Angela and her team were amazing i worked with two wonderful woman on my wedding day. Extra shout out to Chloe who kept her cool and lead us smoothly through a very rainy day that opened up into a beautiful sunshine filled evening! Our tent details were beautiful and spot on. The venue was perfection and the team really pulled off a beautiful evening. Angela met with me multiple times before the wedding and made me feel confident about things. She really captured our vision and her team who took over for the day of was organized cool calm and collected. Angela was incredibly receptive to all feedback including when I told her I felt overwhelmed at one point. She worked with me to simplify and ease anxieties. In short our wedding was picture perfect. Thank you endlessly to Angela and your team! Your spotless eye for high quality taste will never let your brides and grooms down! THANK YOU!

Angela was wonderful! She was communicative and helpful throughout the planning process, asking helpful questions and thinking of every detail! We are so grateful for Angela's help planning our wedding! We were excited about our beautiful outdoor venue in the White Mountains, but overwhelmed by the task of putting together a tented event and bringing in all our own vendors to plan the day from the ground up. Wen we had our first call with Angela, it was clear that everything that stressed me out about planning was exactly her area of expertise! We booked her wedding management services, so while we did a lot of planning ourselves, Angela checked in with us regularly to provide guidance and keep us on schedule. She made recommendations and flagged things to consider that I wouldn't have thought of on my own. Her consult meetings gave much needed structure to the long and multifaceted planning process- every time we met with Angela I felt we were making progress, and her kindly answering my many questions was very reassuring through an experience I was otherwise clueless about! Thanks to Angela we were well prepped and organized going into the event itself. It was a huge help that as we neared our date, she checked in with all our vendors and coordinated all the little details involved for each piece to fall into place. During our wedding weekend, she did a fantastic job rehearsing the ceremony and setting up our space. She ran the day seamlessly, taking care of everything behind the scenes and managing anything that came up last minute. If I thought of something to alert her about, she was already on top of it! I really appreciated being able to just enjoy the day while she worked her magic and all the earlier planning paid off. Angela is lovely to work with and wonderful at what she does- we highly recommend her!

We worked with Angela for over 2 years to help plan our June 2023 wedding and she was incredible the entire time! She was there with us every step of the way, from choosing our venue to making sure the big day ran smoothly. There's no way we would have survived without Angela! She made the planning process as painless as possible and took so much off of our plate so that we were able to actually enjoy our wedding. She was extremely supportive and thorough during the planning phase and somehow seemed to be in a million different places on the day of the ceremony, making sure everything went smoothly. Angela was great!! She kept us on track through the whole process and made us aware of details we didn’t even think of! She communicated with all the vendors and kept them on track as well. During the rehearsal, and the day of the wedding she worked hard to make the day perfect!! We didn’t have to worry about a thing! The first wedding vendor I looked for after my husband proposed was a wedding planner. As a working mom with 2 kids planning my second wedding, I knew I did not want to spend time researching multiple options for vendors, playing phone tag, or scheduling meetings. Angela handled all of this. She gave us a clear checklist schedule for everything that needed to happen over the 18 months until our wedding, planned regular check-ins, talked with all the vendors, and generally just made us feel organized through this whole hectic process. For the actual day of the wedding she had a 3 page minute by minute schedule for the day and met with all the vendors as they arrived and set up. I did not have to worry about or manage anything. I could relax with my bridal party and enjoy every moment of the day. I cannot recommend Angela more - she made every part of this process smooth and we have so many wonderful memories that she helped make happen. Thank you so much!

Our wedding would not have been the same without Angela and her team. We hired Angela as our month-of coordinator and she went above and beyond. Angela was extremely organized and experienced, but also very willing to make some of our more out-of-the-box ideas work. Most importantly, she is a genuinely kind person and a joy to work with. She, Bekah, and Chloe kept our wedding day running smoothly so that we didn't have to think about timing or logistics at all and could fully savor the moment. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience ...Angela was the Day of Coordinator for our daughters vow renewal/wedding celebration. From our first contacts with Angela she was available to ask questions ,provide guidance and offer helpful suggestions . The celebration was delayed twice due to Covid and Angela was willing to keep rolling with the date . We were so happy she could accommodate us. As the day approached, Angela provided us with the tools to keep us on track and organized. Her knowlege of event planning, experience and professionalism were greatly appreciated . The most amzing part was on the day of the celebration ...after we had unloaded the decor and chatted with Angela she suggested that we ''go get ready and relax." We were confident and relieved to know that she had it under control and knew our vision for the day. This left us all able to breathe , relax and get ready to finally celebrate with our family and friends. Angela did an amazing job coordinating the event, keeping it flowing and even coming to my daughters rescue when her dress needed some meanding . We recommend her highly. Angela and Bekah were both excellent, and helped make our wedding day and all of the planning seamless! We hired Angela for wedding planning on a consulting basis, and Bekah was our day-of coordinator. We would highly recommend both services, as they were consistently excellent. Angela helped us identify vendors to accommodate the more intimate celebration that we had in mind, and we loved every suggestion she provided and we ended up being thrilled with all of our vendors that we chose with her help!

Angela helped plan our June 4 2022 wedding. We used her Wedding Day Management package and we could not have had the beautiful, stress-free day that we did without her! As a bride with a small circle, we did not have a wedding party to help with the little things, but luckily Angela and her assistant Bekah were there to make sure that every vendor, every detail, and every moment went as planned - from setting up décor, to making sure we were fed and hydrated, and making sure that gifts were collected at the end of the night. Her advice and expert knowledge helped keep us on-track with planning throughout the process so that nothing slipped through the cracks. We went into our big day knowing that absolutely everything was under control and were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment! You can really tell she cares about her brides and couples, as well as their family and loved ones. Even as a known "worrier" I wasn't worried about anything on the big day because I knew Angela had it under control!! Angela helped bring our wedding vision to life and made our day stress-free and amazing!

Our wedding was truly the best day of our lives. With several getting ready locations, a church ceremony, then a reception in a new location (nevermind 200 guests), we knew logistics would be a challenge. Angela and Bekah made the day go so smoothly that neither my husband nor I were stressed for a minute. We enjoyed every moment of the day. While Angela took care of my bridal party, vendors, tips, and formalities, Bekah was at my side constantly with a bustle, a snack, or a sip of my drink! They were INCREDIBLE and I cannot thank them enough. Plus...Angela accomplished the impossible...getting ME, a perpetually late woman, to the ceremony on time! HIGHLY recommend her services!

Angela was absolutely phenomenal. Words cannot express how thankful we were to have her part of our day. She made everything so smooth and flow perfectly. I honestly have no clue what we would have done without her. She took care of everything! She helped coordinate a perfect timeline for us prior to the day of the wedding, reached out to all of our vendors, and was there every step of the way the day off. She even cleaned up almost the entire venue for us after. We were so grateful we had her to help us on our special day!

Angela was the best! So easy to get in contact with, responsive, so organized, and such a nice person to get to know. Our originally planned wedding coordinator cancelled on us 2 months before the wedding and Angela stepped in seamlessly. She kept our planning on track and thought of so many details we never would have. I wholeheartedly recommend Angela as a wedding planner and coordinator. She was incredibly organized and proactive, and she decreased my stress levels with every interaction during the planning phase! During our (very DIY) wedding, Angela and her assistant made everything run so smoothly, whether it was offering to drive to the store for a forgotten item, managing last minute ceremony changes, or helping to pack up at the end of the reception. I wasn’t expecting to hear feedback from my family about our wedding coordinator, but numerous people told me afterwards how helpful and on top of things she was. I am so grateful to Angela for helping us pull off our special day without a hitch!

We used Angela Marie Weddings for their Wedding Day Management services and I appreciated how even before the big day, Angela made herself available to check in, field questions, or work through a few surprises. Truth be told, I don’t think we would have used a wedding coordinator if our venue hadn’t required one – but I’m so glad we did. Our day was relaxing, full of love, and absolutely fun – in no small part due to the amazing coordination and planning of Angela. Knowing she had things covered allowed for our energy to be spent actually enjoying the day. She runs a tight ship, which we absolutely needed, and our vendors loved. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, Angela finalized all the little details (and ran with our curveball requests) with our vendors and we heard from several folks about how much they appreciated her attention to detail and follow up. My now husband and I have no eye for decoration, and struggle when it comes to details. The big things came easy to us-- the venue, the food, etc. But when it came to table settings, how to decorate the venue, etc. we were totally lost! Angela took our various ideas and helped solidify them into a cohesive vision. She gave us ideas of things we could do to add more decorations, while still aligning with our minimalist, vintage vision. Leading up to the wedding she coordinated with all the vendors to create a "day of" timeline that she sent to us two days before the wedding and ensured that every vendor knew when and where they needed to be. On the day of the wedding, she did everything from coordinating the vendors arrival, to setting up the tables, and adding bits of decoration to various locations I wouldn't have even thought about! She took our huge box of potential decorations and turned it into something truly beautiful, that really matched my husband and my style and vision. The best part is that I didn't have to do any of it-- I could just sit back and enjoy the wedding itself! She also slowly put everything away and even placed all the decorations back in various cars so that by the end of the evening everything was already cleaned up and my husband and I could just leave knowing she'd deal with any last minute things. She was responsive, helpful on the day of, and truly made the day flow seamlessly.

Angela was truly incredible to work with for our June 12, 2021 wedding at Hardy Farm in Fryeburg, Maine. From day one of working together she was responsive, supportive, and enthusiastic. We had to postpone our wedding a year out from our original date due to COVID-19, and Angela supported us every step of the way! She helped us negotiate with our vendors and create a new plan that worked for everyone involved. Leading up to the wedding itself, Angela picked up our planning and details seamlessly and coordinated so many last minute details with all our vendors. I myself have planned many events (galas) and it was hard for me to let go of control at first, but once I saw how Angela worked I felt completely confident giving her the reins and she pulled off an event we never could have done on our own. On the day of the wedding she was somehow everywhere at once attending to all the little details to make the day everything we hoped for. We had many complicated plans that required in-the-moment spontaneous adjustments as they involved so many people, and Angela worked professionally with everyone to make the day magical!! She was endlessly patient with us as we added last minute changes or another performance, and saw our vision out through and through. She is also just delightful and a pleasure to work with. It was hard to take in how pampered I felt as a bride on the day of the wedding; she predicted and honored every need. Angela and her assistant stayed through clean up and made our check out SO easy the next day with our venue - everything was accounted for!

Angela did an amazing job helping to organize my wedding. She kept us on track the entire way making sure all the details of the wedding were taken care of in a timely fashion. On the day of the wedding, she kept everything on track and the day moved flawlessly. 2020 being chaotic as ever, she was able to maneuver all the new regulations in event planning flawlessly. Angela was recommended to us by our venue and I am so glad she was. After our first call with Angela, it was clear she knew the ins and outs of weddings and was very organized. We worked with Angela for 15 months planning our wedding. She was extremely supportive and guided us through the turbulent times of planning and hosting a wedding during COVID. Every time we spoke with Angela, we felt a sense of comfort and relief. Her wedding planning website helped us keep track of everything we needed to do (even things we didn't think about!). Everyone at our wedding raved about how great Angela was and how organized/on time our ceremony and reception were. We definitely could not have pulled off our wedding without Angela. When we started the task of planning our wedding we had no idea what to do first. We figured hiring someone to help would be worth exploring. After our first call with Angela it wasn't a tough decision to hire her as our wedding planner. In our initial consultation it was obvious she knew her stuff and she even offered many pointers we hadn't even thought to consider. Over the course of the year that we worked to plan our wedding, Angela was phenomenal. She scheduled all of our vendor consultations (and attended any that we asked her to), offered advice and guidance on anything we needed, and helped us to keep track of everything we needed to do along the way. There were times when we would start to worry that things were getting away from us, and Angela was always there to bring us right back to reality. We left every meeting with her feeling confident that we were in good hands. Whenever we reached out with questions (some of which took the form of some pretty long winded emails) or concerns about something, she always replied promptly with an answer or a plan for obtaining an answer (which she always followed through on). When it came to our rehearsal and our wedding day, Angela was amazing. She was on top of everything. We were nervous and stressed, but Angela was calm and collected. She brought an assistant, Kristen, who was also wonderful. Together they took care of: -Coordinating all of our vendors. -Setting up and taking down most of our decorations, including some of the overly complicated DIY things we had put together. -Making sure everything was on schedule. -Making sure we had everything we needed. -Making sure we were on task and weren't stressing. -Helping significantly with wardrobe. -Wrangling our wedding party/family. -Distributing payments and tips to all of our vendors. -And a ton of other things. When we look back at the process, we are fully aware that we could not have pulled it off without Angela. Her support and guidance through each step allowed us to stay on top of everything, and her hands on approach allowed us to focus on smaller details that allowed us to make our wedding a very personalized and memorable experience for us and our guests. We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Angela.

We absolutely loved having Angela as our weekend-of wedding planner. From the first time we spoke with her, her grounded/calm energy mixed with her expansive knowledge put us at ease. We felt support from her right from the start. As for during the wedding weekend — let's just say we had a big wedding (big guest list, big bridal party and lots of vendors). The minute she arrived, we handed her over the reigns so she could be in charge of what we spent close to two years planning. It was a relief and a gift to have her in charge of ALL of the vendors, organizing the timing, focusing and gathering our bridal party ... and keeping the day running as planned. I can honestly say we didn't even think about the details of all of the vendors once she was there. She was easy to work with, responsible and organized. Our wedding day was so incredibly joyful — and one of the reasons for that was because of how Angela (and her team!) handled all of the logistics and timing. We highly recommend her.

Angela did a truly fantastic job with our wedding. We hired her for our day of coordination. That involved a few phone calls prior to get every last detail straightened away. Angela was so organized and on top of things. Our wedding was done completely from scratch; we had it on a farm and had to select every vendor, and bring all our decor and details that day. Angela helped us track all vendor communication, packing lists, decor items, and she did set up that day including ceremony layout, ceremony coordination and guidance, and decorations, etc. It was imperative we had her help since our whole family was too busy with everything else and getting ready. I'm SO glad we chose Angela because she helped our wedding go off perfectly! Thank you :)

Angela was so helpful in coordinating our wedding. She was extremely organized and professional. She created separate (and very detailed!) timelines for all of my vendors, my family members, and our bridal party. My brothers said she was really helpful during the rehearsal as well; she covered every little detail including certain things that groomsmen wouldn't normally think of, like how to stand and how slowly to walk and where to pause, etc. She handled unexpected issues with ease and without involving me (the bride) during the wedding reception, which was greatly appreciated. I think she is also very reasonably priced considering you can pay up to $7000 for a wedding planner these days. Angela did an excellent job making sure our wedding went perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner or coordinator!!

Angela was amazing! Our wedding went perfectly, she did not miss a single detail. Throughout the planning process, she kept us on track, made sure we had everything in line, and then day of did not stop moving and made sure everything went according to plan. I would absolutely hire her again.

Angela was our rock on our wedding day! She kept everything together and moving forward. There were so many things (all the things?) I didn't have to think about because I knew she had it (met/directed all vendors, styled the tables, corralled the guests, moved chairs, cued the procession, handed out payments, the list goes on... ) Angela brought us a tray of drinks when we ended up spending more time than we hoped taking photos. She brought me food and drinks during cocktail hour more than once. It got a bit stressful with makeup and hair running behind and she tried so hard to get us back on track but she also made sure to give me the time I needed with my mom, guests, our first look, etc. and reassured me we were fine. People told us it was the best wedding ever and so beautiful. For me it was a dream come true. Angela was the lynchpin to all of it. She was generous with her time ahead of the wedding. She is an incredibly linear/organized thinker which I valued and she was willing to work with the organization I had already set up. I can't stress enough much we valued Angela and how reasonable her price was.

If you're on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, you should definitely hire one, and you should definitely hire Angela! She was so professional, efficient, fun, and kind. She brought a lot of knowledge and experience to the table with regards to the logistics that we didn't even think of (clean up, timing, how to manage where guests go, etc). Our day went off without a hitch, and that's by and large thanks to Angela's super planning! Thanks, Angela!

My wedding day was the most magical and sacred moment in my life, and so much of the amazingness my husband and I felt was due to Angela's incredible work in helping us plan. We were living on the west coast when we began our planning process, and Angela was instrumental in helping us find and secure vendors for our big day. She was organized, took all of our desires and crazy ideas into consideration, and was incredibly kind to everyone we worked with. In fact, multiple vendors mentioned to me how much they enjoyed working with Angela. Having so many pleasant and happy vendors on our team for the big day speaks volumes to her customer service and contributed to the magic both my husband and I experienced on our big day! And when I say magic, I really do mean magic. My husband and I were both glowing throughout the entire day! Neither of us experienced any stress ( and I am an anxious person by nature) because Angela was onsite first thing in the morning bringing everything into place. She made a detailed itinerary for the whole weekend, allowing our entire wedding party to feel at ease knowing Angela would take care of the details. And she did! Many of our guests said they had never seen a bride and groom have so much fun at their own wedding, which is a true testament to Angela's work leading up to the day and throughout the whole evening (she was there until the very end of the night!) We are so grateful for her work and feel anyone would be lucky to work with her!
