ity with me. My mom and I did several trials before finally picking our hair and makeup for the big day. Michelle and her assistant stayed nearby my venue the night before. It meant the world to me that she was so early. I had a winter wedding, so we got a lot of snow the day before. I can’t say enough good things about their services. My hair and makeup were stunning. I felt so beautiful! I specifically wanted someone to give me a bridal look that was more natural and not too “caked” on. Michelle balanced my look perfectly. I felt very glamorous without having too many layers. On top of that, Michelle and her assistant were so much fun! They matched the energy of the room which made it such a special time! Thank you guys so much!

Things started off on a bit of a rocky foot when, only after signing a contract did Michelle let me know she herself was fully booked and that I'd be working with someone else from a different studio. Initially this was unnerving as I made my decision to work with her from reviews and photos of her work. Admittedly I had struggled not knowing what I wanted for a beauty vendor and was running low on time ~3 months before my wedding, so I knew I didn't have many other options. I moved forward with my trial with this other woman and everything went really well, so despite being blind sided I felt OK about moving forward. Second, Michelle had recommended that for 9 makeup services and 8 hair services she'd send 2 artists and they'd have everything done in 5hrs as part of my original quote request. When I asked her to provide a schedule of services for the ladies two weeks before my wedding, suddenly the time needed was almost 7hrs and the time table was revised multiple times with only 15min slots in an attempt to squeeze everyone in, which was unacceptable. In not wanting to risk under-delivery of her promise or having my day start off rushed, I pushed for a third artist to be added which was confirmed and finally brought my beauty schedule down to the 5hrs as originally expected. Last, after paying Michelle my final invoice, I realized immediately after that it did not reflect a deduction for my initial deposit. Upon flagging this, Michelle only partially reimbursed me claiming there is a fee on PayPal for paying by credit card. ALL PayPal business transaction fees are subject to ~3% charge fee, not unique to credit cards, and the responsibility of the business account owner for doing business on their platform. Had I been invoiced properly at the onset, we would not have had this issue. Ultimately she reimbursed me in full, but not without this pushback. In summary, the experience day-of was great and I'm so glad I pushed for a third artist. Everything ran on time, everyone was relaxed, and my bridal party enjoyed their services. However, while I can't speak to Michelle's work as an artist, my experience working with Michelle from a business standpoint was unprofessional and stressful.

sts she brought were friendly, flexible, and patient. My bridesmaids were happy with their hair and makeup after a few little adjustments (which the vendors took in stride). I will say however, I was frustrated with the hair and make-up trial experience. Michelle did not ask many questions and got right into action - which may have been okay if I were a more assertive person. She had asked me to move up my appointment time and then completed both hair and makeup in one hour (which was much shorter than I was expecting), leading me to believe she was rushing to be somewhere else. The hair did not last for more than a couple hours before falling out and the style was not what I had pictured. Michelle was understanding and willing to do a repeat trial to ensure that I had a style the lasted however, she did charge me for a full second trial despite the concerns with the first. I would say that I would recommend Angel Touch again given the reasonable pricing and good end result however, I would recommend being very descriptive with what you are looking for and speak up if you are not happy with the look!

Michelle was incredibly easy to communicate and plan with in the months leading up to the wedding, she was a calming and fun presence to have with us as we got ready for the day, and she absolutely crushed it on all of our hair styles. She showed up early and gave herself plenty of time to set up so we could start on schedule and then actually ended ahead of schedule (which I have never seen!). Despite being done early, she still stuck around for over a half hour while I got my dress on so that she could help me to put my veil in my hair and make sure it was secure. We really loved getting to work with Michelle and would absolutely recommend her as a hair stylist for anyone’s wedding!

l night long! With skin issues, all I wanted was to feel confident on my wedding day and that goal was achieved thanks to them! I am beyond grateful! They also did incredible work with the entire bridal party. Each person was just so in awe by how amazing their services came out. I HIGHLY recommend Angel Touch Beauty! They are truly willing to hear you out on every little thing you want and then they make it happen.

We also had a surprise fire drill at the hotel (story of my life) that put us behind schedule 15-20 minutes and Michelle and her girls got us out the door on time regardless! All night I had guests asking who did my hair and make-up and if they could have their contact information, which is the highest compliment that can be paid! o airbrush foundation. Neither I nor the artist realized this until the middle of the trial which was an hour and a half from where I lived. Michelle, the owner, was very sweet and apologetic when I told her the issue and let me have a trial with someone else at no extra charge. It was even further away than the first trial but it went well so I had no complaints. On the morning of the wedding, there was apparently a miscommunication on when the artist and stylist were supposed to show up and I had to reach out to them after what our agreed upon time was to make sure they were coming! Lexi and Regina both did a great job on our hair and makeup though and worked in a timely manner. Everything worked out but it wasn't always the smoothest experience.
