ring in less than a week. It's gorgeous. And I'm constantly being stopped by people asking me where I got it. I love my ring. There is ALWAYS a coupon code that gets you 10-15% off. Also check out their Facebook page (Gemstone Destination) and fan page (Angara.com). I got a free sapphire pendant for entering a contest on Facebook. Also, start looking early because the prices change all the time and by watching, you can save like $100 or more. One ring I was looking at as a wedding band was $349 one week, then dropped to $179 the next. Overall, and AWESOME company. And they provide a certificate of authenticity and appraisal and give a 30-90 day money back guarantee.
