After 40 min (of my scheduled 90 min) she told me they didnt have any other dresses for me to try on until more arrived in September (2 - 3 months away). Very disappointing experience. My dress arrived a little later than expected, but Jenny was great about checking in with the supplier and keeping me updated. The place is cute, clean and had a great big mirror, which helped with seeing the whole dress (for big trains) and seeing how it flowed while walking. d while I was looking for “the one”, I didn’t want to commit to anything right away as I wanted to see what else was out there. While they knew this, it in no way stopped them from helping me figure out what fit my body and style best! I loved that I was able to send them a list of what I was liking online and that they were pulled and ready to go when we walked in the door. I’m more reserved then most, so I really appreciated that she asked if I wanted help getting into each dress or if I just wanted help with the zipping, buttoning and clipping of each dress. While it was a little detail, it meant a lot to me that they would do whatever was most comfortable for me. Once each dress was on she would ask me what I was liking and not liking and we moved forward pulling new dresses based on my answers which made processing everything I was feeling so much easier. She made sure all the dresses she was pulling were within my price range and helped me build up the courage to try on different styles and thank god she did. I left the store with the “one to beat” and was able to schedule a follow up appointment after I had visited all the other shops. While I tried to find a dress that would top the one I found at Angela’s, I didn’t. We ended up going back and had the same tearful reaction I had the first time I put it on and I left saying YES to the dress. During the appointment, she pulled dresses that were not what I requested and even after telling her more she continued to pull dresses that were far from the styles I said I liked after being very specific. She would disappear for a long time and often was no where to be found when I needed my dress clipped back. When I asked if a dress I liked was in my size she refused to tell me unless I would be buying it she wouldn’t measure me to check. For our appointment, my consultant was Jenny and she was incredible! She really took the time to talk with me about what I liked/disliked about each dress. She asked about my fiance and our venue and thoughtfully picked dresses for me to try on. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. I found a dress I loved and purchased it for an amazing price! I ended up buying one of the first dresses I tried on that day, and it couldn't have been more perfect for me! When it came time to have my dress altered, there was a small hiccup but the shop took care of it very well. The seamstress I had started working with ended up in the hospital and unable to finish my dress. They quickly linked me up with another seamstress and honestly I think she ended up doing a better job than the first one would have. She worked with me to get my dress to fit exactly how I hoped it would. All around I had a great experience at Angela's, and I would highly recommend them for both their selection and customer service!

Our stores policy on special orders and rush orders are very specific and we explain this process to all of our customers prior to purchasing. When choosing the quick ship option, dresses are created for the customer on an accelerated time frame and arrive at our store several weeks before the regular shipping dates. Once a dress is shipped out from the designers showroom it normally takes about 2 weeks to arrive at our shop. A time frame is carefully explained to every customer prior to placing their order, particularly when it requires rush.
We understand how nerve-wracking it is to place an order last minute. As a local family owned business we always go above and beyond to please our clients, however we do not tolerate our staff being treated rudely or intimidated. Your dress was promptly ordered and arrived within the proper time frame that was discussed on the date of purchase. We unfortunately cannot issue refunds for services that have already been successfully provided.

I get why a salon might do that, but to me, that's a bit under-handed.

like not listening to me, bringing me ball gowns and strapless, literally the opposite of what I was asking for, letting my mother dictate the entire appointment. I think Angela’s Bridal was amazing because they actually listened to me (without being rude to my mom) and each time I tried on a new dress, they took very specific feedback. I also got super emotional at some point from the wedding dress fatigue and just bawled on the runway and, again, they were really patient with me. There was no pressure to buy that day and I was able to return a month later to but the dress of my dreams. My dress was beautiful and stress free and the salon was amazing. I wish I had started with this salon in the first place!

Trying on dresses at Angela’s was such a fun experience for both me and my guests. They have a runway with mirrors from every angle. They even have fun signs for your guests to hold up and allow you to bring in food/bev. They are so casual and easy going.

I left pretty disappointed and thought trying an independent salon would be the way to go. I was nervous when going to Angela’s because they didn’t have a website with what they had in stock in the store and I feared I would be pressured into making a purchase since it was an independent salon. I was so wrong! I looked on their instagram to see what kinds of things they might have in store and my consultant Hector put me in all of them (I took a few screenshots), along with some things I found while browsing. He was super patient and helped me find the perfect dress. I never felt rushed and he made me feel extremely comfortable and gave me his honest opinion on everything I tried on. I ended up loving one of the dresses, but wanted to go home to think about it. No one made me feel even a little bit awkward about not buying that day. I’m happy to say I went back this weekend and made the purchase!
Don’t let the location fool you. They have an expansive selection of dresses and the staff is great. Their prices are also very reasonable. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for their wedding dress!
