Angel and the rest of the team did such an amazing job on our wedding day! They were punctual, communicative, hands on, and incredibly kind. I cannot recommend them enough. Pick them for your wedding, you will not find anyone better than this amazing team. I am beyond grateful.
Working with Angel and her incredible team was an absolute dream! From the initial consultation to the final delivery, she was professional, punctual, and talented. She not only captured every cherished moment flawlessly but also managed to let us fully immerse ourselves in the magic of our big day. Her ability to be everywhere capturing every detail while making us feel relaxed and present was truly remarkable. Communication was seamless, making the entire process stress-free. We're forever grateful for their artistry, dedication, and genuine passion for their craft. Angel is an absolute gem and a joy to work with. Our memories are beautifully preserved, all thanks to her and her amazing team!
SCAM ARTIST
We worked with Angel for our engagement photos as well as our wedding day photos. When we received our wedding photos we were very unhappy with about half of the content seeing as the quality was poor and did not match the rest of the content we received. We reached out to her about our concerns and that we wanted them to be redone and she agreed to do so - this was in October of 2022. In February she claimed to have sent the re-edited photos via email yet we received nothing. After several attempts to contact her she has yet to respond therefore we have contacted and are working with our family attorney to reach out to her. Every address and contact information other than her email is invalid and unreachable (including the address and phone number on her website). Not only have we received below quality photos but we purchased the package that included a second photographer but when we arrived to the venue only Angel was there and she had no explanation as to why. We are furious with how this has been handled and we have contacted the better business bureau. I highly recommend NOT working with this vendor because she is dishonest, fraudulent and a scam artist. She also claims to be voted as The Knot's photographer of the year according to a post she made on instagram and that is just simply not true. This was the most important day of our lives and she has taken so much joy as well as striped us of memories of our beloved day. She misrepresented what her services were as well as the quality of her work and has time and time again failed to follow through with her promise. I pray this doesn't happen to anyone else!
I Originally gave Angel Starr Photography a 5 star review because Angel was really great to work with. Out wedding package was supposed to come with a wedding album that we have yet to receive. My wedding was may of 2021. The first wedding album was supposedly delivered to my house which was not the case. The second she states was destroyed when a pipe burst at her studio. This was after she conveniently forgot to bring it to our maternity photoshoot. She did give us a free maternity photoshoot for the inconvenience of all of this which was nice. But we were still under the impression we would still get our wedding album as promised. We have been waiting for months at this point for our "third" wedding album. We have emailed and texted her without answers. This is really unacceptable.
We used Angel as our wedding photographer and it was absolutely the best choice! She is the sweetest and really takes her time to get the perfect shots. I couldn’t have asked for a better day and Angel just made it so much better knowing all my special moments would be captured! From the initial consultation to the day of the wedding I knew she would be a perfect fit. Thank you!!
If you’re looking for a photographer that takes the time to get to know you and your fiancé as a couple so that your pictures match your relationship—look no further. Angel was not only attentive to what we were looking for, but was and is the most personable person to do business with. She was truly there if I needed her for anything. If you decide to go with her videographer package— don’t be surprised when she delivers the most attentive, professional, and dedicated team with her. If we were local, I would hire her for anything and everything. She truly captured us, our night, and our friends/family in the most beautiful way.
Angel was absolutely amazing and helpful throughout our whole wedding planning process. Our photos from our engagement photoshoot were wonderful and I can't wait to see the ones from our wedding! She is very responsive and went above and beyond for us all along the way. Her two assistant photographers were both also very friendly and professional as well. I cannot recommend her enough!
Angel is AMAZING! She was so excited for our wedding and made me feel like the most beautiful bride. We had two calls prior to the day and she was very reassuring and calm through the planning process. She also surprised me on the day - which was so sweet! My family had many ideas for pictures and she navigated and accommodated their requests seamlessly and professionally. It was truly a pleasure working with her and I cannot WAIT to see our pictures, I just know they will be beautiful. Thank you for everything Angel!
Angel was truly amazing for our Engagement photos! My fiancé and I felt at ease with Angel the whole time, and she was great at giving us directions when we weren’t sure what to do next. Angel has a very creative eye and captured so many amazing photos for us! We highly recommend her!

After my first chat with Angel I knew she was the photographer I wanted to have at my wedding. She was easy to talk to, personable, and genuinely cared to hear and understand my vision for our wedding photos. She and her assistant were so easy and fun to have around all day of the wedding - and this is important because it is a long day of taking photos. They not only treated us (the bride and groom) wonderfully, but our families, wedding party, and guests as well. We just got our sneak peeks and they are stunning! We can't wait to see the rest. Angel Starr was such an amazing part of our wedding day!! As the bride, she put me right at ease when things were a bit crazy at the beginning of the wedding. I truly appreciated her professionalism throughout the wedding. Wedding party and family members also commented on how kind Angel was and how many pictures she was taking. Angel is absolutely amazing! She immediately made me feel comfortable and worked so nicely with me on things I needed, timelines, and overall support. On the day of the wedding she was a second pair of eyes for me to keep track of timelines, last minute disasters, and really anything I needed including making sure I ate throughout the day. She is an astonishing example of a powerful woman who lifts up other women and has been an excellent support for me in so many ways. I highly recommend her services to anyone wishing to not have to worry about a thing for their event and who wants stunning photos.
Angel and her assistant Gabby were beyond our expectations. Aside from the pricing being more than reasonable for everything we received, their talent is unmeasurable as well. They’re fun, creative, comfortable to photograph with, and are just all around the nicest people. When my wife and I previewed all of the pictures a few weeks after our wedding, we were in awe. The moments that were captured so perfectly will be ones that we are able to keep forever in our album, thanks to Angel and Gabby. I would recommend them to absolutely anybody looking for a photographer for any reason. I can’t stress that enough!!
We had the joy of meeting Genesis on our wedding day and she came perfectly prepared! She kept me on track, she was where I needed her when I needed her to be there. She was early, she had my Pinterest board memorized, and she took note of the surrounding scenery in town as she drove to my house the morning of October 10th. When we got the photos back, they were everything we wanted and more! We can’t recommend Angel Star Photograhy enough! Angel worked easily with us from day one and we are so grateful she was able to help us with a photography package that was just what we needed! For us, Angel Star photography was local, well priced, and the quality of our wedding photos was stunning! We love them! Thank you!
